…this is not about the foods because unless you’re a visitor to hk, everybody knows about their yummy/tastes-like-homemade cakes&breads…this review is about the service we received when trying to arrange my wife’s bday chestnut cake…this review is about one of the staff, who i cannot name 😔per privacy regulations🤦🏽♂️, but name sounds like handy 👍🏽👍🏽…as we had to use the app but were unfamiliar, arrange pick up date, etc, ‘the staff that cannot be named’ went through the entire process order, incl the app, with my wife, all the while with a smile + friendly & cheerful demeanor, until order completed/payment processed…the shop had a lot of customers, keeping her colleagues busy as well, so it was a grateful surprise for us to have ‘the staff that cannot be named’ patiently assist us till the end..im also in the cs field, so it’s always nice to still find someone like her in the industry, providing sincere ‘customer service at its best!’…Thank you, again, ‘staff that cannot be named 😉🙏🏽… keep up the great service standards! 加油!!👏🏽👏🏽

今日是我家王子大儿子4岁生日一早已经在美心西饼网上订左蛋糕,因为我要同佢开个大型生日会我发现美心有个蛋糕系双层蛋糕,仲有新鲜士多啤梨，蓝莓，蓝莓酱配搭夹心忌廉蛋糕，大约2磅，直径5.5吋,今次我仲可以分到大约20个人的分量仲要超级优惠,只需要$338就有一个,同埋如果美心会员仲有85折,即系需要大约$287有一个,仲有花花配搭,系可以食架,妈妈本人见到都心心眼,外观非常漂亮另外,我仲加左好多公仔插旗仔做装饰,效果非常好呀------------------------------蛋糕出面的士多啤梨非常清甜,食落去酸酸味味好开胃蓝莓夹埋蓝莓酱口感非常特出,好新鲜忌廉蛋糕软绵绵,个个小朋友都好钟意呢种口感外面仲有朱古力酱,层次分明,每位小朋友都食到朱古力酱

美心mochi芒糍蛋糕冇人生日😂 唔知点解朋友无端端买个蛋糕嚟我屋企😂 美心mochi芒糍蛋糕，原来都几好食☺️ 呢𠮶大约1.8磅，入面有好烟韧嘅糯米糍😆 加埋啲芒果🥭食落口感好好👍🏻 一search之后原来啲糯米糍都有名堂😂 系台湾嘅白玉糯米糍，佢𠮶蛋糕面嘅糯米糍仲会烧一烧🤓 感觉好有诚意😆 个蛋糕馅仲有芒果云呢拿忌廉，芒果软心酱，好有惊喜👍🏻 讲真，其实美心啲蛋糕都算系咁，到今时今日都仲会有新意😂

屋企有人生日，以前有亲戚给了我们一些饼卡还没有用完，妈子说唔好浪费就用饼卡去美心换一个蛋糕回来吃吧。天使蛋糕多年前美心推出呢个天使蛋糕时很受欢迎，记忆中的蛋糕非常松软，加上焦糖脆脆，口感一脆一软，非常特别。见到再次推出此经典蛋糕，二话不说就拣左佢。蛋糕外貌依旧是全个白色，没有其他装饰。蛋糕依然做到保持松软，但对比过往少了一点口感，焦糖脆脆份量不少，可以舖满整个蛋糕。不过不知是记忆中的总是美好，还是现在物价上涨美心也要因货就价，美道和过往就是有分别，吃不到记忆中的味道。

水果脆脆蛋白蛋糕味道一般，因为生果好重，压住啲蛋白蛋糕压到实的的，不过水果都算新鲜，不过就太值咁贵啦，接近200几蚊呀，就算我上网scan QR code买减40蚊，都系有d贵，所以与其食le个，不如食番芒果脆脆！
