招牌菜
食记 (36)
为一间己结业嘅食店写食评, 我都觉得自己无聊...以前一个月起码嚟四, 五次食面, 数年前搬屋后因为唔就脚, 就疏咗好多.极度钟意佢嘅冬菇, 好厚身, 好滑, 好香, 好入味; 菜胆通常都好得, 除非非常唔当造, 食入口就知, 老的有渣的会部都摘晒, 一定都唔会孤寒.更怀念嘅系一肥一瘦阿姐, 好友善, 虽然唔多野讲, 但系有时耐唔去, 佢地会好有心咁问候近况 (唔系"行"果只), 好似屋企人咁, 好鬼窝心.惭愧今次竟然要上openrice 先知佢结咗业.... 唔知两阿姐近况点呢....十几年嚟, 金祥嘅所有铺都去过, 包括西环两间同埋早已结业嘅屯门, 而家只净番西环一间, 睇嚟要快啲食多几次... 但系始终怀念锦屏街呢间...

本来谂住食附近间青藏面,但系揾唔到㖞,咪过来呢间试下啰。我地叫左一碗排骨云吞面同一碗菜胆鱼卷面。排骨不愧为招牌菜,炸得好香,又腍又唔太肥腻,个云吞就普通啦,不过都唔错,碗面又有好多菜,好鬼大碗。另一碗面都系咁鬼大碗,落足料,但鱼卷梗系冇d排骨咁好味啦。呢间野个阿姐好好招呼,我地临收工先来仲要谂鬼咁耐先落单佢都面带笑容,以呢d街坊面家来讲真系好难得。

黎到排骨大王,梗系要试下招牌棻式。我点了一碗排骨面,朋友仔要了一碗鱼卷面加可乐。两样都好好味,排骨外层炸粉不太厚,肉身仍然保持湿润,比例上刚刚好,份量亦好足够,食到好满足!不得不提,桌上放了辣酱很香口!唯一唔满意地方,一坐底闻到一阵怪闻。惟有坐第二张睇下好唔好D!

My husband tried their location in 西环 and said the 排骨was very good. So today I went to the location at North Point. I had the 雪菜排骨米 + iced coffee. When the noodles came, I quickly ate a piece of the spare ribs to see what all the commotion was about - it was VERY good !!!! Even though the 排骨 wasn't too thick, it was still juicy and not dried at all (cos it's deep fried) - I immediately fell in love w/ it (but I did think there was too much 雪菜, next time I will get the 菜胆排骨). Their iced coffee was good too, strong coffee aroma. I got there around 1pm and it wasn't full but still plenty of people.Will defintely be going back !!P.S. The 姐姐 (waitress) was actually polite !! (unusual for a 茶餐厅!!)

有咁多大王, 今日又食多次大王.叫了最基本的排骨面.咁呢度系食猪扒嘛....只系廿八蚊.汤几淡; 但排骨味几浓, 炸得几脆但又唔太油; 一赞.虽之前炸起, 但系有人叫才剪开一条条的; 肉汁仍可保存~面ok, 略淋左d. 可能我食得慢....加少许菜要一蚊, 都值既.值得一试架~
