是夜又在佐敦觅食, 因看到这家的小笼包在打特价10元4个便顺道试菜.小笼包做得还可以, 颇正宗且汤汁多及没有破烂. 之后来的无锡骨面, 无锡骨酸甜适中, 猪肉已炆得很"林"; 唯一美中不足便是那个无味的萝白容卷, 只能用来填饱用试食中听到旁边要豆浆, 但原来这家店是没有豆浆的, 一家上海菜馆没售豆浆不竟有点怪怪

佢啱啱开舖时唻食过午餐同晚餐, 试过佢o既雪菜汤年糕, 饺子拉面, 回锅肉抄年糕, 小笼包, 绵花糖白免仔... 都几好味, 招呼几好, 价钱合理, 食完都好满足. 几个月冇去, 上星期与同事再去食lunch, 发觉完全变晒质...我叫咗饺子拉面 ($28), 同事叫咗套餐B - 云吞米线($25) --- 话就话叫做套餐, 但其实只得一碗面, 如要热奶茶, 热咖啡(只有呢两款饮品选择)都要加钱... 而呢间上海舖竟然连豆浆都冇卖!!! 我哋仲叫咗一客小笼包.我碗饺子拉面足足等咗20分钟先上枱, 而当时我同事碗云吞米线已食完... 面的份量多得惊人, 本来我等咗咁耐先有嘢食系好肚饿, 但我点都食唔晒, 食剩咗三份一; 饺子/ 云吞材料同味道完全一样, 分别只系云吞皮薄d, 水饺皮厚d, 同包法唔同, 又细细粒, 仲每碗得𠮶4粒, 到喉唔到肺咁. 汤好淡, 淡到食唔到系用咗咩唻煲; 我哋同店里一个员工提意见面太多, 食唔晒好浪费, 如果减d份量但俾多一粒水饺/云吞, 会好好多, 个员工竟然话: "好多客都有咁o既提议, 但做厨o𠮶d人全都系老板, 佢哋都坚持不变."食完两碗面, 小笼包仲未上枱, 一问之下原来系漏咗单!!!最最最大问题系成间舖充斥住一阵"地拖味", 咸咸臭臭咁, 本来我一入间舖发觉有阵臭味都想走, 但同事话其他食肆好难揾位, 是但啦... 咁就留低咗, 真系好后悔.其实今次食佢o既面条都依然觉得不错, 每条oo既粗幼都有唔同, 似系人手拉出唻, 好香面粉味, 质感都好好, 哎,可惜只得面条做得好系绝对唔够... 真系好失望, 冇下次....

Note that this shop does 小菜 mainly, but after peak hour they serve their 'specialty' dim sims. This is therefore purely a rating of the dim sim quality here, on this visit:招牌小龙包 - Skin was uneven. Meat and soup has no natural jus or taste, mainly relying on salt and perhaps MSG. Looks ok, but tastes below average.甘荀流沙包 - Unlike the magazine article's photo outside, the '流沙' was wet and overly runny, like liquid. The external skin was a bit tough. 流沙 mainly carrots and salted egg yolks. Below average.海鲜'襛'汤饺 - Skin was completely ruptured and all the internal ingredients has escaped into the soup. Way below average.绵花白兔仔 - Like a marshmallow. This was good but ordinary!唐芹带子饺 - Scallops not fresh, in fact the whole dish taste weird as the acquired taste from the 唐芹 mixed with very 'fishy' scallops, which also happened to be overcooked simultaneously.... you get the picture.创意高力 - This was surprisingly fixed with a bit of cream and fruit inside, the cream has melted and has become watery. Skin was overly moist, soft and oily at same time.GENERALLY SPEAKING, THE DIM SIMS LOOK GOOD EXTERNALLY, BUT TASTE IS QUITE TERRIBLE.$109 in total. 咁嘅水平, 算几贵. 添好运平得多 and taste much much better.

听朋友说这儿的点心好吃,便趁今天假期带全家人来尝一尝. 约12:00到达,我们应该是第一位到,发现这儿的食物选择多,而且价钱相宜.点了甘笋银丝卷(蒸)($12),海鲜浓汤饺($20),豉油皇炒肠粉($20),阳春拉面($18)甘荀流沙包($15)午餐c(扬州炒饭($25))跟酸辣汤(加$8). 甘笋银丝卷热辣软绵.浓汤饺汤味浓郁,饺内藏了虾仁,蟹柳等材料,可惜分量太小.豉油皇炒肠粉是即炒的,热辣之余也香喷喷,十分惹味.阳春拉面分量挺多.卖这价钱也合理,若面能更能吸收汤的精华会更好.甘荀流沙包不但热辣,而且甜度恰当,流沙程度不错.扬州炒饭还算不错.酸辣汤我没尝过,但家人说味道浓郁. 这顿饭加茶费(每人$2)总共是$122(免收加一).下次来试这儿的小菜吧!

闲日晚上的七点多还要等一阵位好在好快有张二人枱埋单。两边墙贴满菜名、相片,本来是方便客人点菜,但店的间格长及窄,要拧转身才看到呢~贪心的二人叫了两个小菜(各跟一碗饭)、一个担担面、小笼包、锅贴其实心知未必食得哂,不过持住有洗干净的饭盒(返工带饭),最多打包。小笼包热腾腾的上枱,一夹已感到皮内好多肉汁,快快放上匙塞入口皮是薄的,有汤汁,可是肉汁不够鲜,而且顶的折位太厚。但以 $18 一笼来计,赞﹗锅贴皮薄又煎得脆,油不多,食完不会饱到上心口,必叫﹗担担面心较逊色,汤不浓又不够麻香,偏辣,但面却有咬口,烟un得来不会硬~ok~两个小菜的份量比我想像中少,赛螃蟹是净蛋白,入口滑溜,无蛋腥味,捞饭之选却嫌有点漏,偏淡,少了应有的那份鲜味。煸茄子入味,茄子吸尽了肉燥的味道,可惜免不了也吸满了油。明白没油的茄子不好吃,但也希望可以给人健康一点的感觉 可能因为饭放耐了,或是上海人都喜欢吃硬饭?饭粒分明却有点干硬,好在吃过后胃部也没有抗议,只是吃时有感不足。总括食物味道质素可以,特别是小笼包及锅贴算是抵食夹大件。再计埋价钱,也没有甚么可以挑剔的吧?
