天寒地冻,想食炭炉煲仔饭,唔驶一定去庙街及的,在湾仔谭臣道,就有两间茶记,夜晚在门口烧炭,我哋选择去佐呢间,$70一个煲仔包餐先来一碗例汤,西洋菜红萝卜煲猪骨,味道不错,无乜味精。煲仔约等廿五分钟,比土申 记话最少要等一个钟好好多,自家的黄鳝煲仔饭,份量十足,饭身比人家多两成,黄鳝肉厚到哩,饭味甚足重要是饭底起到成块的饭焦,少少 Lor 味,但脆脆地几好食。这里不失为一个煲仔饭的隐世之选。同场叫多个咸蛋蒸肉饼套餐,肉饼嫩滑,亦有肉味,系咸咗少少,食得咸蛋抵得渴架啦 !最后重要送餐饮,一杯走甜的奶茶,茶味与口感,都是令人满意。物有所值,起码唔驶大排长龙,食起嚟亦无咁油腻,下次试埋隔离贵少少那间 继续阅读

其实附近有3间都有炭炉煲仔饭,我都唔知点解会入咗呢间,可能经过见多人以为会稳阵好耐冇出街食煲仔饭,70蚊,我觉得唔平唔贵啦,话哂老板真系要企定定睇火。有跟例汤及饮品。例汤好清淡等咗廿几三十分钟,终于煲好。姜汁黄鳝加润肠,料好足,饭面盖满黄鳝。主角黄鳝卖相唔靓,食落仲有腥味,可能唔够新鲜,要落重豉油同胡椒粉先得,扣哂分。配角润肠就好香口食到一大半,开始返个底,金黄色的饭焦又脆又香口整体黎讲唔系个黄鳝有腥味,其实呢个饭都唔错。如果再食煲仔饭,我应该就唔会试呢间了。 继续阅读

登登登登!茶记小记者继续为大家报导唔同地区既街坊茶记今次黎到湾仔区,湾仔区系旧区同时亦系商业区,茶记既数量可以话数一数二,每到午市经过每间茶记都会塞满上班族,但由于呢到铺租贵,好多茶记都普遍较贵价同埋质素偏差今次黎呢间都有啲令人失望苦瓜菜甫炒蛋饭$49:以呢个价钱黎讲既碟头饭算中等价钱,系湾仔黎讲都叫平,首先要赞既系个份量的确系多,绝对系会饱肚既,但质素就另一回事了...同想像中既有啲滑口既炒蛋有啲出入,因为佢系全熟既煎蛋,口感鞋身之余完全称唔上滑口,而且重点系佢加左好多粉煮咁,食落系有啲韧口果种,蛋味都未盖过左,同时凉瓜同菜甫既量都较少,由于欠缺镬气,其实佢整体就系屋企既煎蛋多啲,但连基本既香脆都无,凉瓜同菜甫同样系稔身欠爽口,整体口感单调,只能评为能够饱肚之作镇江骨饭$51:朋友点既呢个绝对系名符其实既镇江骨饭,因为大部份都系骨我求奇夹在几件黎食,好难得食到一件肉而调味亦系另一问题,醋味浓得过度,甜同酸未能取得平衡,同时饭过硬但又未能用汁捞饭,朋友一路食一路呻不过要赞一赞个汤,多渣之余够浓味,唔系沟水果种,而且饮完唔口干又无油腻感,挽回部份分数 继续阅读

今晚老婆想食煲仔饭,于是去左居所附近这家茶餐厅,竟然有惊喜。这里的煲仔饭是用瓦煲,和用炭炉煮的,水滚才落米,制作好认真,上枱时热辣辣,好醒胃。我们叫了两个煲仔饭套餐:腊味煲仔饭用料佳且足,润肠有酒香,腊肠又唔肥,腊肉肥瘦适中,饭底是粒粒虾仔饭,上枱时香气扑鼻,好味又有口感,饭焦唔㶶又松脆,好好食。另一煲是黄鳝煲仔饭加润肠,黄鳝鲜且多,煮出来的饭身亦较輭滑,黄鳝本身味较淡,但加上一条有酒香的润肠,可算是绝配,入口时感觉很好特别。套餐还包括花生鸡脚汤和餐茶,虽然是例汤,但鸡脚煲到起胶,好有口感,真的超值! 继续阅读

Every time I go this place that cause of many restaurants after my working.  Today in lunch time, I don't think a lot and save the time, and I am not finding other restaurant.Fook Chun Bo is near to and convenient to get MTR. This is a classically cha kee that I didn't talk about the enviroment.From the menu, it is too many food to choose. Set lunch, noodles and curry that is provided. Although there are many things to choose, I would like to order a set lunch. Because I can leave quicky while I finished the  lunch.Borsch is in HK style. Its spicy and too much of vegetable. It's not too much oil. Although it is very coomon, I would like more vegetable.Pork Chop Rice with Peach sauce was the main course of set lunch. But the peach was little and not enough. I would like bigger one that I ate it with texture of food. Pork chop were soft. The saurce had no any peach taste, so I was not like it.Iced Milk Tea was smooth but the milk was not strong in taste. The taste of tea was enough and hadn't bitter.In general speaking, the taste was very common in lunch. And the service is in general. 继续阅读
