喺太子行行下,唔知食乜好,一行行到去深水埗,一转角见到呢间大牌档,喺路中开哂档咁,自成一角嘅画面好靓,然后小炒香味朴鼻而来,于是不由自主坐低左!由于同男朋友2个人,只叫左2个𩠌,分别系避风塘炸鱼同小炒王!避风塘炸鱼即叫即整,上枱热辣辣,,外脆内软,炸粉又唔厚,好食!平时我好中意食小炒王,觉得呢间差少少,韭菜花老左啲,所以偏硬有渣,同埋可能无炸嘅𩠌咁保到温,所以食到一半都未到,就有啲变冻,下次叫送可能要注意下。

今日去咗深水埗,想地道啲,所以就同朋友谂住系街边度食大排档。深水埗街坊都会知道,在东耀街有几多好出名嘅大排档,而我就拣咗**金牌源记大排档**。金牌源记胜在小菜有好多款式可以拣,而且好大份,抵食之余,小菜嘅镬气亦都好够。绝对系正。我叫咗佢两个𩠌加一碟菜。首先嚟嘅系啫啫鸡煲,佢嘅鸡煲,质料非常香浓,鸡肉非常脆口嫩滑,而且炒出黎嘅时候镬气好足。之后嚟嘅系一点鱼香茄子煲,佢啲鱼香茄子煲好正宗,茄子用油烫过,软硬适中,一定唔会有好稔身嘅感觉。而且佢加咗虾干同埋肉碎炒同爆香,非常正。之后嚟咗碟腐乳通菜,佢啲菜炒得干身爽口,腐乳味亦都非常香浓,碟菜唔算有太多油,适合我呢啲钟意健康嘅人食用。我下次再经过嘅话,一定要再食埋佢其他唔同款式嘅小菜。

Proper dai pai dongs are decreasing in numbers these days so it was a shame I didn't try them when there were lots around.The ones I've seen are at Temple Street which are clearly quite touristy and pricey.Came across this one away from the rest, it is located next to a noodle stall which is also daipaidong style.It was my first time eating at a dai pai dong so it was fun watching buses and people go past.Now is a good time when the weather is cooler.In a way, it is good that I tried now rather than before as I know what I want.To my surprise the chef was young which explains the cantopop music so I actually enjoyed the vibes there.For food, had the stir fried noodles with soy sauce, crispy ribs and crispy white bait.The crispy ribs stole the show, they were even coated in this delicious salt and pepper coating.I had a peep in the kitchen and saw that the ribs were freshly tossed in coating and then fried which gives it that quality coating while the meat came off the bones nicely.The noodles were also a surprise, you could taste that wok fried aroma which was not too overwhelming.They tasted even moreish with chili sauce.The white bait wasn't bad but the other two dishes stole the show.

去完深水埗买电话咭再去食晚饭,朋友居然话去食大排档,怀旧一下。我就想:行到成身汗,揾间有冷气的凉一凉好d,但朋友快移民,冇乜机会食大排档,今次就陪下佢,上网查,在深水埗耀东街有一间金牌源记大排档,我们就依地址前往。大排档一如往常,露天摆了数张枱,灯光比较暗,我们就坐在街上的枱,但只有两把风扇吹住另外的一边的客人,不好意思转过来,可能天气热,地下居然见到蟑螂走过,我都冇乜胃口,就叫朋友点菜,快快食完就走。好快第一度菜就到,豉椒炒蚬,蚬都几大只一半开口有一半合埋,当我用手打开蚬,准备放入口,朋友立即叫停我,他说蚬有泥,有d重系臭!吓了一跳!当我望下手上只蚬,果然发现唔妥,有泥!因为灯光昏暗冇留意,好在朋友提我,唉!已经热到成头汗,朋友都吾好意思继续食,立即埋单转场。

朋友喜欢大排档风味,就陪佢去深水埗源记怀旧一下,大排档在行人路和马路边放有数张枱和风扇,入座后就听到炒嘢的声音,都几有获气声。源记小炒王$98,招牌菜当然试下,用韭菜花炒一些菜莆丝、鱿鱼丝、银鱼仔,还加左五粒腰果,有获气有口感。豉椒炒蚬$148,蚬用不少洋葱、辣椒、青椒爆炒,酱汁浓郁惹味!但天气实在太热,我食左两味就已成头汗,朋友话:呢D就系大排档风味,之前小时候食唔会觉得热,现在可能家家户户和汽车都开冷气,令空气污染严重,夏天天气更炎热。秋冬会舒服一点!
