啲野食完全无水准，汁又唔识开，炸鸡整到无鸡味，口感炸到pat野咁，仲要有苦味，咸L到。啲𩠌食落有【益】味，野食好明显唔新鲜，求求其其炒埋一pat，淋落去又话系炒面。价钱又唔系平，腌埋啲垃圾出黎。咁嘅质素餐厅系咁，真系早啲执左去。

选择不多，但包含中餐同西餐。价钱好合理，仲包餐汤同野饮，冻饮亦五洗加钱，good叫左个芝士肉酱千层面，外貌不错，可惜蕃茄味过浓，盖住左芝士味，千层面就正正常常。蒜蓉汁烧春鸡饭。估五到55元都有半只鸡。鸡肉都几滑，配上蒜蓉汁都几开胃呢个抵食牙浦烧秋刀鱼饭。一上菜，成个幔鱼饭甘！呢个好味，秋刀鱼，已去骨，所以食落可以好放心，而个鱼size份量都几大，个汁系烧汁，好夹！整体我觉得五错！以呢个价错，好满意

在葵涌吃午饭选择不多，所以今天的午餐，我们特意来到位于葵涌葵合街的青年会。 这个会所餐厅，其实是一家社企，支持年青人及妇女就业，别具意义，我们一向也很支持。这家餐厅午餐的选择不算少，中餐、西餐、日式料理也有。由于近来我吃得太多，所以我特意挑了一个比较轻盈的午餐，就是烟熏三文鱼凯撒沙律。不论你叫什么，其实也会配上汤和餐饮。今天的汤士忌廉汤，配三文鱼沙律非常不错。三文鱼嫩滑，烟熏味道不浓，非常可口。蔬菜新鲜，爽甜香脆。唯独是面包碎较林，不够干身。价钱方面，略嫌少贵。

葵盛围e间YMCA经常都系中餐比较好，今日都不例外。差不多每日都有中餐，西餐，日式拣。我今日都冇拣错，今日叫咗一个萝卜牛腩今日嘅萝卜好入味，牛腩肥瘦适中，火候十足，绝对满意之选。

after taking my kids to the swimming class at YMCA, hubby and I looked for dinner and we simply tried the cafe inside YMCA (as we were so tired and didnt want to walk anymore). to our surprise, it is actually a western + japanese cafe. we tried it long time ago, and it was a hongkee cafe before......we ordered one curry pork dinner set, one egg and scallop dinner set, both were yummy! for the curry pork dinner set, it was not too spicy, it's fit, and i liked it very crispy. there were some veggie in, making the meal a little healthier... the dinner set went with a little bowl of japanese salad and miso soup plus drinks. the minor thing that i didn't like was that the miso soup is a little bit too salty. hubby's scallop set was cool. with its price of $48 only, we didnt expect having so many scallops. there were about 6 scallops ^^ we also ordered two sticks of corn and mushrooms. i love the corn stick! some salt on top with butter, very yummy indeed, would love to go and order it again next time. it will be even better if the chef can cut the corn stick into two parts so that people can share more easily.we paid around 130 for this nice japanese dinner.
