有單有據:去唔到澳洲,唯有去澳門,而今晚就去中環既澳洲Bondi Beach嚟平衡一下心理XD 時間尚早,星期六既6點未有太多人,我地係第一枱食客,意外包場~店員首先送上熱烘烘既餐包:-corn bread,軟身而濕度比較高,粟米味香,有口感。-onion bread,有微微蔥香,比較乾身,亦有口感。麵包配有雞豆醬,是自家磨製,味道帶點黃豆味,屬淡味,配上麵包一齊食味道好夾。Scallop Carpaccio $88店員建議帶子剌身要儘快食,因為新鮮切出,一旦放耐左就好失去鮮味味道變得不一樣!於是我地就極速清碟~呢度主菜係單叫,並唔包餐湯或飲品,叫左2個main: Roasted Chicken $208肉質比軟難口,但調味做得不錯。伴碟有菇菌類,炒香過。Sea Bass $248魚皮煎香帶海鹽味,入口香脆。伴碟有炒香過既紅椒絲,魚肉質嫩滑,而且唔油膩。**10% svc**

平日的中環非常繁忙,有點透不過氣。但到了星期六日,完全不同,帶點平凡,寧靜和優雅的一面。今天相約友人去了中環某商厦內的餐廳,一於來個慢嘆的午餐。自家製的麺包非常有誠意。 一款是芝麻包,另一款是粟米包,還有自家製醬料揸麵包。芝麻包質感比較實,揸點自家製醬後仍然覺得乾。相反栗米包質感鬆軟,有濃郁的栗米香,好味!忌廉南瓜湯,濃稠順滑,茸茸的口感,滋味!酒煮蜆意大利麵上枱時傳來陣陣蒜香。蜆隻飽滿,夠鮮度,淸甜。意大利麵條硬度適中,有嚼勁。絕對係一道不太花巧的滋味主食。套餐不包括甜品。怎麼說呢!完美的一餐如欠缺甜品,似乎欠了些什麼似的。于是乎點了一道甜品作完美句號。有濃烈的朱古力香,結實的質感,配上香滑的雪糕,無得輸。咖啡亦不馬夫,豆質靚,順喉,帶點甘苦,回韻力強。傾下講下己坐了兩個鐘,實在難得的慢活。

自家製的麺包非常有誠意。 一款是芝麻包,另一款是粟米包,還有自家製醬料揸麵包。

芝麻包質感比較實,揸點自家製醬後仍然覺得乾。相反栗米包質感鬆軟,有濃郁的栗米香,好味!

主菜叫了ribeye, portion都大, ribeye煎到外層輕微焦脆,但裡面做到medium rare, 即內裡嫩紅,外表焦脆微滲血絲既效果,唔係個個餐廳都控制到,平時餐廳通常medium 同medium rare 煮出嚟都沒有分別,甚至更熟。食落有牛味,看到應與新鮮rosemary 一齊煎,香味更突出。配菜有炒什菇,煎脆左既薯粒,以及最特別既係重牛油味既菜心,都幾爽脆。

友人叫了焗羊架,放上herbs醃料烤焗,與羊鞍上的油脂形成一層薄薄的鬆脆面,切開熟得嚟微少紅,都做到medium既效果。這裡的羊鞍有3條骨,每片既肉size都有權頭咁大, 性價比高,而且肉質鮮嫰鬆軟。一般餐廳,我都唔敢叫羊架,因為有機會去除骨同羊脂,也沒有一湯匙既肉,但呢度既羊架油脂比例唔高,沒有呢個問題,羊架絕對係令我想再嚟既一道菜。

整體來說,中環這個價錢及質素來說,性價比很高,店員亦友善周到,上菜會介紹食物,進食途中會問問食物覺得如何等等。而且食物質素控制合宜,喺呢度做friend gathering 係一個幾好既選擇。

Beside of two branches in Kwun Tong and Lai Chi Kok, it is a new branch in Central recently!
 Surprisingly, the boss is Australian Asian who can speak in Cantonese and English fluently but he is not a Chinese! He is full of passion on food and beverage!
 

Well! He asked us what kind of food we didn't eat! As I can't eat raw food and spicy food! He designed a dinner menu for us!
 We were really looking forward...how yummy it is! 


Actually, I like it's atmosphere and environment! 
 Such a great place for fine dining!
 It faced to the old Central Police Station where collapsed one of the building on Arbuthnot Road in May! Here is closed with Wyndham Street! That's why Wyndham Street was so busy on traffic at night!

Started with herbs and onion homemade bread! I like homemade food,
 make sure it is fresh with the best texture!
 Both were refreshing especially the herbs one! For onion one, not just taste it but also smell it! 

If you try to have chickpeas sauce for seasoning, taste would be much more outstanding!

This green tea latte was very strong taste and smell without sweetness but quite smooth and warm with milk! I am afraid, it was not my cup of tea!

Tried its ribeye at night.  It was cooked beautifully with a shiny colour! The meat tasted juicy and the saltiness was just right!  Some parts are quite hard to chew.  However, it still worth to try.

難得嚟到中環食午飯,知道有間食澳洲菜好似唔錯,就同朋友黎試下。一出電梯,就見到一大個招牌。 簡約風。室內有開揚嘅景觀,響太陽下食午餐,感覺自然一d。如果鹽陽光猛烈,室內其他座位都好寬敞。唔同種類嘅午餐都有,價錢相宜,都係百零蚊。餐湯係番茄忌廉湯,酸酸甜甜好開胃。頭盤係蛋卷配沙律,好似日本甜蛋,滑滑甜甜,啲蔬菜都好新鮮。我哋叫咗個肉眼扒五成熟,牛肉味好濃郁,扒嘅邊皮有少少韌,肉中心都好軟,肉汁鎖係中間。但略嫌配菜較油。另外叫咗個海鮮意大利飯,材料好豐富,大大隻嘅虎蝦仲有好厚肉嘅帶子!十分鮮甜!側邊仲有鱈魚扒。呢度嘅主菜唔錯,我哋坐得耐啲又口痕,就叫咗個炸薯仔條配黑松露醬。呢個係將新鮮薯仔即切即炸。但略嫌過油唔夠脆。個黑松露醬好香!

. Eventually, we are very satisfied about the food and service provided and also the enviroment is really nice and romantic

Comment on Chardonnay:
It is a bit savoury but textured and able to smell of melon and subtle oak. I would prefer to drink few year later, to fully enjoy its complexity

Welcome bread, Corn and Onion favour.

We are quite suprised that there is a hand made welcome bread provided for us. The Corn bread is bland in taste, but we surprise of it's texture, taste like a steamed cake
. It is quite interesting and we think it is good for our starter.

We appreciate on the smell and the taste of the Onion bread. It had cooked very well by controlling its irritating. Moreover you may also use the chickpeas sauce for seasoning.

The meat ball is very Juicy, the texture is like Wagyu A5. The reason behind is the ingredient: melting feta cheese and onion. Tomato sauce is sweet and dense. Overall speaking, it look good and taste wonderful.

This dish is very common in many restaurant. The major ingredient is the America Potato, which is the soul of this dish. By cutting into thick chips, and deep fried. The final product is not just crunchy outside, but also fluffy in inside.

With further digging from waitress, the tips for making this delicious potato chips is truffle oil, which added on the surface of the chips after deep fried. Not just taste the truffle but also smell the truffle

Although the menu stating it is a one pound lamb shank, we still suprise on the size of the lamb shank. The meat is very tender and easy to cut. However the red wine sauce is a bit salty, and the carrot is also too salty. Beside this, the shank is very delicious.

We enjoy the night in this restaurant. Not only the high quality of food, but also the romantic environment
. This place is lovely and certainly will visit again

今日約咗個朋友。去咗蘭桂坊附近一間餐廳 食一個行政午餐,非常好味,真係要同大家推介一下, 我叫咗個set lunch, 包括一碗餐湯 加沙律,配上去地自家製嘅麵包有兩款其中一款比較特別想介紹嘅,係佢哋自製嘅粟米包,粟米包非常鬆脆浸浸嘅粟米味,咬落好香, 沙律雖然份量少啲但係都非常好食夠曬開胃, 煮菜我選擇咗羊架,羊架先煎咗面,面上有啲似脆皮一樣,然後再放入焗爐裏面焗,雖然等得黎少少但係一切都值得嘅,羊架 來到既時候,非常香,外面鬆脆柔軟嘅表面切落去裏面嘅肉非常之軟熟,食落去一啲騷味都冇, 羊肉味好出好好味 我夠膽講係我食過咁多羊架裏面最好食嘅一件,另外叫咗個甜品甜品係士多啤梨芝士蛋糕,芝士味好重好creamy士多啤梨夠新鮮配合得非常好味,最後叫左杯iced cappuccino 飲落非常之香口,真係一餐非常滿足嘅行政午餐

Happened to have lunch alone in Central. Recommended by friends, the restaurant is a good pick for someone who wants to have a quiet quality lunch. The set lunch menu was presented. Corn bread is sweet and soft. The warmth inside tells the freshness. Bites of corn can be felt quite clearly. Onion bread with caviar paste is a contrast - a bit savoury, yet the taste of onion is so light that it is never bitter or unpleasant. The handmade bread shows the hard work the chef has put into.

Soup of the day is pumpkin soup. While pepper is optional, the small portion that I chose to have highlights the taste, but the freshness and sweetness of pumpkin remain vivid. The creamy texture acts as another reminder that I am having pumpkin soup but not other kinds of vegetables. Should be a good choice for pumpkin fans. But for non-pumpkin lovers, I am sorry...

The main course I picked was Alioli pasta (HKD118), a new try out for me. The pasta looks plain, yes it does because there isn't anything except the pasta itself and alioli. Alioli is spicy because of the garlic and red pepper, though the spice should be an easy one - I can still bear it, only with a tiny sip of water to help get over. The strong flavour gets me back my appetite in the stuffy and hearty weather. Topped with basil, the pasta smells excellent.

最好最開心系杯Coffe---Mocha.首先藝術性的多層次拉花,已經好like,第一啖飲落去嘅感覺系厚厚嘅口感,朱古力同咖啡的比例剛剛好,不會互相搶味,好的咖啡系需要配合優質嘅已烘焙咖啡豆,出色的磨豆機,加埋出色嘅咖啡師等等配合已成,呢杯俾到我,剛剛好。

之前朋友向小妹推介一間位於荔枝角嘅西餐廳——Bondi 最近發現原來中環雲咸街開咗分店 方便好多 一於兩個女仔去朝聖!其實算唔算西餐廳呢?侍應姐姐話 老闆係澳洲人... 不過anyway啦 好味先係重點!早嚟可以坐窗口位 好快天黑 可以睇夜景收service charge的餐廳 服務果然不同凡響 點單前 餐廳都會率先為每檯客人送上免費頭盤——自家製Cornbread一個籃仔入面有4件 熱呼呼的 外層的皮微焦 裡面的氣泡唔多但非常鬆軟 口感比較似蛋糕 食完都唔覺乾爭爭... 粟米係廚師自己磨碎的 用咗烘乾嘅粟米粒 所以一邊食會一邊咬到好細嘅粟米碎 亦會見到一條條粟米絲... 包裡加咗糖 但又唔覺得過甜呢度嘅飲品主要係酒 可是小妹和友人都唔飲.... 於是要了兩杯凍朱古力 但小妹認為叫「凍可可」比較適合 它的味道很特別——「又濃又啖」 可可味非常香濃 但又唔似飲「朱古力奶」 因為無咩甜味... 說它好似水咁稀嗎?口裡的可可味又停留好耐...終於點第一道「真頭盤」XD 「Seared beef cube and onion jam topped with quail egg」 碟上有四塊六成

一個籃仔入面有4件 熱呼呼的 外層的皮微焦 裡面的氣泡唔多但非常鬆軟 口感比較似蛋糕 食完都唔覺乾爭爭... 粟米係廚師自己磨碎的 用咗烘乾嘅粟米粒 所以一邊食會一邊咬到好細嘅粟米碎 亦會見到一條條粟米絲... 包裡加咗糖 但又唔覺得過甜

呢度嘅飲品主要係酒 可是小妹和友人都唔飲.... 於是要了兩杯凍朱古力 但小妹認為叫「凍可可」比較適合 它的味道很特別——「又濃又啖」 可可味非常香濃 但又唔似飲「朱古力奶」 因為無咩甜味... 說它好似水咁稀嗎?口裡的可可味又停留好耐...

終於點第一道「真頭盤」XD 「Seared beef cube and onion jam topped with quail egg」 碟上有四塊六成熟的烤牛柳粒 蓋在上面嘅係太陽鵪鶉蛋(第一次食!)


夾在牛和蛋中間嘅係酸酸甜甜嘅「洋蔥醬」 洋蔥切得好薄 煮得好林 無咗原本的刺激性味道


牛柳無咩肥膏 但有好多筋 所以入口滑漏而不油膩

主菜係「Seasonal fresh seafood risotto」 點解係「seasonal」?因為大廚會選擇最靚嘅材料!嗰排邊啲新鮮 就用邊啲 客人點菜前可詢問店員有啲咩海鮮 以免造成食物敏感


今期有鰈魚、大蝦、帶子、三文魚籽 鰈魚同蝦分別有兩塊 很方便兩個人share
除了魚籽 其他海鮮都煎香了 帶子全熟 比刺身硬少少 係煲湯用嘅瑤柱嘅味道!魚肉無骨 肉質嫩滑
大蝦爽口 肉和殼都好容易分開

不得不提個飯 加入了巴馬臣芝士 除咗影響味覺 仲可以令飯嘅質感黏黏的 有別於其他餐廳只係用汁嘅risotto... 芝士有點撐胃 所以大家唔好以為個飯細細碟唔飽肚啊
