It’s a chilling place with music, food & drinks🍸 I go with a group of friends and we order nachos, quesadillas, tacos, sweet potato fries, spaghetti and also the mexican fried ice creamI love the nachos with chicken. It serves with the guacamole n cheeeeese!! The tortilla chips are crunchy n match perfectly with the toppings!! I like to add a bit chilli sauce to it as well!!The fried ice cream is serving as a fire ball!! Eye catching haha

禮拜五幾個朋友食飯，朋友介紹去諾士佛臺嘅一間樓上餐廳，食墨西哥菜。墨西哥菜出咗名以辣椒為主要食材，再加埋芝士，所以岩晒我呢個愛辣嘅芝士狂迷，我當然唔會有異議啦~~主打墨西哥菜，呢度嘅裝修都幾有中東風格，有超多卡位，都幾岩一班朋友黎傾計。一心諗住慢慢傾，所以都一口氣叫咗幾多野食，當然唔少得墨西哥菜最出名嘅nachos 同tacos，再叫埋calamari，夠晒我哋三個女仔食。一黎就上咗calamari，啲魷魚煙煙靭靭，炸得夠晒香口，啲油又無油溢味，最岩做小食。之後就係chicken nachos，一睇到個dish presentation 已經知道無得輸，一層層嘅tortilla chips，上面放滿半溶嘅芝士同埋墨西哥嘅經典pico de gallo醬，再加埋用sour cream 醃過嘅雞粒，酸酸辣辣又香口，真係食到停唔到口終於黎到今晚嘅戲肉，我哋揀咗四款唔同嘅ingredients 配tacos，有雞、豬、帶子同埋魚柳，全部都係配咗pico de gallo。呢度嘅夾餅皮係用返墨西哥傳統嘅做法，以小麥或者粟米粉做成，所以比較軟身，同美國嘅脆身tacos好唔同，兩者各有口感 

I was looking for Maxican restaurant which I've tried many in hk before but didn't find a nice one until I found this accidentally! Its definitely a hidden treasure in a small hotel on Knotsford terrace! 放工約人係尖沙咀食飯，七點半嘅尖沙咀搵位真係好難，到處都滿座，放工已經好攰，仲要排隊食飯，友人忽然諗起諾士佛臺食過間唔錯嘅墨西哥🇲🇽菜，就帶咗我地嚟試下，一出𨋢就聽到熱情奔放💃🏻嘅歌，但餐廳環境都比較偏暗，睇 menu 時真係要開電筒🔦先睇到。友人強烈推薦食墨西哥🇲🇽卷🌮，有牛肉🐮、雞肉🐔同魚🐟揀，貪心嘅我當然點晒三樣啦，小小嘅卷🌮包住不成比例嘅配菜同肉，一邊食啲料就一邊掉，食得有啲論盡，牛肉煮得比較香再配上濃濃嘅汁，係我嘅最愛，友人則推薦配上特色醬料嘅雞，充滿異國口味。雞肉沙律🥗亦係友人最愛，沙律用咗脆餅做碗，食時加上煎香嘅雞肉🐔同牛油果🥑，牛油果🥑將雞嘅油膩沖淡，一齊食時味道就最適中喇😋。另外點了一個肉卷，初時上菜時大家都好疑惑🤔係咩菜式，切開先知係類似麵包包住肉🍗嘅肉卷，不過味道偏咸，配上所附嘅醬料亦都減輕唔到咸味，大家都敬而遠之呢道菜🤭。

朋友生日，往年西餐中菜打邊爐日式放題...都食過哂，今年想搞搞新意思，食啲特別啲嘅嘢。睇完一輪，搵到呢間喺諾士佛臺嘅墨西哥菜，香港比較少有墨西哥菜餐廳，而且睇落又好似幾正咁，就即刻喺openrice book枱。餐廳環境唔錯，臨近十月尾仲佈置好哂Halloween嘅裝飾🎃幾有氣氛。餐廳燈光較暗，睇menu嗰陣辛苦啲。當晚係weekday嚟，人唔多，但係講嘢都好應聲，人多應該會好嘈。經openrice book枱免費送嘅餐前小食，莎莎醬以蕃茄粒為主，酸酸辣辣配上香口脆片好為胃。我哋叫咗medium-well，牛扒烤得啱啱好，唔會太熟，牛扒上面加咗香草，海鹽另附上一個秘制醫汁。牛扒入口香濃鬆軟，肉汁豐富。配菜我地揀咗sautéed wild mushrooms，都好好味😋粟米掃上蜂蜜煙燻辣椒醬去烤，再加上墨西哥嘅特色Oaxaca芝士碎同香草，個汁整得好好味，酸酸甜甜得嚟少少辣，再配上芝士嘅咸香，好正，略嫌不嘅嘅係用咗雪藏粟米，用新鮮粟米一定好食好多。墨西哥菜中必點嘅Nachos，可以揀配牛肉或雞肉，我地揀咗雞。喺三角型嘅墨西哥脆片上面，淋上大量融咗嘅芝士，配以香草蕃茄粒雞粒，再加上酸忌廉同

Happy friday同朋有係尖沙咀想飲下野，食啲小食，於是黎左呢到，本來我地想坐indoor 但因為無位所以坐左outdoor係食水煙既，不過我地都無所謂，好在天氣不算好熱，所以都ok. 黎食墨西哥野，緊係要叫反杯墨西哥啤酒sol因爲我地吾太肚餓，所以四個人叫左個nachos同埋taco combo，nachos好好味，好多芝士，所以食得多都幾漏taco就無咁出色，不過都好味既，不過因為太多人既關係，限時兩個鐘就要交枱，不過我地都差不多，所以都無所謂

再次品嘗。店內燈光昏暗，完全是酒吧的格調。入囗位置牆上掛畫很有味道。Mango Margarita: Frozen. 陣陣芒果香，酒味不濃，很容易入口。Potato skins. 中間是牛肉餡料，味濃。Nachos with chicken. 墨西哥風味十足的菜式。粟米片上有半融芝士，墨西哥辣椒碎 （jalapeno），公雞嘴醬（Pico de Gallo）, 酸忌廉和牛油果醬（guacomole）。口感豐富又不熱氣。份量很多，可當二人份的正餐。Churros. 類似沙翁。有點甜，蘸上朱古力醬味道剛剛好。十分滿足。

今次約咗成班女仔出嚟食飯😍有時想搵一間晚餐高質，又有酒飲嘅地方真係唔容易😢夜晚嚟到都幾多，我地就坐咗喺露台， 環境都幾昏暗🤔每道菜式分量都幾多，坐咗5粒鐘左右，食飽飲飽每人埋單都係三百蚊左右😍✌🏻#Nachos ($128)😋好味指數：(8.5/10)粟米脆片夠晒脆卜卜😆上面有啲酸忌廉同牛油果醬加上一啲熱容咗嘅芝士已經夠晒吸引😝而且仲有啲蕃茄同埋雞肉喺度🤤大家都覺得呢道菜係最好食😎✌🏻.後記💁🏻‍♀💁🏻‍♂·嗌咗雞翼、墨西哥卷卷(忘記咗叫咩🤣)同埋pizza😚環境實在太黑所以淨係影咗一張相🤫🍴雞翼食落去夠惹味🍴墨西哥卷幾大份，係麵團包住雞肉，有酸忌廉同牛油果醬點😋🍴pizza批底夠薄脆，食落去好香肉碎茄醬同芝士味，仲有啲雞肉😛

We like Mexican food very much but there are not many Mexican restaurants in Hong Kong. This is the one we always go as it is 100% real taste of Mexican food. The food is delicious, especially beef taco. We love it. The staff there is polite and friendly. We enjoyed our meal there every time.

熱鬧的諾士佛臺原來有個秘境，就係Mira cube呢座大廈，唔行咁入都唔知。Happy Friday本來想同兩位朋友係度食晚飯，但無一早book定，所以唯有walk in同門口侍應即場預約定9點，然後在附近韓國街食完dinner先再過黎飲野。最近我呢杯係drink menu P.1一整個page既Margarita，有得揀classic定frozen，呢杯係後者。而我左邊朋友呢一杯係非酒精飲料黎既。飲酒當然要配熱氣小食😍好大碟呀食唔晒呀！（因為食完飯無耐+呢碟nachos有肉嘛）好食，但餐廳真係太嘈！超級難傾計囉......我懷疑係咪特登開到啲音樂咁大聲然後令大家扯開喉嚨講野講到口乾再reorder😂同埋周圍啲食客講野都好大聲，個裝修唔吸音，嘈過酒樓😂我經常聽唔到對面朋友仔講野......左邊上方又有大電視播緊波😂我諗我地係揀錯地方啫，應該直接去清吧🙈🙈🙈

Nice restaurant in an convenience place, food is not bad and acceptable price BUT we will NEVER come again! Because of the poor service ever!We are four people to celebrated birthday.
