事源上次去西贡行完山,去稳下有咩好食,有fd就话想食海鲜,但近海嘅餐厅都食过。我呢d钟意新鲜感嘅当然稳过间餐厅试下啦🤪 咁就黎做通记海鲜酒家啦,到门口嘅时候见到距同普通酒家一样,仲有两层,门口就有得睇下d menu,等我望下价钱🤣🤣🤣 见到价钱我接受范围内,所以就同fd一齐入去试下间酒家😜 咁距有得单叫或者人头计set餐,咁我地就拣左个人头计嘅set餐,咁有粉丝蒸扇贝,东星斑,龙虾伊面,炒蚬,鲍鱼,咕噜肉,菜同西瓜🍉 海鲜方面全部都出色,无咩唔满意,而咕噜肉就真系好好食,外表松脆配搭酸酸甜甜嘅汁,简直系正(出面好多餐厅整得都淋)另外白菜仔唔系好似出面个d老左嘅菜,好鲜嫩美味,就算无点加工,都完全食得出菜本质嘅甜同鲜😋😋😋仲有个西瓜🍉真系好甜好沙好鬼正可惜唔够多西瓜,我食左好多旧😆 整体而言,呢间海鲜酒家简直系性价比好高,好食😋

入西贡紧系食海鲜啦😚小🐷同小仙子都唔例外,book左通记海鲜。因为比较早去,未系太多人,所以唔使等就入去。点左几样海鲜:椒盐鱿鱼 🦑鱿鱼炸得好干身,表面占上椒盐,好香口😋 鱿鱼都好新鲜豉椒炒蛏子🥄蛏子大大只,上菜要即刻食,冻左会变干变硬😅 豉椒都好好食,入哂味本身想食蟹架,点知无货,侍应推介扇贝就试下啦🤪叫左蒜蓉粉丝蒸扇贝🦪扇贝蒸得岩岩好,唔会蒸过火而硬,蒜蓉粉丝入哂味😋胡椒猪肚蚬肉鸡煲🐔大大煲好足料,够4-6人食,蚬肉好新鲜👍🏻 胡椒味好浓,饮完好保暖😂如果啤酒可以冻D就更好😛Overall 海鲜好新鲜,份量都够,又足料😉

临近母亲节💝,当然不少得家庭饭聚🎊,因为要迁就老人家👵🏻,又来到我们常来的食堂👨🏻🍳。盐水鸡脚🐥:餐厅附送的饭前小食🍢,煮得非常入味,口感软腍,是蛮开胃的😌。白灼鲜虾🦐:肉质爽口弹牙,虾膏甘香👍🏻,轻轻的点一点点的酱油,鲜味更为突出😋。粉丝蒸大蚬🐚:每只蚬上布满了满满的蒜蓉及粉丝😍,蚬肉厚实,入感清甜鲜味😌。炸子鸡🐔:外皮酥脆,肉质细嫩,入口油而不腻🤤。椒盐濑尿虾🦐:外壳经过油炸,变得非常酥脆❤️,人妻🐷习惯连皮带壳一起吃,因为喜欢椒盐那独特的口感😋。虾肉🦐的鲜味被完全保留,带有椒盐的咸香味,但整体上有点过咸🤔。上汤龙虾烩伊面🍝:龙虾肉质弹牙,无可挑剔👍🏻。幼滑的伊面配上浓郁的酱汁,味道香醇😍。清蒸鲍鱼🔥:加入果皮🍊、姜丝等煮制,最后再淋上熟油及酱油💦,入口有著阵阵果香味,为鲜甜爽滑的鲍鱼增添了几分清新感🍃。清蒸石斑🐟:鱼肉口感结实但不乏弹性👍🏻,加入了简单的姜葱,更能带出鱼本身的鲜味😋,可惜鱼上菜时已经不太完整😢,卖相不美观。清炒时蔬🥦:菜是每餐必须的!新鲜生菜加入点点酱油炒制,味道清甜👍🏻。总结:其实我们家也算是这家店的常客😅,食过了数次后也没有甚么大惊喜了😝。

Sai Kung seafood has always been thought of a tourist attraction, as many great seafood restaurants are popping up within the city. Back in the days when there weren’t many seafood restaurants, heading to Sai Kung for seafood was a real treat. Nowadays, whenever there are visitors coming to Hong Kong for a visit, Sai Kung seafood is one of the must go places.Tung Kee is one the older seafood restaurants in the area, has been around for quite some time. Never had the chance to try this one, but the seafood was quite fresh. Not as tourist attraction as I always thought.We ordered the usual set which came with the fish, the mantis shrimp, bake cheese lobster, fried squid, steam abalone, clams, fried lobster, as well as the fried rice and vegetables.Two dish worth recommending was the steam abalone as it taste really fresh and the meat was tender. And the bake cheese lobster was one of my favourite, the lobster was bite size after peeling it is out of the shell.The service was quite good as well, with attentive staff coming to change the plates whenever it was filled with shells and also refilled our tea.Worth coming back again for dinner with the family as this was a meal that didn’t disappoint.

亲戚带路到西贡通记食海鲜,价钱不便宜但海鲜有水准!炸蚝很大只,炸得酥脆好食!濑尿虾好香口。鲍鱼入味。阿拉斯加蟹好有型,蟹肉鲜甜。蒜蓉蒸元贝不错。龙虾伊面有好多龙虾件。蒸鱼。蛏子。丰富的刺身拼盘!
