这是小时候的味道!小时候零用钱不多,当我储到一点儿钱时,就会到阿波萝奢侈一下,无错阿波萝的乳酪对我来说绝对是奢侈品!时至今日,阿波萝变了地区性收费,如果在尖沙咀买乳酪,还要点荔枝味的话,好像差不多要$40多,再加多一款配料已经要$50了。今天经过彩云的阿波萝,看见乳酪有优惠❤️,当然二话不说立即去买!正在做优惠的士多啤梨味+麦提莎!店员在雪柜取出一盒原味乳酪,在我眼前的另一冰柜在取出雪冰了的士多啤梨和麦提莎放在原味乳酪上,再一次过将所有材料倒进机器内,将所有材料一并打碎搅拌,再唧出。乳酪不会太甜,不腻口感很fresh,士多啤梨的味道就不太浓郁,好像是放了3-4粒士多啤梨,但比起加糖浆的,轻轻士多啤梨味道已经很好了!加了麦提莎增加咬口!跟小时候一样,一样的美味,一样的满足!彩云店乳酷的价钱: 继续阅读

Chocolate and orange are always a match made in heaven but sometimes the orange peel can be overwhelming.I spotted this dark brown chocolate icecream with lots of orange pieces in it so I went over and took a look.It turned out to be Chocolate and orange nata de co co.I have never liked nata de co co because the ones I have tried were really artificial in taste and texture (probably from China but surprisingly nata de co co originates from the Philippines).The nata de co co in this icecream is infused with orange so I decided to try it as there certainly wouldn't be any orange peel here.The taste of this icecream was so good, and the orange was quite natural without any orange bitter peel taste.There was so much nata de co co in the scoop of icecream that every spoonful was divine with these big chunks of orange nata de co co, and I loved the chew in the icecream.It was like eating molecular gastronomic pieces of orange jelly which was more chewy than normal because of the frozen texture.I used to think nata de co co was young coconut meat pieces soaked in syrup but after googling it I was more than amazed to learn that it was fermented coconut water which gels through the production of microbial cellulose. Microbial cellulose is also used in the Medical industry for tissue engineering, wound dressings etc. 继续阅读
