店名:老金煎饼地址:中环威灵顿街83号地下及地库好味指数:7.8/10价钱:$37棒棒鸡煎饼(小)煎饼外皮连同鸡蛋一齐煎,非常香口。煎饼包着青瓜,薄脆和鸡肉。味道很清新且惹味,配合店内提供的辣椒油和酱油增添风味。虽然叫了小的份量,不过也挺大件。店外有一个大油漆的logo,上面写着老金煎饼Mr.Bing,非常抢眼。店内座位不多,只有大约6-8个位。  继续阅读

1600熊猫大热,大家都想一睹它的风彩!爱熊猫的小妹当然也为之心动!熊猫快闪活动大部份都在平日举行,要返工的小妹只在尖沙咀钟楼见过它一次!实在是不够呀!幸好,早阵子得知,可以亲手制造独一无二的小熊猫,当然要参啦!不枉我那天晚上不睡觉,疯狂refresh refresh 再refresh 下,终于成功俾我register 到!yeah~~等了很久,今晚终于可以整啦!多得大胃王肯陪他的宅宅家姐,所以今日又要好好的喂饱他呀~本想食Hero Sandwiches,用Entertainer 的优惠呀,不过,星期日是不开店的.... 到底我什么时候才可以试到它呢...?所以选了另一间大胃王有兴趣的餐厅 -- 老金煎饼啦~~它的门口是Sharp Sharp 的黄橙色,所以之前逛街见到已经很有兴趣试啦~~ 同样有Entertainer 的优惠,买一件煎饼送一件原味的煎饼~所以就选了一件北京烤鸭煎饼以及一件原味的啦~~即叫即做,等了五分钟左右,煎饼热呼呼的送上!!先试原味的~热呼呼的煎饼内有鸡蛋、葱、芝麻、秘制酱、辣酱、香菜及薄脆,主要是食酱汁的配搭~ 食起来脆脆的,甜中又带有点点香辣,头几口会觉得OK,但再食下去会觉得有点儿单调~ 还好是跟大胃王Share~再试北京烤鸭煎饼,内有片皮鸭、鸡蛋、青瓜、京葱、芝麻、薄脆同埋甜酱,用料很丰富~ 味道就像北京片皮鸭卷一样,多了薄脆及芝麻,所以多了一份香脆的口感,这个比原味更吸引,更香口美味呢~食完这两件厚厚的,大胃王依然未满足,他竟然想试甜的煎饼~爱食甜的我,当然乐于奉陪啦!!大胃王选了他爱的Nutulla 口味~烟韧的煎饼内是满满的Nutulla,香甜美味~~ 不错吃呀!!!食饱饱,就去制造属于我的小熊猫啦^^ 继续阅读

一直冇试老金煎饼成日经过佢d分店都冇入去买今次系PMQ见到原本$4x既竟然提价近一倍至$7x……唉冇辨法啦想食北京填鸭煎饼 $7x份量冇想像中咁大,睇住一路整就以为唔够料,点知食落又刚刚好㖞!饼皮湿润,虽然唔系水烂,但我都系中意干爽少许既有韧度,仲几有弹性有嚼劲,并带点蛋香中间既脆饼已经受水分影响,唔多脆口了:^(底酱偏咸,讲真我觉得平时食填鸭甜d浓味d会更佳!!!!!鸭肉稔身香口,有d脂肪带但唔会过分油腻,仲有少少肉香整体黎讲……倒是有点失望了无论在味道、比例及价钱上同听番黎既都有点出入,有点如果以后再食,都系去番店舖好了:^| 继续阅读

今次买了团购有$50可以用,所以一定要叫一个大的来吃,看见有新口味棒棒鸡,便叫了来试,加上一杯冻豆浆。棒棒鸡内有脆片,增加了口感,味道不错,是炸过的鸡,没有辣味,也没有酱汁,不过包皮就油了一点,而且有点淋,包皮是绿豆加点芝麻。冰冻豆浆很棒,甜度适中,吃完整个真的会很饱。 继续阅读

We may have had enough eggette. How does a Beijing style street crepe sound to you? It certainly surprises me because it is the first street food style 'to go' Beijing food in Hong Kong (I believe).Nothing much should be expected from the environment because of the 'FAST FOOD' concept behind but to shift the attention to service and speed of food made. I was satisfied with both. One only downside was the cramped condition inside. However, because of cheap but tasty food I was getting, I decided not to complain.Two sizes to choose from, I went for the smaller one, and it was the Original Bing made with green bean batter. The bing was thicker than expected. Too salty. To be fair, maybe this was authentic Beijing taste, but I could not put up with the saltiness personally. However, this is a valued lunch you could get around Central. So...I guess you get what you pay for. 继续阅读
