:)今天放工后找了住在大埔的朋友,时间尚早先在附近的清吧喝支冰冻啤酒,先聊聊天再过来好运星吃晚饭,本来待应只能安排我门坐一张奴人台,由于友人跟这裹的经理相熟,随即安排转至一张四人台坐得较从容,经理帮我们发办叫了三味菜,这儿的碟头几大,加上白饭已经好够食。:)烧鹅叫了一碟例牌的烧鹅,厨师切了最靓最滑的左脾位给我们,切件整齐地摆在圆碟上保持原形的卖相,表皮脆而薄身,没有过多的皮下脂肪,厚肉的鹅脾位又𫐈丰腴香口,这店以烧鹅为招牌货,果然质素系比较有保证。:)蒜茸粉丝蒸扇贝 $75这碟扇贝一碟竟然有六只之多,而且件头是海鲜店级数的大少,每只上面都铺满炒香了的蒜蓉和粉丝,再洒上大量香葸,都几香口惹味,十多元有咁大只新鲜扇贝,都算几抵食!:)马拉盏通菜煲不同国家有各自特式的酱料,而马来西亚最著名的酱料应该便是马拉盏,其实马拉盏并非源于马来西亚,据讲是由葡萄牙沿海地区的一种叫做Belachan的酱料演变而成,后来带到马来半岛发扬光大。 马拉盏的做法跟我们常用的虾酱和虾膏很相似,都是用小银虾和粗盐,经发酵和生晒制作而成。 用了马拉盏炒的通菜,加上了辣椒丝和蒜片带点香辣味,不会出现一些咸、一些不咸的情况,一大煲粗壮的通菜,伴上香囗的马拉盏用来送饭特别开胃。:)好运星是一间较传统囗味的食肆,食物的种类及煮法都可度身订造,取价又相宜,在这裹除了食物几好食及抵食之外,侍应能令你感受到新式食店中欠缺的人情味,招呼自然而不刻意,这才称得上是真正的 hospitality!查看更多

大大话话食咗呢度嘅点心已近廿年.. 还记得初时佢叫" 兴华楼 ",后来转手多次。最经典还是当年有一个谣传,系一个兴华楼年代的老板,喺一个晚上, 喺麻雀台上输掉整间酒楼! 虽然多次转换酒楼名称,但其食物种类,味道等,都系大同小异,特别佢嘅点心,多年来都保持质数。呢间系好典型嘅怀旧酒楼,当然食物都较传统同怀旧风味啦!喜欢旧式酒楼风味就唔好错过啦! 特别钟意佢嘅排骨饭,因为d饭蒸得粒粒企身,绝唔会淋吱吱,排骨又好好味。烧卖多虾好爽口,又有香菇味,鸡饱仔充满葱香、鸡肉、同浓浓姜汁味,正! ~ 排骨饭$16~ 烧卖$11~ 鸡包仔$10仲有, 糯米鸡亦好好味, 唔会蒸得一pat pat咁! 自从早几年曾见过佢有鸡球大包,到现在都唔见再有,好怀念呀!查看更多

I was told by a friend that her dad recommends this place. As I like trying what my friends’ dads eat, I came here for dinner one night. I was surprised to find that my friend’s dad turned out to be quite right - the food was good and cheap.芝士焗班块Though the cheese sauce did not taste at all cheesy, the pieces of fish filet were golden and freshly fried and tasted good nonetheless. 烧鸭There was a bit of excess fat, but it was fleshy and well seasoned. 果仁莎拉虾球As expected, the quantity of prawns was not as generous as the serving sizes of the other dishes, but they were well coated with salad dressing and there were adequate crumbs of nuts sprinkled on top. 蒜蓉蒸丝瓜With a great deal of garlic and dried shrimps, the cylinders of gourd were flavorful as well as soft and juicy. 椒盐九肚鱼+鱿鱼Both items had been skillfully deep-fried, and served piping hot accompanied by lots of crunchy, hot garlic bits. 2:30 行入去, 看看餐牌假日原来没有下午茶, 还要加一. 心想不打紧. 有嘢食就得.阿姐话要点心就快一点叫, 师傅要收工.跟住, 发现大概有一半的点心都已经没有供应.心里已经凉了半截. 食物都要等一等的, 但不见佳处.2:45, 伙计关了电视, 查问可唔可以开番, 答覆是老板规定的. 之后冷气也细了很多, 唔肯定系唔系熄咗. 真系唔多明, 开部电视要你几多电. 而且客人开声要求, 还是坚拒, 真系唔知咩叫服务.3:00, 食物都未食完, 就有人过来话要收钱先. 火都嚟. 你间嘢, 完全唔系做生意. 你有last order, 你要落埸, 点解2:30那时唔讲? 等人坐下了, 开哂茶, 你就关这个, 关那个, 又咩都话无得卖, 迫你快D走. 30分钟就被迫走人. 以要收茶钱, 加一, 无下午茶时段, 又无服务计, 一点也不像在饮茶. 去饮茶就系想坐得耐一点, 倾下计.咁赶我不如去食老麦. 人地仲唔驶收加一茶钱.最好笑, 比钱时, 个收银话, 3点点心师傅收工, 但厨部有师傅, 可以点那些. 既然你3点后都唔系关门, 咁为咩人客还在进食, 就吹人比钱. 咁嘅服务, 以后都唔会再去.查看更多

芝士焗班块$55超多芝士~~~好香,有面底就超正啦~~半只烧鸭$65好好味~好滑鲜虾蒸陈村粉$45:(系好大碟.....粉,d虾开边重细𠮶6个月大嘅bb只手指尾蒸鱼云$42好味~系个汁太杰虾干肉松粉丝$37D虾干同鲜虾蒸陈村粉d鲜虾差唔多大,好味过鲜虾~~我哋6:05pm到已经好多人,刚好得1张细枱,迟少少6:15到𠮶几个要等到7:00pm先有枱呀~~不过唔等得可以坐出面:(除时加枓...黄叶几片)查看更多
