The receptionist splashing water on you if you are not a guest tonightI have come to BACI 4 times this year as a walk-in guest. Regretably, I don't think I would come to BACI again anymore.For those who want to visit BACI, I urge you to turn away from this Italian "Cha Chaan Teng". It was a real incident that happened 3 days ago at early night. My friend was waiting at California Tower for me and the rest of my family's members. We were a bit late, and so my friend simply sat down on the leader pavement in the front of BACI for just a while. A few moments later, a middle-aged like lady, the guest receptionist of BACI, came over nearby with a glass of water and splashed the back of my friend. it seemed that she might want to evict my friend from sitting near BACI so that she wanted to get the steps wet. Unfortunately, she was so hostile against my friend and deliberately got my friend and the steps wet at the same time.Wow, how impolite and improper she was as a guest receptionist of the house, appalling. My friend was, of course, angry and outrageous. On what ground she believed that she has/had the right to splash water towards pedestrians nearby, or like, the first-time Hong Kong visiter like my dear friend? Who taught her to splash water towards outsiders as a deterrence to stop people from sitting there? The clothing was tained with unknown water, no matter the water had been consumed or not, laughable enough. My friend asked her to apologize right away, but she was so haughty, so arrogant to do so. It was out of the proportion to splash water when there was still someone sitting there. How come she couldn't politely ask my friend to move a bit further from the front of the restaurant? She is the guest receptionist. She should have behaved in a decent way. Her stance and her behaviors are absolutely barbaric, inappropriate, and indecent. Why is this pizza award-winning Trattoria hired such an arrogant, indecent, and foul-language speaking person as a house receptionist? I strongly believe that there are other candidates who are much more polite and decent than her.I did think about bringing that friend to BACI for pizza a few days later. However, I definitely will not. My friend is really frustrated and upset about being treated in that way. 琴日晏晝嚟咗中環，食呢間本身食意大利菜嘅餐廳，但每逢星期六日就會做brunch buffet，呢間自助餐極多款式，海鮮區有新鮮嘅蝦，龍蝦同埋仲有幾款嘅海鮮，熟食區的烤雞翼同埋肉丸超級Juicy，特別鍾意佢有即整pasta，pasta種類同醬汁選擇十分之多，仲可以自己同廚師講自己鍾意嘅配搭，新鮮感滿滿。甜點部份雖然簡單但美味，Tiramisu同埋個奶凍都好好食，整體乾淨舒適，同埋侍應態度好好，以呢個價位嚟講是會想再來嘅日常選擇。…查看更多

最近我到蘭桂坊的Baci享受了他們的週末早午餐自助餐，真的是一個很棒的體驗！這裡的選擇非常多，尤其是海鮮部分超讚的，有新鮮的龍蝦、海螺、大蝦和青口，吃得我根本停不下來。最好的是，他們的Pizza可是即叫即整，全港排名第二呢！薄底香脆，外焦內嫩，口感超棒，搭配上各種豐富的配料，真的是非常美味！除此之外，意粉的口味也非常適中，不會太濃重，剛剛好。另外，燒肉部分也讓我印象深刻。燒牛扒、燒雞和燒五花腩都烤得剛剛好，肉質嫩滑，特別有味！12點入座的話，你可以享受整整三小時的美食之旅，吃到飽真的好抵最後，我一定要提到他們的Tiramisu！這款甜點真是完美，奶油層綿密、手指餅乾鬆軟，加上濃濃的咖啡味和可可粉的香氣，吃完讓人意猶未盡。沙律的清新感也讓我在這頓大餐中找到一點平衡。少少一提，見到隔籬枱有人生日職員會準備甜品寫上Happy birthday送上驚喜，呢樣係有啲意想不到，下次有朋友或者屋企人生日一定會再嚟Baci。除咗食物質素好好之外，Staff嘅服務都令我好滿意，收碟速度好快，order嘅Pizza同意粉都基本上5分鐘就會到，應該係我食過咁多buffet或者放題嚟講速度算好快。下次有機會我一定會試吓dinner time再嚟過。總之，Baci weekend brunch buffet讓我非常滿意，無論是食物的品質還是氛圍都超棒，強烈推薦給喜歡美食的你！…查看更多

同朋友喺星期日中午去食佢哋嘅brunch semi buffet。出面自助攞嘅嘢食全部都好合理，salad bar、凍海鮮同埋肉全部都好合理。但係，佢本行做嘅pasta同pizza都好一般。rigatoni完全唔煙韌，bolognese好淡味。carbonara尚可接受，不過冇蛋黃同芝士香味。pizza嗰個厚薄好奇怪，又唔係傳統意大利pizza嘅薄，個底淋晒，仲要厚嘅位唔係好咬得郁。我哋覺得最差係甜品，全部都係好濃好膩好甜，乜都有陣金莎嘅hazelnut味。食物質素中規中矩，但係服務完全唔可以接受。pizza漏咗單，等咗半個鐘都未有。收碟都算快，不過完全唔識幫人哋換餐具同加紙巾。另外，如果唔想俾錢飲水嘅話要小心，一坐低就問我哋水要still定sparkling，咁我哋諗住香港水喉水唔似得喺外國餐廳咁飲得，所以叫still water。點知埋單先知原來still water都要收錢，$38一支，但係其他檯係飲緊普通嘅水。如果有普通水但係佢冇同我哋講，然後仲要係咁幫我哋斟水所以開咗兩支，咁就好似有啲老土囉，估唔到呢個年代仲有餐廳呢個位會做得咁尷尬，仲有隻烏蠅飛來飛去！嘢食唔係特別標青，但係服務真係好一般，唔會再返嚟😓…查看更多

我已經好耐無寫食評，今次真係忍唔住要提醒一下想試既朋友。我係經openrice訂枱，享有75折優惠。家姐畢業離開香港前諗住一家人食返一餐好既當慶祝。點知後悔到爆，折後人均4XX，但食物質素一啲都唔值。佢有沙律bar、海鮮、甜品同熱食。首先沙律正常發揮，不過不失，但食落食物質素一般。我平時好鍾意食紅菜頭，一般紅菜頭都會好甜，佢無咩味之餘帶草青味。海鮮區有龍蝦、螺、蟹鉗同蝦，除蝦以外，其他都好難食，特別係龍蝦同蟹鉗，無味不得止，成隻乾爭爭，好實好難咬。真係可以用垃圾級別黎形容。熟食有燒牛、五花腩同雞，燒牛稍微好一點點，另外兩種都係好乾好柴。另有雞翼、肉丸、三文魚、雜菜等，雞翼看似正常，食落咸到爆炸。甜品有4款蛋糕，Tiramisu, cheesecake,朱古力慕絲、唔知咩布丁。一係太甜，一係無味。雪糕櫃唔多凍，啲雪糕好似溶溶地，西瓜有沙但完全唔甜成餐唯一可取係pizza，可能因為即叫即整。後尾有員工問我哋意見，我照直講。連個staff都同意我既comment，佢都係咁覺得。真係失望到爆，完全唔值得試。 …查看更多

dinner叫咗個Pizza Romagna （走basil）同Red Prawn Linguinipizza 就 一般，餅底好軟，拎唔起，如果唔係d toppings 會跌晒。芝士同火腿都冇特別香，不過整體唔錯ge，一定唔係難食意粉個汁就幾好幾香 ，d 蝦雖然有三隻，不過有d 細，同埋冇殼，有d 老，呢個價錢唔ok另外有個地方唔滿意嘅係，佢一開始問我地要唔要水，我地話好，但係佢冇同我地講收錢，雖然呢d 地方食都expect 係收，但係佢收x2，淨係水加埋一已經8x蚊。我唔知佢係因為兩位所以收兩份，定係因為兩支。我(好似)見到佢開咗兩支，不過我唔肯定，因為佢冇問過我使唔使再開，應該係佢見我哋杯水冇晒所以幫我哋再斟(佢由頭到尾都冇問過我地使唔使refill)而我哋一開始都唔知啲水要錢。total 一個Pizza一個意粉，已經食咗六百幾蚊，而咁嘅質素，係唔可以接受可能因為舖頭設計問題，其實夏天坐真係好鬼熱，我哋已經坐得算入，而且係夜晚，仲有部坐地冷氣機喺隔離吹住，都要去到就嚟走先至涼返…查看更多

聽講呢間係全港 Top 3 嘅 pizza 店，梗係要朝聖一下啦～啱啱今日有時間，就即刻去試下。去到先發現，原來星期日冇得單點，只係做 brunch。不過環境就真係唔錯，氣氛 chill chill，坐低慢慢嘆都幾舒服。講返啲食物，除咗 pizza，仲有唔少地中海風味菜式。最驚喜係——澳洲和牛！嘩，呢舊牛真係出乎我意料地正，肉質嫩滑又有肉香，老實講，我覺得甚至比某啲五星級酒店嘅水準仲高添！至於主角 pizza 嘅話⋯⋯老實講，我覺得係中規中矩，未至於驚為天人，但都有番咁上下水平，餅底夠薄、邊位脆，不過味道就冇乜咁突出。其他配菜都算新鮮，整體嚟講都係滿意嘅一餐。唔知係唔係 brunch menu比較保守啲，下次可能要揀返平日嚟試佢 full menu，可能會有更多驚喜！…查看更多

I struggled with myself about writing this review, because in Hong Kong, when I find something good, my first impulse has become to keep it to myself. There's no end of food influencers, bloggers all lining up to react to things in this city and some of their effects on restaurants I used to enjoy can be adequately described as noxious.But at the same time, as someone with a little experience behind the kitchen counter I appreciate the sheer amount of work and effort that the team at BACI have gone to in order to provide what they've done. I want to give them a little support - LKF Concepts should be rightly proud of BACI, but the effort required to produce their brunch every weekend makes me wonder for how long they can keep this up.The meal: Brunch. The exceptional: the Margherita. Sauce pops and is fresh, it is an uncooked sauce that balances out the olive oil and the other elements. My guess is that the giant custom copper oven setup allows them to use a bright, uncooked sauce like this without it bleeding everywhere. The pizzaola deserves all the props for perfect doneness. The crust also has excellent flavor, likely a long ferment. This is, hands down, the best slice of pizza I've had in Hong Kong. Fiata may still win in the "official" rankings and I would still go to Fiata for the specialty pies and the tartare, but if I had a textbook with an image of Neapolitan pizza in it, this would be the picture. The surprising: the buffet counter. Salads and cold apps of all sorts, uniformly delicious. Wide selection of cold cuts and cheeses, of superior quality to expensive hotel buffets. Hot food was no less exceptional - the roasted beef cut had a good buttery richness, it was a superior product. Seafood freshness was similarly good. The amount of work and prep, not to mention sourcing, is completely out of this world for something they do on a weekly basis. Maybe they share a prep area with the other LKF Concepts restaurants? I am very surprised that in this day and age when everyone is scrimping and saving and quality has fallen in favor of trying to keep costs under control that the buffet can be of this quality and amount.  Needs improvements: pasta bar. Didn't order the carbonara as looked a little too congealed, maybe it was cooked too long and didn't have the perfect silky wetness that a good carbonara should have. The four cheese pizza - it was not made clear that this contained blue cheese. It was out of balance and dominated everything on the pizza. While I get the idea and this is probably influenced by the success of the infamous Jacomax blue cheese and apple pie, I would recommend using blue cheese in much tracer amounts.  The service: Good, although I can feel how hard the staff are working, which is probably a detriment. Then again, friendly, cheerful floor staff that make service feel invisible and effortless are absent. I feel like an attitude that feels at home more in an izakaya or casual bar would work best; the atmosphere of the restaurant suits staff that are enjoying themselves and comfortable chatting with the customers better. And a place that puts out this quality of pizza will attract regulars.The dislike: Bathroom not great.Verdict: I think, if you are craving Neapolitan style, you will not get a better pizza in Hong Kong - maybe not even in Asia - than the margherita at Baci. As a fat bastard, I think the market is still wide open for other pizza styles, like the New Haven or Detroit, but if you are planning on opening up another pizza joint serving classic style pies, please come here and have a taste first.
