经过登龙街揾食最少都要一百几十,仲要加一,想揾间平平地有又座得舒适嘅餐厅真系好难,好在再行多两步转个弯位,有一间餐厅位置系地库,佢哋嘅门口装饰都几吸引,再睇睇个餐牌价钱都几合理,由于赶时间关系就落咗去嗌咗个「细蓉」试下,谂住佢好细碗,嚟到原来份量都唔少,鲜虾水饺皮簿馅靓,虾肉新鲜爽口,面旦牙而且一啲枧水味都无,汤㡳清甜仲无味精!最重要一碗只系$26,登龙街平靓正之选!

一直好喜欢去面档食面,只要去开时代睇戏,必然去面档食返碗细蓉。面档系地下铺,装修得好有特色,墙壁挂左好多调味料小招牌,充满香港味道!座位都有三四十,人流唔算多,所以次次都有卡位坐。依旧叫左细蓉,其实如果唔跟餐,$26一碗又唔贵,汤好清澈,系大地鱼(?)嘅味道,好似艇仔粉嘅汤底,好清甜,四粒鲜虾云吞好大粒,皮好滑,鲜虾足料新鲜(我食唔新鲜嘅会敏感),面爽好味,最爱加埋佢嘅辣椒油一齐食!佢嘅辣椒油好香,唔知系自制定买返黎?次次都加好多羹食!次次黎都冇咩人,希望多啲人帮趁,唔好比佢消失!

咁岩避雨就入去试下,见到下午茶都几平,三十几蚊,仲有卖点心的。叫左碗牛丸面配热饮系free,重点系佢有得拣茶(香片or普洱),用普洱茶包,所以好浓味,唔似平时酒楼咁几片茶叶冲一大壶。睇到午市个餐牌都有牛丸面但贵好似十蚊,问呀姐有咩分别,佢话下午茶系少一粒丸,但面既分量系一样既。面条口感非常爽口,几乎没有碱水味,加点红醋,真系无可挑剔。牛丸都非常弹牙。碗面唔系太够饱所以叫左一笼点心(奶黄包)塞包自己普普通通,不过好在系即叫即蒸。

店内非常宽敞,差不多五十个座位,只得我一千零一个客人,宁静的食店在香港真的不多。点左一个下午茶餐,细蓉,菜心,冻柠檬茶$46。开放式厨房可以清楚看到厨师准备食物,环境卫生。先上冻柠茶,茶味非常淡,柠檬有点苦涩,等左大约十分钟再上菜心同面,菜心蚝油分开碟另上几贴心,自己可以调节落酱的份量,但面太过腍,面量少,另外只有三粒冇乜鲜味的云吞,对于我个人不太够,食物量少可以接受但以这收费,食物质素的确麻麻。

I have always wanted to try this joint but forget to try it because it is well hidden in the basement.As well as noodles they serve dimsum which was a surprise as they are called Noodle Stand.Strangely, the noodle choices are wonton noodles, flat rice noodles and rice vermicelli, however the dandan noodle is the only one that has a different noodle to the ones mentioned above so I chose that.The noodles were good with a Sichuan touch but the oil or the noodles were a bit rancid which ruined it.
