Ordered a glass of Burgundy white. Here’s what we had. Selection of oysters, including the Peale Passage from Washington USA (exceptionally creamy) and the French Belon with its distinct briny, mineral flavor.Lobster BisqueGarlic Bread with roasted garlic. Server squeezed out the garlic and reminded us not to leave any out, since it was so good. Escargot with mashed potato.Iberico Pork Rack- we were given a special heavy duty knife to cut.Local Yellow Chicken with crispy skin and brown sauce. Angus Rib Eye. 坊间很多Oyster Bar 都主打食蚝,但位于九龙城的 Oyster More Grill & Bar「蚝魔」既以新鲜生蚝作主打,亦同时提供高质素但平民价的西餐,晚市套餐由$350起,环境浪漫有格调,圆桌梳化后的酒樽墙是餐厅的打卡位。除了十多款来自法国的生蚝,还有不少来自欧美、澳洲、韩国甚至非洲的生蚝供应,让追求不同味道的食客都能得到满足,有些爽脆,有些肥大,亦有些是海水味较重的。当然,餐厅供应的都时季节当造的生蚝,价钱由$36至$68不等,性价比高。这天一行八人来到这家「蚝魔」,店内熟客居多,经理好客又热情地介绍每款生蚝及各式菜色,感觉亲切又温馨。10月份当造的四款生蚝有Cherry Stone Clam 美国车厘生蚬、U.S. Pearl Passage 美国珍珠、Korea Gold 韩国黄金,及French Fleur de Eaux 法国水中花,另外还有樱桃石蛤蜊,海水味不太浓且带甜味;另配上焗原只蒜蓉法包,香脆惹味。Appetizer 推介自制招牌蟹饼,配上蜜糖芥末汁,啖啖蟹肉。另外,甜椒杏仁酱沙律加上香煎澳洲带子及烤虎虾,为「蚝」食揭开序幕。如不吃生蚝,可以试试天妇罗酥炸生蚝伴牛油果莎莎酱,或是蒜香忌廉汁新鲜蓝青口,与平时白酒汁煮法有点不同,铁板烤原只鱿鱼伴微辣蒜香橄榄油亦很烟韧香口。焗法式芝士洋葱汤及蟹肉龙虾汤亦是餐厅的招牌汤,如果怕太饱,可以二人分享一汤。主菜方面,猪牛鸡鱼样样有,韩国A+西冷牛扒、炭烧西班牙黑毛猪鞍伴阿根廷青酱、本地黄油鸡伴黑松露浓鸡汁,及香煎智利鲈鱼配蚬肉忌廉汁,当中黄油鸡。饱肚之选有香煎澳洲带子、蒜香鲜蚝配柠檬忌廉意大利饭,还有香草蒜片西班牙辣肉肠意粉,味道都不错。西餐又怎少得甜品?友人一齐分享朱古力心太软配雪糕、Tiramisu及法式酥皮苹果挞,大满足。…查看更多
