I made a booking for Christmas for 10 people almost a month in advance. 2 weeks before the restaurant called to say they'd have to cancel as they double booked. I started telling my friends it was cancelled. 20 minutes later they called back to say they'd made a mistake on the dates and the booking was fine. 上月14日（星期三）與同事到Brick Lane吃午餐。很少走到中信大廈那邊吃飯。因為離我們的辦公室有點遠。這間Brick Lane是同事喜愛的餐廳之一。她已了解餐廳有素食午餐供應，才選擇這裡。環境相當不錯。地方大，又安靜。天花板離地面很高的位置，所以空間感很大。我們坐近戶外座位的室內位置。日光從落地玻璃窗透進來，充足的光線令人精神奕奕。 我點了午市套餐E（忘記了菜名），$148。 另有加一服務費。 前菜有雜菜沙律。 原來有肉…… 幸好放在沙律表面，不是混和到其中。 我將肉全送給同事吃。 餐湯是綠豆忌廉湯。 可以吃到豐富的豆蓉。但湯的質感不會太厚稠，不令人感到太飽。嚐到豆的味道較多，鹹度偏低。 番茄汁大啡菇天使麵。 很意外地，有Artichoke（雅枝竹）在大啡菇上！ Artichoke盛產於地中海一帶。 每年3月至5月及9月至12月為當造期。 這蔬菜其實是一顆花蕾。 外層的葉瓣很堅硬，不能食用。 通常只吃花芯部份及底部數瓣嫩葉。 所以，一顆花蕾，大概只有三分一部份可供食用，非常矜貴。 另外，artichoke營養豐富，有大量的蛋白質及鐵質。 還有治肝病、降血糖及美白的功效。 而且

今天，到了公司附近的一間興西式餐廳用膳。這店出名的是英式 all day breakfast。 當然，你在午餐的時候也可以選擇all day breakfast ,也很大碟， 很豐富。我今次點的士set lunch，有餐湯 -南瓜湯， 菇菌類天使麵，還包一杯飲品。餐湯很濃很creamy， 菇菇天使麵也很好吃， 也有加忌廉， 還好像有一點點黑松露味好吃

慢活，Hea, 交通方便，無敵海景，可唔可以一次過滿足晒呢？我識得揀Everything ($118) 其實份量唔算多，沙律醬味道非常之好Perma ham egg Benedict ($98)Potato Rosti ($105) 勝在不油膩, 只是伴碟的芝士太咸。環境好，食品水準亦不錯，不愧 brunch 10強之一。

如果經常係金鐘中環返工的話，都知道午餐時段係邊間食店都好多人！大部份都要排隊無得book位！揾到間可以book價錢又經濟的西餐，都好開心了！我本身對all day breakfast 都無咩好感，大份但唔好食！但Bricklane的all day breakfast 的配搭我好仲意！蛋又炒得滑，薯餅同腸都唔會炸或煎到出曬油，同埋我最仲意就係點醬的食物！另外又叫咗精選套餐：煎牛扒同炸魚薯條！牛扒六成左右熟，好嫩無根，肉汁豐富，正！要大讚的係炸魚薯條，d炸魚外脆內軟，炸粉不厚，魚肉奇嫩滑，食落好驚喜！而薯條係我喜的粗身薯條，好味！因為係套餐，仲會送沙律同湯！今次係南瓜湯同帶微酸的沙律，好開胃！

Bricklane喺尖沙咀初初開嘅時候都好爆，慕名去食過一次晚飯都ok，今次滿有期待嚟金鐘分店食lunch，環境係ok，但食物真係令我幾失望...［Rose Caffe Latte，$46］有淡淡玫瑰味，但咖啡味唔算濃。價錢都唔平［Potato Rosti，$105］話說我以前食過好好味嘅rosti，而喺香港又好少見到有得食，咁呢一日喺Bricklane見到就叫啦，佢有跟一隻蛋（我揀咗scrambled egg）、菠菜、煙肉，同芝士。但朋友個餐已經食到一半，我份嘢食都仲未到，於是我問侍應，原來製作需時半個鐘點解我落單嘅時候唔同我講呢？我lunch time一個鐘㗎咋...等到佢終於嚟，炒蛋係幾滑，但個rosti完全失哂望... 太厚喇，入面嘅薯絲/粉漿都未熟，又冇味... 枉我等咗佢半個鐘不過係坐得幾舒服，唔會逼；枱都幾大張，叫多啲嘢食都擺得落

是日約了好友吃卡樂B薯片, 未吃之前去了café chit chat. 週日來到bricklane, 真搞笑, 在金鐘工作了數年, 也未曾到訪中信大廈, 真失禮! 假日人流不多, 場內環境寬敞, 裝修擺設也很有悠閒感, 坐得頗舒適自在.點選了large hot mocha, large hot chocolate, smoked Salmon egg benedict.不消一會侍應送上, large hot mocha, large hot chocolate. 先說筆者的hot mocha, 看了其他食評告知large size是頗大杯, 果然有點分量. 賣相不錯, 拉花挺漂亮. 試一口, 咖啡質感很厚身, 不是水汪汪的, 每一口也充滿了油脂, 感覺也頗幼滑, 很久也沒有喝到這麼有水準的咖啡了, 很讚!友人的large hot chocolate也很吸引, 還有綿花糖提供, 很窩心呢!smoked Salmon egg benedict, 是日的水準也很高!賣相很美, 好像很飽滿和流心. 包的底部有微微的脆, 正合筆者愛香口的心意. 下午茶時間去中信大廈 Bricklane 最正，店大人少，身處黃金地段慢食All Day Breakfast，靜靜地 hea 足幾個鐘，無人催埋單，職員有問必答，食得開心。大早餐萬變不離其中，有蛋、煙肉、腸、番茄、麵包、沙律菜及茄汁豆。但蛋可揀炒蛋或煎蛋；一碟同時供應兩款煙肉；煙肉底墊有大磨菰，同煙肉好夾味；麵包是厚切香草多士，包面放有炸薯餅，如果食到太飽只能二選一，必揀多士；三文魚捲成花狀夠搶眼，魚片非薄如紙，未見變黑；芝士非常香濃，配沙律菜食一流。較少見大早餐供應芝士，驚喜。飲品要散叫，House Coffee 有 crema，心底嘩一聲。熱牛奶份量多，奶瓶設計靚，攞上手用過就知它有真內涵。原以為會是平平無奇一餐，暗藏烹飪的細心及思量。

因為工作喺金鐘灣仔區, 要同好朋友慶祝生日都需要揀個可以泊得車, 夠靜傾到計, 坐得舒服, 又要好食既地方其實好難搵, 多得有人就我肯過黎同我食飯, 所以遠少少都行過黎！餐廰提供set lunch, 以魚雞牛為主, 亦有pasta / rissoto 的選擇, 套餐包括一個小沙律, 一碗湯, 主菜同一杯餐茶, 我同朋友今次都選擇左魚, 以三文魚扒配青豆蓉及焗蛋批, 旁邊有香草白汁, 配搭岩岩好, 因為三文魚扒本身比較膩, 青豆蓉同蛋批剛好可以平衡返，而三文魚扒煎得岩岩好，又唔算太油! 小蕃茄配菜好好味, 整份餐有紅黃燈綠夠色彩。不過湯係羅宋湯, 我自己鍾意食菜, 所以都叫合心意既, 不過羅宋湯感覺似乎又太普通, 所以希望餐廰會有更多變化同選擇。而沙律都係新鮮爽口，特別在有幾片青蘋果，亦有粟米同少少沙律醬，雖然份量較少，但食落感覺清新，我個人比較鍾意呢個！Red velvet cake 其實唔係個個地方都有得食, 佢地整幾好又唔太甜, topping 既deco 有朵小小dried rose, 好可愛 其實BRICKLANE唔係新開, 又唔係第一次食, 寫下食評係想讚下食物同服務!~朋友
