今日聚餐,有位同事上网揾左几间餐厅提供我们选择,我们选择左面馆猪软骨煮得好香,闻到生抽和老抽味,飘逸一阵阵镇江醋,软骨好容易咬碎,真是连骨都可以食埋口水鸡肉好嫩滑,好香酱汁,小心鸡肉会有黑印,如果见到有黑印,可以要求侍应换过,他们立即帮我们换过,态度友善对待担担面偏辣,可以加入汤汁,有湿湿感觉,要食得辣才叫这餐,但好好味跟餐送豆浆或茶

冬天食呢间啲面最正见住啲汤面滚住过黎,掂到个碗都「辣」亲呀我最钟意食手干面,因软硬度最岩我刀削面就太硬了,米线果啲又无咩特别佢个汤底好甜,但有啲药味的,本人不抗拒的,所以要行10分钟都好,个个星期都至少一次我食亲都系口水/醉鸡,因对比其他选择,好似较低脂咁(唔食皮)另外就系份量啦,都几大份嫁,次次食亲都有鸡肶添醉鸡的话,都好入味,我唔太好酒,都唔觉得难顶,而系好欣赏佢嘅酒香如果系口水鸡,则系有麻香,唔辣的(我觉得)不过佢啲面嘅份量时多时少咁统一番啲就好啦仲有柠茶都几涩

我本是登龙街长期Fans,知道「面馆皇」新开分店,决定去支持一下!首先职员态度劲差已经算数,再讲食物,我点了一碗糖醋鱼配刀削面,漏单已经算数,等了20分钟追了又追,终于来到,送上一碗的糖醋鱼,(汁超稀,淡而无味)超难食!同登龙街那间差不远,我绝对不会再来!

唔知大家中唔中意药膳汤/肉骨茶呢?😍我个人系十分大爱药材味既野😂无原因的... 同事推介我去呢间食,当然要去试下啦~👉🏿✨麻辣口水鸡配拉面 Hkd 56 💸 有埋野饮📌上菜速度好快,系用石锅装住,keep住热辣辣😍药材味十分浓郁!饮第一啖超级满足,浓浓的药膳味,好健康又养生!📌佢个口水鸡大到惊人,应该有半只啦,食个时唔觉辣,食完之后啲辣慢慢渗出黎,好过瘾🤤多数都系鸡胸肉,冇乜骨,懒人恩物👻而且个汁酸酸辣辣超开胃!仲会有啲黄瓜仔,超抵超大份呀👍🏿

Went for dinner. First thing first, their menu is really confusing. I wasn’t sure if it’s trying to be confusing so Ordered Ribs with noodle in soup, deep fried fish with veggie rice and their signature pan-fried dumplings. Ribs tasted quite bland, but found noodle to be ok. Noodle was all in different shape as it’s apparently hand cut noodle and I think that made it more chewy. Soup had quite strong herbal taste. Deep fried fish with veggie rice was fine too. Deep fried fish had not much texture for fish itself, but they did fry it quite ok. Dumplings however ended up being big disappointment.... nothing special and it even had some preparation issue (however, when we talked to the staff, they cancelled for us right away). It was ok, but think there are better Shanghainese choices in HK...
