话说当年小时候曾经跟长辈到此一游,如今一想回味不已,未有想过友人途经此处竟买来加𩠌,可以重拾当时此刻,喜出望外!甫打开盒子,鸡香油香马上直接涌上,已经使人迷醉!虽然由外卖到家已经历一段路程,但热度仍然保持,并非只是微温。美味的炸子鸡,鸡皮又脆又香,连著少少脂位,甘香得令人无法抗拒!鸡肉柔嫩有汁不在话下,更利害的乃是调味完全渗到入鸡肉,滋味不凡,我们都欲罢不能!从外层到中间的鸡肉,啖啖都是极品。多年后再食,依然不觉有任何失色。

母亲节斩料加𩠌。经过美孚,见到呢间旧式烧腊店有不少人流,应该唔会差得去边。见到店外有炸炉生炸乳鸽,$55一只,颇吸引,就决定买嚟加𩠌。店员会将挂起风干嘅乳鸽,即场放入炸炉炸,睇住啲鸽慢慢变色,香味又不停飘出嚟,已经流口水。至于味道,外皮仲系丁丁脆的,鸽肉颇嫩,而且有肉汁,整体味道足且微微偏咸,所以唔使点淮盐。

过年过节,去左呢间老字号,买左啲烧味招呼亲朋戚友,原本佢嘅炸鸡几好食,但近来却越来越咸,所以今次唔买炸鸡了,只系买左一只烧鸭同埋三只炸乳鸽,再加左啲烧腩仔同埋半肥瘦义烧,其实之前都未食过佢嘅烧鸭,估唔到价钱都唔会话太贵,$140已经可以买到一只,而且都几好食,炸乳鸽而家已经卖到$50一只,虽然味道OK,但略略贵左啲,烧腩仔斩件size啱啱好,皮脆同时肥瘦肥瘦相间,嗒落口都唔错,半肥瘦义烧普普通通,冇乜特别,周围街市冇开档,买烧味都OK嘅。

Sister in law offered to cook for 6 people last weekend and told me to get some BBQ meat at this old fashioned BBQ meat shop nearby her home at Fei Foo.Went there around 7PM and there few about 6 people waiting in line. Only lined up for 5 mins and it was my turn. The staffs there were very friendly. Ordered BBQ pork and soy sauce chicken.BBQ Pork (Cha Siu): requested for 1/2 fat 1/2 skinny one, and the “Si Fu” really chose the closest 1/2 fat 1/2 skinny for me. The meat was juicy, but I found it a little too sweet for me. Overall was quite good Soy sauce chicken:Got a full size, the meat was tender and juicy, but the chicken was a bit too fat, so I didn’t try too much of the skin. My wife said it’s quite tasty.Rating: 4/5

夜了回家, 不想再预备晚餐了, 就简单的在这里买个饭盒吧. 原来这里晚市是相当旺场, 大排长龙, 不少客人也是收工后来这里斩料. 对, 斩料这个文化, 也是香港人很喜欢的吧.叉烧烧鸭饭 $25这里的烧味饭, 单双并也一样价钱, 不是双并加$3, 价位只是$25一盒, 相当经济, 今时今日在香港还有$25一盒烧味饭, 还能够有甚么要求. 叉烧是烧得几靓的, 肉质嫩滑, 但烧鸭的肉质只是一般, 比较实.不过还是那句, 那么经济抵食的饭盒, 不容易见到了.
