这天下午到荃湾剪发,一搞便两个小时,但又赶著出席六点圣堂弥撒,赶时间的情况下唯有在荃湾找档小食医一医肚。平常我多会到大河道的东京站的,因为一向水准不俗。这天我想吃辣鱼蛋,但走到东京站面前,看到鱼蛋咖哩辣汁便看出这天的辣鱼蛋水准有变,于是改变主意。看见转角后的陈记鱼蛋相比之下大排长龙,于是抱著一试无防的心态,就想也不想走到龙尾排队。在排队期间,已可以看到周围有许多正在吃鱼蛋的人,似乎应该是水准不俗,这刻我心底里对这家鱼蛋的期望又提高了。除了鱼蛋外,这店还有牛柏叶、面根、牛丸、土鱿、鸡肉肠等。另外,还有印尼捞面。排到去才惊发现原来这店的鱼蛋和其他小食是滚水煮的,是之后配上秘制酱汁,顿时有点失望。本来我只是选了鱼蛋和斋的,但店员姐姐说三串比较抵食,于是焗住要多串牛柏叶,而我配的是大辣的汁。以往,我通常见到是这类鱼蛋和汁分开煮的档子都不会帮衬的。虽然这做法可以让客人自由选择辣的程度,但这煮法却令到辣汁的香辣味只是流于鱼蛋表面。大辣的酱汁是由指天椒、姜和香料煮成,这个酱汁本身的确很香很惹味,而且够晒辣,最岩我这只小辣椒仔。可惜,正如前文所说,酱汁味道只是流于表面,感觉是酱还酱,鱼蛋还鱼蛋。鱼蛋质素更是差,没有鱼味,唯一可取是比较弹牙。由于酱汁过辣的关系,所以完全吃不到鱼蛋应有的鱼味。牛柏叶爽口,算是不错。面根倒是惊喜,因为它完全吸收了酱汁,非常惹味。老实说,我不明白这店为甚么会有人排队,其水准极差,店名打正旗号主攻鱼蛋,偏偏鱼蛋煮得不知所谓,而且店员服务态度亦需要改善。 继续阅读

湾仔地铁站A3出口旁有好几档小食,今晚收早经过有点口痕,就先去陈记来串牛丸配大辣汁。牛丸四粒$7,微微的肉味,爽而不是弹牙的口感,幸而加上有后劲的香辣汁,加番少少分……之后再来个碗仔翅加辣菜莆,无上汤味无肉丝味,冬菇也是一样,可以不试!笑面,只给辣汁的。 继续阅读

During non public holidays I would not consider this stall at all because it is always surrounded by people but as it was a public holiday that day, there was not many people getting snacks from there.There were two snack stalls on that road, this one and the eggette stall which also serves beef offal.The beef offal looked a bit bland so I chose this place.Initially I just ordered the beancurd skin puffs but then the fishballs looked nice so I got an extra skewer of them which were placed on top of the beancurd skin puffs.There are three curry sauces: non spicy, mild and hot.While I was eating the first cup I looked at the name of this place and realised they were famous for fishballs which was lucky because I tried them as well.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Beancurd skin puffs + fisballs with non spicy curry sauce:The fishballs were quite small and they did not have grounded fish bones in it which was good.They were firm and quite al-dente but the fish taste was not that strong.The beancurd skin puffs were a bit too oily and the curry sauce ruined everything because it just tasted sweet just like curry syrup.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Fishballs with mild curry sauce:The fish balls were nice so I got another skewer this time trying the spicier sauce.Again it was sweet with a spicy tone to it.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★ 继续阅读

小妹每个星期都要去湾仔上堂次次经过都见到排劲长龙之前以为系普通烧卖鱼蛋,所以冇停抵等今次前见到只有一个人等紧 而且又有啲口痕 所以停抵叫左烧卖鱼蛋各一串 加唔辣酱食落几野味 烧卖是鱼肉烧卖...比一般个D大粒少少鱼蛋正正常常,不过几弹牙每样$6/串调味酱:有少少似沙嗲味,个味好香.而且食落同一般既沙嗲酱有一种与别不同的味道平时小食店既酱 一般都只有辣依间的确唔错 照顾埋唔食辣既客人虽然只系一间小食店,但系个店员服务不错, 而且好有礼貌 继续阅读

今次要推介的是位于湾仔的「陈记鱼旦」,它在旺角、鲗鱼涌等都有分店。这里最出名的是个「招牌辣汁」,基本上每款食物的味道已被这美味辣汁所支配,好吃得某「名嘴」早前也在节目中介绍它。鱼旦烧卖各卖 $6。阿姐会将其取出放在纸杯中,再混上一些辣汁,大小唔辣适随尊便。虽则只是平平地收 $6 一串,但都颇制作认真。鱼蛋是很传统的港式街边鱼蛋,细细粒并带有陈皮香,入口弹牙有嚼劲。龙少爷喜欢这辣汁不是一尾的辣,它有很多香料及蒜在内。一开始吃到是辣中带甜,辣得来有香味;过了一会儿,那股辣味就狂涌出来,令人大呼过瘾!个人较喜欢小辣,更能吃出香料的味道。这里的烧卖质素一般,不是最想吃的那种质感,但最重要都是个辣汁。。。挂上了辣汁,一切都变得美好;化学作用令平凡的食物都变得非常美味。这里除鱼旦烧卖外,还有牛丸、牛栢叶、尤鱼等小食。其实吃什么也不打紧,大家都是在吃汁吧! 继续阅读
