Evil Cheese Tamikoyaki! This shop is famous for its evil Tamikoyaki since it uses loads of cheese for making a cheesy effect. I ordered lobster salad Tamikoyaki and waited for around 10 minutes. The portion was quite large but still I could finish all by myself as the afternoon tea. On top of it, there were lots of crab roe, mayonnaise, katsuobushi. Crab roe and katsuobushi were adding a crunchy texture to Tamikoyaki. Lobster salad was fresh and the taste matched with the melted cheese! Another main point was the eggs were cooked perfectly with a smooth and creamy texture. I didn't like eating overcooked Tamikoyaki so this met my expectation. Nice experience here.:) …查看更多
