23-10-2008一直同呢度無緣, 今日終於0黎了 見食友 jj 介紹的 "O my gosh" pancake 要成 70 幾蚊又好似太飽肚, 簡單一人一杯 smoothie (regular size $32) 上樓坐0下就算.我的 smoothie 叫 School Bus, 係 strawberry + banana + frozen yoghurt + honey + muesli + milk, 杰杰滑滑的, 香蕉味勁過士多啤梨味, 又帶點蜜糖的香甜, 加埋 muesli 的少少粗糙質感, 幾好味, 而且可能因為用 frozen yoghurt, 飲落唔似 milkshake 咁飽滯, 不錯.朋友的 chocolate + vanilla ice cream + banana + fresh mint smoothie 就叫 Chocolicious, 色水令人擔心, 飲落帶點「開粉」朱古力的味道, 感覺麻麻, 不過隻粉應該本身質素不錯, 味道可以接受.閣樓座位寬敞, 環境 hea 到唔想走, 買杯0野飲帶部 laptop / 帶本書入0黎的話, 坐 3 個鐘都得!以

Only finished work at 10 pm and hadn't had anything for the evening yet. I wanted something lighter and healthier late at night, but Life Cafe somewhere downhill looked eager to call it a day, and I got all the way back up here. The Caine Road branch was more spacious than the Wanchai branch which I last went to, and there were not many people inside. (Seems that at this point in time and place most would prefer a drink to a post-workout herbivorous meal! )I ordered a Beetroot Salad ($44) and O

今早請了半日假，沒有什麼原因，只是想睡晚一點，近來的business meetings太多，人也就相對的易累，抖一抖偷下懶都不為過十一點多，人就在中環了，想吃過lunch先in office，反正這裡有imac，上網過下日晨都好咖啡，其實味道只是普通，跟星記出品不相伯仲，但是整間店子只有寥寥數人，坐下brainstorm下，才是重點所在

黃色暴雨的早上，連天大雨，一身西裝也濕透。不再行了，就躲進這裡吃早餐吧。想吃得簡單一點，就要了個檸檬poppy-seed的鬆餅及泡沫咖啡一杯。鬆餅大大個，不熱，吃起來不太鬆軟，但滿有檸檬香味，幾清新，大熱天時來吃也適合。當然，若可以選擇，熱烘烘的鬆餅更合口味；咖啡泡沫不太挺滑，味道也不算香濃，連鎖咖啡集團的水準。不過，將咖啡及鬆餅放在店內的imac前，望著出面下著大雨，途人在狼狽的前進，自己則在舒適的環境，悠悠閒閒的在上網，不錯。埋單42蚊，不便宜，但幾寫意。
