Two people of us and came in at 6:30pm, no queue but half restaurant was full so we decided to try once at least. The food was really cheap compare with Yuen Long other Japanese restaurants. 7" eel sushi - Taste so strange on the eel texture, was harsh on the eel and tasted like an elastic, oh my god, so I just finished less than half of the 7" eel, disappointed on this signature dish from the menu.Fried salmon head - it came at really big head portion, first of all, it looked not really good as the head with big eye was looking at us on the dish. Then, when I tasted it, it was with fish scales, this was made me scared. I tried to pull out the salmon meat and turned the fish around so I didn't see the side with this big eye. The taste wasn't at that fresh, believed the salmon head was frozen for a bit long time. It smell frozen taste honestly. Cold dish in Luorou - this was the best dish we had during this dinner, but, didn't see any special on it. The luorou at least we felt it should be freshly made and not to be frozen for so long time. A bit spicy but not over. This was ok.Barbeque pork ramen - the menu said it was home-made special barbeque pork, to be very honest, nothing we felt was special at all. The ramen was cooked in right level, not harsh or overcooked. However, the taste of the soup was tasted with lots of MSG, we felt so thirsty an hour later after the dinner, drinking lots of water. Oh dear. Fish eggs sushi - has some strange taste that didn't feel fresh. Luckily didn't feel sick after ate. It was super cheap, just around $24 per two.  Egg sushi & Scallop sushi - the Egg was too thin for Japanese style, will be better to taste the texture if it would be made in thicker size. The scallop was so-so, can't really taste any scallop smell, believed not really fresh, it was $12/each. Overall environment was not really clean inside, toilet was extremely dirty and staff was not speechless when we asked thing, they didn't react efficiently, need to ask twice then to came to us.  继续阅读

见呢间乌冬系openrice都几多好评.所以去完南生围就黎医肚啦~~地点都算方便.系好多野食gei教育路.大概等左15分钟.就可以入去啦! 店面吾算太大,灯光好似暗左少少..不过无所谓啦~野食最紧要!刺身 (松) $68 - 三文鱼x2, 带子x2,北寄贝x2,大甜虾x3,立鱼x4 (9分)三文鱼都几厚,吾会淡而无味,个人觉得比起元气个d三文鱼刺身好d.带子虽然吾厚,但都好新鲜=D 过下口瘾.反而个甜虾就真系不得了.甜到呢! 首先真系名副其实,比起普通甜虾大只.(well, 虽然只有两大一细)一咬落去个阵甜味涌出黎! 好惊喜!叫左三文鱼腩寿司($10). 好肥好甜但吾算太厚.(7分) 本来想叫活蟹(原只)手打乌冬锅烧 ($88). 落单后店员就话我知无啦...=(可能每日限量供应?之后叫左一口牛柳汤手打乌冬($70)(10分).个牛柳好正!无筋.吾un.调味刚刚好!为左吾好比汤乌冬浸淡d牛肉,店家系会分开上牛肉gei.total 有7粒,每粒大概有麻雀一半甘大到啦.啖啖肉.好味!乌冬汤底可以自己简.怕鱼腥就吾好简鱼汤啦.加上个汤底吾够热,腥上加腥.火山修罗汤手打乌冬($58) (6.5分)有d咸.有d油腻.上面个几旧猪肉(叉烧)好念, 不过不失啦总体黎讲. 个乌冬系正gei.为左等齐所有食物黎到先一次过食,我个碗乌冬都浸左系d汤度成5分钟但系摆落口个一刻.仲系好烟un! 值得一赞不过...真心吾好食店家d wasabi...好..寿司酱油似无甘咸gei生抽下次自己带wasabi+酱油再黎食过!最后不得不赞d服务生态度. 见到个场甘full. d服务生忙到甩look. 但系仍然好好笑容.一举手,服务生就算对手拎住几多野都好.都会行过黎睇下你有d咩需要先 继续阅读

来之前看见食评很不错所以才过来的!去到不用等位  得几围枱, 看一看餐牌 午餐选择不多而且并不吸引所以选择了散叫 当然价钱也不便宜! 友人选了中华料理鸡乌冬 ! 它的名字任你怎样想也想不到它是如何令人失望的! 样子令到失望味道如何呢? 友人说就像白切鸡加清鸡汤煮乌冬 没有分别! 当中有菜 包括荷兰豆! 连基本的鸣门卷都没有!我看见也觉得没胃口!友人不满的程度也不用多说 ! 而它的价钱$68 就质素而言是不合理的! 一点诚意都没有 倒不如改善这款菜吧! 而我吃的是肥牛乌冬 猪骨汤!我的也像个模样 不会太差 但也未至于要给好评的质素!值得赞的是肥牛 本来以为是只有三四片肥牛 原来都有五六片有点安慰吧!有烧过也算为不错! 而乌冬我认为是弹牙的 但有几条有过硬的感觉! 至于汤底 一般吧 一般的味精汤 是没有诚意之作品! ps. 餐饮方面 真的令人讶异, 是用纸包柠檬茶代替! 没有水吧供应的! 令人觉得负责人或老板根本没有用一点心机经营 还是 想长休....? 继续阅读

常听身边的友人说,元朗有很多抵食的日本料理,质素当然不能与鮨店相比,但口碑不俗,广受区内市民欢迎。我俩都爱在元朗寻幽探秘,尝过不少话题食店,隐世秘店。却总忽略了元朗这些实力小店。这天锁定了这间风评不俗的花田赞岐手打乌冬,虽说以乌冬作为主力,但听说它的刺身很受欢迎。此店在元朗教育路,就在B仔凉粉附近,一点都不难找。到达时不到7时,已告满座,门外聚集了不少等位的人。等了约15分钟才能入座,由于店内有一桌是一行廿多位客人的,我俩被安置到路中心的二人桌,桌面甚小,感觉有点突兀。由于实在不够位子放置食物,因此我俩把食物分开两轮来点。看看店内的格局,店面不大,约可容纳三、四十个客人吧!也没甚么布置可言,就是些日本料理食物的图片,简单也顺眼。早就风闻店以抵食作为主打,环境、装潢不是重点,食物质素才最重要。餐牌有点散乱,设点餐纸让客人自行下单,主要供应刺身、寿司、乌冬拉面、日式小食等。价格确是吸引,寿司数元有交易,刺身是外卖店的价格,面食才四十多元,还有不少刺身套餐,平日7时前9时2后结帐又有八折优惠,也怪不得门庭若市了。芝麻八爪鱼($13)汁酱挺多,甜甜的易入口,八爪鱼比一般的大只,相当不错的日式小吃。甜虾.带子.三文鱼腩刺身($26/$25/$44)三文鱼腩($44)听到邻桌的女士甫一坐下便点了一磅三文鱼腩刺身,相信会有一定水准,而的确上桌时三文鱼腩是异常的厚切。近鱼皮的位置,就是油脂特多,不肥美才怪,一行行的油脂纹理令人食指大动。入口鲜美而不带腥气,带三文鱼特有的甘香味道,而且份量十足,实在是难得。甜虾$26八只便宜,是点选甜虾的主因。这不是小小的那一种甜虾,而是中型尺寸,不过食味偏淡,未能尝出甜虾独有的甜香。虽然十分抵食,但论质素则甜虾。带子$25四片,价钱中规中矩吧!不算厚切,带一点点爽身,不会太过软稔欠弹性,食味也算鲜甜。这三款刺身当中,以三文鱼腩最超值,成为每桌都点的人气刺身。馒鱼寿司($25/2件)每件都是完整的一条长鳗鱼,这份量在别的店子已可做成两客寿司了。口感较爽身弹牙,啖啖肉,论鱼香当不及正宗的鳗鱼,但以价钱而论却相当抵食。甜甜的酱油挂满鳗鱼之上,入口甜甜香香的,吃一件已很能满足口腹之欲了,不错!活赤贝($32/一只)连壳上,完整的赤贝切成四片,也保留了柱贝及群边。入口有海水的鲜甜,而且十分爽口,活赤贝较为少有,也不便宜,这儿三十多元就可尝到这么新鲜的活赤贝,又一抵食之选。海胆刺身($58/50g)个人十分爱吃海胆,但又吃得嘴刁。见有半份海胆可选(一份$108/100),可以小试牛刀吧!卖相有惊喜,即使只是50g也摆放得美美的。足有近半板的份量,中型尺寸,纹理十分清晰,很新鲜的。另配饭团和紫菜,把海胆逐片夹起也不会散开,夹一点米饭,放在紫菜上,再放上海胆,味道十分鲜美,后悔只点了半份呢!剑鱼腩寿司($20/2件)相对刺身而言,寿司相当一般,也许是定价的关系吧!先说寿司饭,酸度有点过了,是寿司醋下得太多之故,而且太湿。油甘鱼似乎只是另一种鱼来的,缺少了鱼油的香气,欠了柔软的口感。油甘鱼寿司($25/2件)相对剑鱼腩,油甘鱼较新鲜,有光泽。但鲜香不足,也不够肥美,只属一般。自家制叉烧拉面.配猪骨汤($58)叉烧很有水准的说,五花腩油脂分布均匀,腌得相当入味,微甜的酱油香,肉带点软嫩,而且足有四块之多。乌冬该是手打的无误,部分乌冬粗幼不一,机造的不会有这般后果。而且乌冬十分弹牙,滑滑的,正是我喜欢的口感,小店少有的水准。汤底也算不错,浓香的猪骨汤底,虽不会令人惊艳,但吃罢不口干,跟乌冬也很配。$58的价格能有此等水准,而且份量不少也饱肚,个人认为是食得过的。服务只属一般,笑容也欠奉,也许是客人太多,忙不过来的关系吧!就价钱而言,这儿的刺身算了是超水准,乌冬也是相当不错,寿司则只属一般,不比刺身吸引。不过,刺身虽好,败在芥辣的质素。这儿用的是包装芥辣,而且是中国制的。包装芥辣一般都不会太差,这儿的却呛喉而且攻鼻,如能换上质素较佳的便更好了。见这儿熟不少,抵食就是让客人回头的最大因由,总的来说仍是不错的开饭选择。附餐牌给大家参考一下。 继续阅读

今日想食日本菜 收工就去左元朗试下呢间 大约2000去到 等左大约15分钟 舖头入面都唔算大 不过空间都算多 唔会迫*虽然写迷你蟹子沙律 但其实都唔少架 几抵食ar 味道唔错 沙律酱&蟹子都好多!螺肉唔错 好大粒 好食*带子刺身同甜虾刺身好味道*正! 火炙豉油渍三文鱼寿司(推介)*芝麻八爪鱼寿司*三文鱼沙律寿司*玉子寿司*味道不错 价钱抵食!黎到一定要试下呢度既手打鸟冬la*鸟冬好食ar 弹牙! 不过炸鸡就麻麻地啦 炸得太lam 唔系咁好食!其实我地原本叫左半磅三文身刺身..但系两次催单仲未有 都已经食哂所有野都未到 最后同佢地讲取消张单 有d唔开心同失望! 希望下次有机会再黎唔会再咁啦* 整体上都唔错既 继续阅读
