呢间系朋友推介的私房中菜,要预先订位同埋谂好食乜,经whatsapp落单,去到齐人师傅就会慢慢上菜。今次同屋企人一齐嚟食,可以叫多几样不同菜式,款款都好出色,屋企人都大赞好食下次要再嚟!!一开始就嚟咗两份小食先,椒盐鸡软骨同墨鱼九肚鱼饼,新鲜炸出上碟,金黄香口而且调味适中,唔会过咸。特别系墨鱼九肚鱼饼,食到一粒粒的墨鱼粒、又有九肚鱼滑溜的感觉,好得意的口感脆皮凤梨咕噜肉 甜酸度控制得好好,两者好平衡;而且唔会只得肥肉,肉味浓郁,系家中长者至爱,开胃之选蒜蓉粉丝蒸元贝 蒸煮的时间控制得好好,生熟度刚好,加上香蒜粉丝,好惹味梅菜蒸菜心 平时比较少食,因为蒸煮时间都好讲功夫,但蒸得好就会食到菜心的鲜甜味,加上梅菜同少少椒丝,更加提升鲜味

一行十人预早订左杏汁猪肺汤,盐焗鸡,潮式冻虾,干焗海斑鱼头煲,果皮蒸鲍鱼,特式炆猪手,猪油渣菜芯同啫啫椰菜花。去到铺头细细,招呼一流👍👍自来威士忌即刻 serve埋冰,赞。未人齐就试左个鸭舌同一口牛送下酒,正路货式啦,惊喜就冇乜😅人齐先来个汤,哗!杏汁到不得了😋汤渣齐料鸡脚猪肺瘦肉。冻虾份量十足,食两只好似砌左成碗饭咁滞🤣再试埋鲍鱼😜😜好重果皮味,蒸得刚刚好。之后再黎啫啫海斑同鱼头分煲上,入味得紧要😉😉由于已经非常full, 猪手就食左一件,索哂南乳汁,好想食多件🤣🤣反而个猪油渣菜心个个抢住吃😋😋😋正爆

Came to this restaurant to celebrate Father’s day. We made reservation in advance so we didn’t have to wait when we arrived at the restaurant at 19:00 (Sunday).We ordered several seafood dishes, all seafood were very fresh. And we also few other dishes which were quite tasty too.Overall, I’ll rate the restaurant 5/5, and will definitely come again. Big Clams Soup:- Soup was really tasty as the chef used a lot of clams and fish to make the soup. Rate: 5/5 Steamed Long Clams:- nicely seasoned, used vermicelli as the base. Oysters Pot:- sizzling pot with fresh big oysters. Sweet & Sour Pork:- pork with nice crisps and very tender.Fried Rice:- mixed of nice ingredients such as dried scallops, veggies and etc.

今日公公生日,一行十人本身谂住食隔离锅心,点知原来唔记得左卜位,废事两个老人家企咁耐既情况下就去左呢间小菜馆食!啲野食好有水准,唔贵,一定会再黎!仲有其他𩠌冇影相,有个最印象深刻系个油盐水蚬,大大碗都系$78,师傅应该系加左啲鱼汤落去,又有粉丝好足料,啲汤都比人清晒,正!侍应行过听到老人家话冻,仲主动即刻帮我地较细个风口,好抵赞宜家系街真系好难揾到咁平又有水准既食肆,一定会介绍朋友黎食
