Apt. Coffee is a cozy and neat cafe located at the heart of Star Street. The ambience is super chill and its a great spot to hang out with friends for brunch and tea time.This time we ordered two dishes to share and an iced drink. My recommendation will be the caramel muffin with earl grey ice-cream if you are craving for something sweet yet not too heavy.  Big thumbs up to the earl grey ice-cream, it's not too sweet and it's tea flavour is so rich. Love it!The avocado toast is also a good pick

喜歡隱蔽的街道, 喜歡小店形式再加上寧靜嘅環境……店舖有點小，但簡約的裝修，加上以白色為主，令人很舒服的感覺，提供室外及室內座位，喜歡 chill一個下午的，可以到這裡來 chill個夠。份量好夠大，女生可能 share 會好一點，toppings任選點溝都得， 所有配料由客人自己決定自己配自己選。友人選了 sourdough, lemon cream cheese, soft boil egg, avocado and chicken, 一上枱，賣相好靚，滿滿的感覺，滿瀉的牛油果，整個texture好match好 fresh, 再加一杯black coffee, 滿足度爆發而我選了另一 toast, fig & walnut, 配上 beetroot hummus, 簡單點了 mushroom and chicken, 意想不到mushroom 都炒得咁香，好有mushroom味，另外配了一杯 flat white ice coffee, 簡單好味，最重要是一點是，所有食物都好健康價錢一點也不貴，倒覺得比較平宜下次會再 visit

呢度offer嘅sandwich由頭都尾都自己揀由想要咩包揸咩醬 到要幾多款toppings都全部由你話事😋想點mix and match都得我今次就揀左sourdough加lemon cream cheese 再加三款toppings ($80)🤤1️⃣Scrambled eggs🍳2️⃣Mushroom🍄3️⃣Smoked Salmon (+$20)食包我一定揀sourdough 食起上黎比較硬身同脆口而lemon cream cheese食落就比較light🙆🏻‍♀️個人覺得lemon cream cheese同smoked salmon最夾 match埋好清新🌿煙三文魚非常厚身 而且都俾好多塊下🤣相反同蘑菇就唔係好襯啦 mushroom本身炒得好好食好juicy🤤seasoning岩岩好同cream cheese陣味有啲相沖咁🙈配蛋食反而夾啲 但都recommend呢個topping嘅😋最後真係唔好睇少呢三塊包 份量真係超大😂Toppings又俾得好generous 多到食完塊包要齋食 個日2點食左個late lunch⛅️dinner都差啲食唔落🤣🤣🤣⚠️舖頭面積比較細 室內得3-4張二人枱

以前成日係灣仔番工都經過月街！係要離開左個area先搵到好野！月街真係好chill好靜，同best friend 搵個地方relax 下吹下水係好選擇。Apt，其實是 A Personal Tailor的簡寫。店子既概念係咖啡既風味、濃淡、溫度及奶泡都係由隨客人而定。我地見左2個sour dough set 做lunch，份量其實好多好飽，多人去既可以叫黎share ah!

又一間bookmark 左好耐嘅cafe，之前淨係畀食物吸引到，發現佢十月有響應罷市後就更想到訪。由於間舖頭好細，全靠好友12:30 p.m.去排隊先趕得切喺lunch time一試，呢度嘅open-faced toast 同咖啡以customised 為賣點，除左咖啡豆外，連奶泡嘅份量都可以揀。.Open-faced toast (2 toppings):sourdough + lemon cream cheese + scrambled eggs + ham (上)sourdough + lemon cream cheese + avocado + poached egg (下）由於bread 同spread 都一樣就一齊講啦，首先賣相一流，碟邊仲灑左南瓜籽及杏仁碎做裝飾，sourdough 好脆身但包身再鬆軟啲會更好，聽講另一款fig & walnut bread 嘅口感就較為煙韌。Cream cheese spread 加左檸檬汁幾清新。牛油果夠熟，一半切片一半打成蓉，一次試哂兩種口感，水煮蛋用醋浸過帶酸，有蛋汁流出但中間仲有熟嘅蛋黃，係我鍾意嘅半熟程度，炒蛋都好嫩滑。.BB

You get to tailor your coffee, toast and salad at this place; the numerous combinations mean everything you order is unique and will always be your favorite.For the toast, you can choose you bread (sourdough or figs & walnut), your spread (beetroot hummus or lemon cream cheese) and your toppings (12 toppings available); the bread is so soft and the ingredients are fresh 👍🏻

漫長的十日假期，今日已經去到第三日，因為我要買一些日常用品，所以來到灣仔，但現在只是早上9：30am,恐怕店舖都未太早開門，隨後又要找個地方hea一陣食個早餐今早來到灣仔的月街，找尋了一間《APT 》的隱世cafe,店舖細細，勝在有戶外位置坐，近來疫情持續下，我都選擇坐戶外比較安全，起碼夠通風入座前店員都會客人先探熱及供應酒精搓手液消毒雙手，安全措施做足!!這裡的咖啡（自選水量、咖啡豆、奶泡量），salad bowl（自選配料、汁醬、沙律base）及open faced toast（自選配料、醬汁及麵包），全部都可以由客人自己話事，讓客人自由選擇，個人對咖啡的要求總是高於食物，詢問了店員後，咖啡豆分了seasonal 及nutty,前者咖啡豆產地是來自南美洲的秘魯及中美洲的瓜地馬拉，後者是埃塞俄比亞及瓜地馬拉!!我點了前者的咖啡豆，選擇了180ml($35)Americano ，店中都是給我杯long black，不過都晤緊要啦，我先飲了一口，咖啡的苦味比較強烈，酸度反而接近零，我再待它涼卻又再試下，苦味仍然突出，微微酸味都開始滲出，但整體我都晤太喜歡，評價是晤覺得有堅果味，飲落杯咖啡

My frd and I have temporarily done all the busy works recently and would like to get away a bit from the craziness these days. We felt lucky to find this spot by chance. It seems the shop being quite popular as we waited for around 20min. 呢排突然間好似好興食sourdough咁，所以今次特登嚟呢間可以customise自己食物嘅 @apt.coffee 試下先～除咗有大家都知可以customise嘅toast之外，原來咖啡同沙律都一樣可以自己揀～揀自己鍾意嘅配料同埋味道，確保你擺入口嘅食物100%啱你口味！雖然呢個地點唔算太方便，都花咗少少時間搵路，但呢度環境都算坐得幾舒服，又無time limit，又有wifi，非常之work-friendly～不過我見天氣唔係太熱，唸住chill啲坐室外，但坐低都未開始食已經開始俾蚊咬😩惹蚊嘅大家要小心！另外，前排經過中環見佢裝修緊應該就嚟開，到時就好方便啦！🤩.love it when you can customise your own food 😍 @apt.coffee serves not only customised sourdough toast but also u can customise your salad and even coffee ☕️ so i am 100% sure u can find something that works for you

Coffee 由開張到而家都係人龍不絕 逢星期六日一定會有好多人企喺門口等位 上星期日咁啱經過見到室外有張兩人枱係吉嘅 於是就衝咗去食個下午茶先 ⠀⠀店名APT 嘅意思係 A Personal Tailor 同出面嘅咖啡店唔同嘅就係你可以根據自己嘅喜好同埋口味去選擇你心目中嘅咖啡 除咗咖啡 多士 沙津 都可以tailor-made 由於唔太肚餓嘅關係 我只係叫咗👇🏻⠀⠀▫️Caramel Muffin (HKD28)▫️Matcha Latte (HKD48 - Hot)⠀⠀第一次食呢間店嘅muffin 估唔到切開一半時會見到有好多嘅caramel 醬😋😋 有少少流心效果㗎！可能飲咗杯帶有苦澀味道嘅抹茶latte 先至覺得個muffin味道唔算好甜啦😝
