素聞太子最近有間新興的文青bar朋友帶來才知是這間bound by hillywood終於在附近食飯,順手可以和朋友來試試店舖不大，但很有格調，打卡影相都不錯播的歌很搞笑很輕快，而且店內氣氛很舒適而且有霓紅燈，拍照很美也有很附古董玩具，以及文藝書和雜誌來的都是飲氣氛環境為主吧這杯是無酒精飲品Apple sparklers賣相不錯幾好味 不會太甜還加了肉桂粉好像有少許薑味蘋果很新鮮面頭加了類似果醬的東西有層次

 TGIF!! 陵發打完冷發覺時間尚早，想起附近有間很潮的酒吧，便帶了朋友來輕鬆一下。點了Apple Gin & Tonic，酸酸地的蘋果配上Bombay's Gin，清新易入口，在炎炎的夏日添上一份清涼。值得一提的是，店舖由霓虹光主導，客人都是十分潮，有不少外國客人，價錢貼地，為太子區與眾不同的酒吧。一定會再來的！祝大家有個美好的周末☺️

What a lovely surprise in a small area like Prince Edward. This cafe is definitely my favourite in the area, I live just down the road and I’ll be coming here frequently. The staff speak English primarily, and also Cantonese, it’s nice to hear someone speaking English in this part of Hong Kong. I love coming to BOUND for it's great coffee, really cool space and friendly staff. I haven't tried their food yet but I will come back again to do that soon. Really a hidden gem in Prince Edward, make sure to check it. Nathan is very knowledgeable and skilled in coffee. Overall a fantastic experience that I can highly recommend. 

Coffee is good.     Very good.    We are in Prince Edward station needing a coffee shop to spend an hour.    Not expecting anything from a local cafe.   But we found this place and server - Nathan.   He knows coffee and machines.     Please try various coffee.   I will come back.    This is a few good coffee places nearby.   But I will retry this place again. 

哩排好鍾意去旺角啲 Cafe/Bar 打卡，趁今晚有咁嘅閒情逸致，就約埋個fd落黎哩間一直都好想打卡嘅Cafe？Bar？ 🍸 之前去打卡嗰陣，Open Rice都未有佢個食評page，因為一直有follow開佢哋嘅ig先知佢哋個location咋。行入店內會見到有好多霓虹燈牌，好鬼迷幻。驟眼睇似間Bar，其實又係間Cafe。比較鍾意哩類咁嘅Cafe Bar，唔想飲酒嘅話，都可以有其他嘅選擇啊嘛。吧檯度有menu，同店員落咗order就可以搵個位坐低啦。 Iced Chocolate？and Black White？唔記得啦 .... 不過都OK好飲嘅 ....

在一個寧靜又下點毛毛雨的傍晚，經過界限街這間裝修型格（甚至可以說迷幻）、只賣咖啡及酒，不太賣食物的Bound，想停下腳步嚐嚐。點了一杯Blue Collar，是一種味道清淡如水但嗒落有餘韻的咖啡，忍唔住飲了兩杯。印象中好似在美國飲過這款咖啡，一般是工人階級飲的便宜東西。雖然味淡，但見個老闆過濾過程都花了十分鐘，絕對冇hea顧客。我看到咖啡豆包裝，估計是美國貨吧。值得一提的是這款咖啡較港式齋啡為淡，甚適合想試吓飲非奶類咖啡的人。看見個操美國口音的洋人老闆不停用部咖啡機仲了近十次expresso，然後又將咖啡直接倒走，期間不停對機器說F word，我還以為部機器有問題，吹開水才知他覺得那幾天的潮濕天氣影響了咖啡沖出來的效果，好欣賞他對品質的堅持，也不怪他在我耳邊作操口轟炸了，還免費幫他試了兩杯expresso添（我個樣似咖啡專家），哈哈！
