I try not to review the same place twice. In Cafe O's case, however, they've substantially changed the menu. It's a different place. Hey, it's hard to find decent sandwiches in Sheung Wan. I'm not a fan of the sandwiches at Il Bel Paese (their pasta is OK); I refuse to eat at the Subway that rips you off, intentionally; after Meli Melo became a crepe place I soured on their sandwiches. Final note: I have a short fuse when it comes to so-called cafes that have so-called iced tea on the menu, but don't have any clue what iced tea is. Like, it's not just hot tea poured on ice, so you get warm tea with no ice in it. And it doesn't have milk in it. I've been going to Cafe O to work (free wifi) and I have to explain this almost every time. Some things never change.
