今日有同事生日, 7人行一齐去试下个午餐, 订咗12点~ 一上到去人唔多, 但系就已经闻到好大油烟味, 已经想快d食完快d走,餐牌有6个set lunch,由$62-$92不等, 一位点咗鸡, 一位点咗牛, 其如都系点鱼, 每人都有先有一个白汤, 味道一般, 之后首先黎既系鸡($72), 卖相还可以, 但见到d汁好水, 之后黎既系牛($92), 块牛扖较薄, 比出面同价餐厅比, 感觉好唔低食, 最后上埋5个鱼($62), 鱼都系白汁, 同之前饮个白汤系一样味... 一食条鱼, 劲咸, 又食到多柠檬汁, 又咸又酸, 好难食, 同女侍应反映, 只系见佢同佢话事人讲咗两句, 但系一d回应无, 完全无打算换过俾我哋or say sorry.其实每份set个份量都唔多, 就算一个男人食晒都唔会够饱, 加上实在太难食, 我哋大部份都只系食咗一半就放弃, 之后再同女侍应反映, 问佢可唔可以计8折, 佢就话1点前卖单就可享8折优惠, 我哋就1点正叫卖单, 但佢话已经过咗时, 只可以计我哋9折(任何顾客1点后卖单都可享9折优惠), 即系无分别....真系食到一肚气, 个老板都唔系想做生意, 赶客咁, 以后都唔会再去, 咁既价钱仲衰过食茶餐厅, 仲话系法国菜.......

This is the third time I went to this restaurant. The first time I found the tuna very good, then the chocolate dessert super; for the second time, the tuna seems ok, but not the dessert, too hard and overcooked, for the third time, the tuna is all fresh, the dessert source is too sour, the dessert was fail even after 2 attempts and 20 mins wait...No fourth time and I think the restaurant needs kindof renovation coz it's looking dirty...The waitress is very good but afterall, we come for the food...

算是我私心比较喜欢的二楼餐厅。中午和朋友去吃饭,点了芝士鸡扒意粉(套餐是配饭,不过可以转意粉)。头盘的忌廉汤非常浓郁,浓到我朋友只能往里灌水来冲淡。我是觉得这汤喝下去,已经半饱了我。鸡扒虽然很大块,其实煮的不太入味,吃上去淡淡的。倒是上面的焗芝士浇了厚厚的一大片,吃得很过瘾。意粉马马虎虎,感觉这家其实是晚饭好一点。曾经吃过一次西班牙海鲜饭不错。餐饮的咖啡很好喝耶,算是个意外惊喜。我一般喝咖啡不放奶(有点过敏),但是这家放了一点点奶倒是恰到好处。可能正好符合我的需要吧。价格上来说,lunch set还是有点贵。而且看最近似乎生意没以前好了,我们从一点吃到两点多。原本是最热闹的时候,居然也没什么人。服务员的态度很好!

My boss was in town last week and he asked me to book a table for everyone to have lunch together. Great, free lunch offered by the boss, must find the most expensive one to maximise the employee benefit. However, he said he was fed up eating Asia food all the time, wanted to have some western lunch.I looked through the openrice and found this little cafe in Wing Lok Street. We always walk pass it but never try there before. I guess it is be time to see if they are any good. Called them in advance to book a table for 8, friendly lady on the phone, good start!! We arrived on time at 1.30, saw the big long table almost ready for us. The waitress offered us the menu first while waiting, not a bad idea to see what to eat. They only had 5 set lunch and nothing else. Emm... there are only 2 reasons, one is that they are really really good so 5 sets are enough to keep the rush hours going, or they only know how to cook these 5 dishes. Anyway, within couple of minutes, the table was ready and we ordered the food from the menu. First it came the soup, tomato soup, but it was a little too sweet to taste like a tomato. I gave it a pass but my boss seemed to enjoy it, thats what it mattered, he would be the one paying so just needed to keep him happy.Then the main course, I had the pasta, ok, nothing amazing, nothing special, nothing to wow. My colleagues had the smoky duck with rice and one ordered the steak. The steak seemed to be the best. It looked very big for what it was, $85 for a set lunch, told you that it was a free lunch, must make the most of it!I think the food was ok and the service was ok. All together was about $550, so I guess it was reasonable for a western lunch.

订左两位, 叫左两个set lunch 1) 红酒汁炆猪仔脾饭 : 几好 - $78(2) 烧鸡(半只)伴天使面 : 几好, 烧鸡烧到好红 - $78d配菜有zuccini, 红萝卜及蜜糖豆, 够多及够冧及原汁原味前菜两人都叫了cream of carrot, 好好饮个咖啡ok, 不是top class, 不过可以服务很好, 我早左到waiter问我要不要杂志睇
