今次嚟到呢间拉面店,见到呢个名几特别,「味玉辣麻牛骨捞面」,就一于试下啦。佢系一碗好吸引嘅食物!捞面入面有好几块烧叉烧、粟米粒、糖心蛋、牛骨、洋葱同葱花。汤底嘅味道系辣辣地,颜色偏向橙色,好丰富。啲牛肉嘅质感好滑,煲到腍晒,而啲烧叉烧就相对瘦啲。不过,最吸引人嘅系个汤底,好香嘅牛肉味同埋微微嘅葱香味,真系令人食得好开心。另外,糖心蛋亦都经过特别腌制,令汤品更加丰富嘅口感同风味。「味玉辣麻牛骨捞面」唔止系样貌诱人,味道亦好出色。汤底嘅辣度刚刚好,有啲微辣嘅刺激感,牛骨煲煮得好入味,赋予汤底好浓厚嘅牛肉风味,同时又带有微微嘅麻辣滋味。加埋啲香葱同洋葱,增加咗汤底嘅层次感同丰富度。推荐太家试下!

In the bustling area of Tsim Sha Tsui, there is a wonderful Japanese ramen shop that I recently visited. As soon as I stepped inside, I was impressed by how clean and comfortable the place was, and the friendly staff greeted me warmly.The star of the meal was the steaming bowl of BBQ beef ramen that was brought to my table. The thick slices of tender, marinated beef were the highlight. The beef was absolutely delicious - it had a great chewy texture and was packed with rich, complex flavors.The broth the ramen was served in was also excellent. It was deeply flavorful and perfectly seasoned, complementing the beef wonderfully. The ramen noodles had a nice al dente bite that absorbed the broth nicely. I was also pleasantly surprised by the addition of beef tendon, which added an interesting and tasty element to the dish.To drink, I had some imported Japanese oolong tea. Compared to the oolong teas I've had in Hong Kong, this one had a much richer, more balanced flavor. It was the perfect accompaniment to the bold ramen.Throughout my meal, I was struck by the high quality of everything, from the spotlessly clean dining area to the attentive service from the staff. It was clear that a lot of care and passion had gone into creating this exceptional ramen experience.This Japanese ramen shop in Tsim Sha Tsui is definitely a must-visit for anyone who loves authentic and delicious Japanese cuisine. I left feeling completely satisfied, with a deep appreciation for the skill and craftsmanship that went into making this unforgettable meal. But I'm not sure if I've already missed the dinner time, as when I went into the shop, there weren't too many customers.This beef BBQ ramen is a must-try for ramen fans. Unlike the usual pork-based BBQ ramen, this one has juicy, tender beef as the main ingredient.The beef has a great texture - it's soft and flavorful, with a rich beefy aroma as it cooks in the broth. The noodles also have a nice chewy and crispy quality, and they stay springy even after soaking in the flavorful soup.The broth is made by simmering high-quality stock and beef, giving it a deep, savory flavor. Fragrant garlic bits have been added too, giving the dish a unique aroma. As a beef lover, I also added some soft, delicious beef tendon to make it even tastier.To finish, a refreshing and soothing Japanese oolong tea was the perfect companion. This oolong has a slightly different flavor profile compared to Hong Kong oolongs, which I personally prefer.In summary, this beef BBQ ramen is a really delicious and special dish. Every part of it, from the noodles to the beef and broth, is mouthwatering. As a ramen fan, I highly recommend trying this dish.
