要系香港找一间食地道福建菜土荀冻的确有点困难,除了知道土瓜湾有一间有得食之外.我念只有这间闽南小食馆先有得食土荀冻 . 对上之前食土荀冻已是2个月前了,是朋友从福建带回来的. 那时候看见一旧胶冻状里面包着一条条沙虫并可清晰见到, 的确有点恐怖. 但当我试了第一旧,已经忍不住口再食第二件. 食落去冻冻地和d沙好爽口,很有鲜味. 今日去了北角, 突然好想食番土荀冻,就去了闽南小食馆order了4只.一条条沙虫可清晰见到, 食落去味道很鲜, 沙虫质感爽口,不错.这个牛尾汤非常好饮,有好浓的牛味,一点苏味也没有.值得一试

5月26日, 本来想去食平价意大利野saizeriya, 不过去到门口发现条人龙长到乜咁… 呢个时候见到对面马路有间颇有特色嘅小店, 打正旗号卖闽南菜, 里面又唔系太多人, 就姑且入去试下啦~::: 闽南卤面 ::: $32入得嚟呢个闽南风味馆, 又见到呢个闽南卤面, 无理由唔叫嚟试下架~ 呢个卤面真系一个实实在在嘅献面! 个汁系十分十分杰身嘅质地, 味道唔太浓郁, 但就颇重碱水同油味. 面条粗身, 煮得相当淋身, 连埋个杰到爆嘅献一齐食, 感觉相当似糊仔… 个面仲有其他配料包括蚝仔、肉丝、葱粒等, 特别要讲d肉丝基本上全部都系腩肉肥膏位, 连埋d面同埋d献食, 超腻!!::: 炒冬粉 ::: $32冬粉即系粉丝, 呢度嘅炒冬粉比较幼身, 虽然炒得唔够干但都唔算好油... 配料丰富~有鸡蛋、肉丝、椰菜、冬菇、萝卜、葱等~ 整体都几入味, 冬粉亦好入味! 算唔错, 但就比较普通… 无乜特别啰.::: 味菜蚝仔羹 ::: $20呢个味菜蚝仔羹真系超有闽南风味! 但就绝对唔系我地杯茶… 以为佢会好似碗仔翅咁有d有味献汤, 但原来系一个圾蚝仔嘅献… 味道极之腥! 面头有好多葱, 但就唔多见有味菜, 就算有都无乜味. 蚝仔都有肉咬下, 但真系太腥, 我地食唔惯真系顶唔顺… 被迫放弃!食到无耐间舖忽然坐满晒一大班福建人, 店员同乡里顷刻将呢间原本简陋朴素嘅小店摇身一变成为咗一间闽南同乡会! 同乡们除左以流利闽南话高谈阔论食烟同队大啤之外, 仲要喺度玩骰盅!! 成个场仿如一间光猛嘅酒吧一样… 而基本上你唔系同乡系完全融入唔到个环境嘅… 同埋店员都唔会好理你. 建议你都系学下闽南话扮下乡里, 习惯埋佢地嘅闽南风味先再嚟入会啦!

前日(21-5-2011 Sat)朝同男友食完早餐后,拎埋o野赶住出门去北角,为o既系夜晚去湾仔食男友人LKH o既寿宴.男友顺便又想食印尼o野,买完我o地去佢妈妈屋企前,我就o系o度买土笋冻,入到去,我问有冇土笋冻?个化o左靓妆o既女士(以下称为A)答有,要几多件?我问可唔可以要一件?A:冇一件.然后冇o野讲.男友就问一碟有几多件?我都问最少要几多件?A答:2件.咁我话咁要2件.之后佢用福建话同一个亚姐讲o野,然后一直企o系o度唔郁.我就主动话收钱先,就拎一张$100.00畀A同问几钱?佢收下答$13.00同问我有冇散纸?我就揾$3.00出o黎畀佢.佢就问有冇$10.00?我答冇,唔好意思.佢就行去收银机自言自语话佢自己冇$10.00.之后就找o左两张$20.00同一张$50.00纸我.我心谂,一定要找$10.00纸畀我咩?咁我就企o系雪柜o个边等,男友就行o左出去等.o系等o既时候,有个亚叔行o黎开雪柜门攞o野两次,冇问题,佢要serve佢o既客.我见出面门口有好多由厨房抽出去o既烟,就叫男友返入o黎等,但男友唔肯.我o地继续等,我就叫男友上屋企先,我后上.再等多阵,A由入面行出o黎,而厨房o既o靓仔就可o黎开左边o既雪柜,拎一样出o黎放o系右边o既雪柜.即系我让o左两吓.而A就将土笋冻交畀我.我心谂,点解要拎咁耐?一早已经整好o左o架啦.而我追到男友,一齐返上去喇.我打开o黎睇,哗!有冇搅错呀?将装住汁o个个o野连埋土笋冻放埋o系个外卖碗入面,干唔干净o架?点解唔系放o系胶袋o度?有冇常识o架?男友话早已同我讲呢间o野对唔系讲福建话o既人系唔好,亦唔多想畀人问o野.咁佢o地即系摆明玩o野啦,我叫男友下次佢帮衬时用广东话落单,食完就用福建话问佢o地点解咁o既态度对讲广东话o既人?横竖都唔谂住再帮衬佢o地.如果佢o地答唔钟意做本地人生意,不如叫佢o地o系门口写明:’只做福建人生意’啦.讲返个土笋冻,反转o黎睇,有好多一点点,黑色唔知系咩o野o既o野,好,食喇.好够冻,沙虫有啲烟韧,食得出有一啲啲腥味,应该系蛋白质o既腥味,而o个啲汁系醋o黎,唔蘸都冇乜所谓.而o衣o家睇到人o地o既食评,原来土笋冻会有萝卜丝跟埋,但呢个外卖系冇.呢间o野咁o既态度,食物几好食都好,我o地都唔会再o黎啰.其实服务只值0.1分咋.

This joint specialising in Mun Nam cuisine is located in the back streets of uphill North Point, opposite Saizeriya.It has a grey feel to it and a distinctive smell, the people look different, and a weird language is spoken.I have always wanted to try these jellied worms, but the minimum order is two, so I reckon I would be freaked out twice if I had them!!I wanted to try, but I just couldn’t, so in the end I ordered the chicken rolls and the noodles in sauce.Chicken roll:This is similar to the rolls in Chiu Chow cuisine, fried beancurd rolls with meat inside, the taste was nice, especially the dipping sauce, but there was lots of white fat in it.Noodles in Sauce:To me, this was exactly like canned spaghetti, lots of sauce and overly soft noodles.However the sauce was much better than the tomato sauce you get in canned spaghetti, it contained oysters, vegetables and fatty meat.The sauce was slightly peppery and creamy.

今天去了北角吃闽南小食馆,这是一种很小众的菜式;即使福建人是其中比较多的一族,但福建菜在香港并不流行。吃了如下:土笋冻(1碟2件)其实正确是虫虫Jelly,吃起来没甚么味道靠的只是酱汁,和配的酸甜萝卜五香鸡卷(1碟约5件)因为我舅母是福建人,老早吃过,包的材料不太清楚,只知会下很重的五香粉和肥肉用腐皮包著炸之,吃起来香口肥润福建卤面份量很足,的确像是一早煮好,有蚝仔又有蛋,吃起来带著咖哩味,不喜欢吃糊一点面条,就不建议了。炒米线原本想吃炒冬粉,但原来是粉丝,改为吃炒米线,其实即是阿宗面线的干身版,有啤水虾仔,蚝仔,蛋块,甘笋丝,腩肉丝,材料很足,份量约一人,吃起来很好吃,米线弹牙,味道也好。埋单$93这店口味应该算正宗,店里都是福建人,服务质素是一般街坊小店,价钱低廉,好处是比同区另一福建店开得夜。但店内有人吸烟,怕烟味的就要注意了。
