招牌菜
昨晚跟两位朋友去咗一间马拉餐厅吃饭,本想不去因为朋友话佢看过Openrice的最近评语十分差。但另一位朋友话要去,因为她有一位马拉朋友前几天去过,佢介绍一定要去,佢话佢去之前也有睇openrice,但佢冇理会人地点写,佢话个个有囗都话自己系食家况且依家啲人有弹冇赞居多,佢系马拉人我地紧信佢马拉人口味,所以便去了,更何况佢话上次去时见倒刘以达,所以我们便更加上去,因佢话这间餐厅好多明星帮衬😁约八点到,不须等位。门口真的好多明星相同签名板。我们三人叫了都几多野食,有二人叻沙餐,包括有海鲜叻沙、墨丸虾汤丐、马拉盏炒通菜、双并小食(咖喱角配春卷)及两杯饮品,另叫了香辣炒蟹、肉骨茶、黑色炒萝白糕、新加坡式沙律罗惹、例牌鸡及多一杯涷青柠话梅水。够哂份量。叻沙较重椰子味真的好似当地味道,虾丐好重虾味,肉骨茶不太浓薬材味比较清香,最爱罗惹全水果做的好好味,但我另一位朋友不欣赏,总体非常好,好彩真的没有信食评所言,若不是真的走溜眼了。

WHAT A HORRIBLE DINING EXPERIENCE!!!!!!Knowing there isn't much nice restaurant choices in Mong Kok, we thought we gave this restaurant a try especially seeing that it was selected as one of the Michelin restaurant. How wrong were we!!As you entered, it feels like a mini canteen/cha cheng teng rather than a restaurant. We ordered 2 drinks - 1. Hot Honey with Lime, it tastes like some honey syrup in hot water, not to mention there was not even one slice of lime in it!! We asked the waitress about the lime, she then ask the guy who made the drink. Not only he did not come to our table to explain, he simply said: No, we dont put lime in. 2. Cold Lime water with sour plum, i guess i was expecting the same drink as ones you have in Malaysia but this drink is basically cold water with 2 slices of Lime and 2 sour plum. A drink that a 3 yr old can make! We then ordered below:1. Seafood Laska, presentation was ok, taste was okay but disappointed the prawns were cut in half so it makes it look like you get 4 pieces while in fact there's only 2 prawns in it. Noodles was a mixture of yellow noodles and vermicelli. It isn't expensive but not worth for the value you get.2. Fried fish cake and spring rolls, you get 3 fish cakes and 2 spring rolls, frozen stock deep fried at $38! Go figure!3. curry chicken and rice set, we chose to add $2 extra for chicken oil rice (not good!) When the set came, it did not look anything like the pictures on the wall. There were no Choi Sum as shown on photos, we had 2 slices of iceberg lying on top of the rice! On to the chicken, they were definitely cheap frozen chicken, we first thought the chicken weren't cooked because the middle was pink, then we figured out it's the terrible quality of chicken!4. Garlic fried vegetable, it came in a broken clay pot, hardly any veg in it. Any crappy Cha Cheng Teng can serve this dish better than they do!5. side dish Vermicelli in soup, soup was taste-less, even at a cost of $8 was a waster of money!Luckily that all we ordered, we did eat it all as we dont want to waste food but did not enjoy it and did not complain because we know there is absolutely no point from the response we got about the lime. Worse service ever, staff were too stuck up!Finally, we asked for the bill, but we have to pay at the counter ourselves. No receipt provided, the so-called celebrity owner Miss Ho told me the price. The bill added 10% service charge for what?!!?P.S. Toilet condition is worse than any public toilets in Hong Kong.

天气闷热, 人们都鼠进商场避暑, 六点几, 入了书局随手拿了《蔡澜常去食肆165间》,揭了几版, 被福建炒面的图片吸引住, 发现该食肆就在商场附近, 便一心向该店出发黄色招牌, 容易找到, 门口贴著两个车胎人的贴纸, 心想质素一定有保证, 二话不说, 开门直进, 一眼望晒, 两个伙计, 装修茶记格局, 可能时间尚早, 只得一台客人, 头顶电视正播著奥运乒乓男团, 坐低一阵, 开个openrice app, 睇下有乜招牌菜, 再睇下d食评, 好奇怪, 样样食物都好坏参半, 十五十六, 最后拣了细肉骨茶配油饭, 海鲜喇沙, 马拉盏通菜, 讲左咁耐, 水都冇杯, 问了伙计两次, 最后端上两杯滚水(hot!)原来细看贴在墙上一角的提示, 为响应环保要顾客扬声才会奉上, 差点误会这是该店的待客之道, 厨房不消一会便出菜, 肉骨茶香味比<大食代>food court的稍逊, 附的酱油有大量辣椒子, 小心中伏, 油饭亦没<kitchen 65 >的松软香口, 整体只仅合格海鲜喇沙半碗满也不够, 幸是海鲜份量不少, 四粒狮蚶, 三片开边虾, 三块鱼片, 四件开边豆卜, 半只蛋, 四粒狮蚶是亮点, 不是很多香港的喇沙敢用此食材, 他敢, 而且抢戏, 狮蚶的鲜(腥)味在口腔爆发, 仿如贵几倍的蓝贝 在<Assaggio >的夜景下互相映照, 虽然如此, 但喇沙的灵魂应该是汤底, 这碗比较辣和椰香较淡, 它没<天后叻沙>的合港人口味, 亦没<林太喇沙>的洽到好处, 性价比当然与<好时沙嗲>差天共地, 要比, 应该会险胜<莎巴>的售价马拉盏通菜是可取的, 嫩且够咸, 要弹是份量少, 难度是三款菜式最低的经典的事情原来是压轴登场, 唔该埋单的时候, 伙计话”出去埋”, 一名貌似十大再生勇士司徒志强的收银话”多谢180蚊”, (?)心谂应该百六蚊左右, 连单我一眼都冇俾我睇, 我就问佢俾张单我check, check完原来之前计多左, 应该179蚊, 发现该间出去埋的小店是有加一服务费, 我忍不住问了司徒志强”点解要客人出收银找数都要收加一服务费?”好多间都系咁咖喇, 而家唔同晒(一秒停顿)你好少出去食一语中的, 我真系未食过要加一既茶记, 而要加一但又去收银埋单既餐厅, 我记得有一间叫风月堂, 但要选服务态度最差, <马拉盏>一定系首位

旺角区的小店水准极参差,但也有不起眼而做菜有心的店子...不经不觉,原来这间家庭式经营的「马拉栈」今年已经是《米芝莲》推介,肉骨茶来了,配料无关宏旨,反正大锅煲好,再将以上提及配料取出、分拆,猪杂只得猪耳、猪肚,不够「杂」亦非新鲜,没去留意。

路过好多次,今晚终于选择去试吓......两个人叫咗招牌鸡连油饭套餐,海鲜叻沙,双拼小食系咖喱角拼蟹肉炸虾饼。招牌鸡味道普通得很,油饭亦缺乏油香味,份量唔算多,收$40会比较合理!双拼小食有五件,两件咖喱角+三件虾饼,味道唔错,承惠$38,值唔值就见仁见智!海鲜叻沙算系最值得赞,汤底几香浓,份量、味道同价钱($50)叫做成正比!杯特饮"粒粒青苹果汁"都几香几好味!但最莫明其妙系要收加一服务费!餐单自己剔好交比侍应,杯清水都要叫至有,由始至终都系茶餐厅模式招呼,究竟"加一服务费"嘅意义系咩呀?
