现崇山饮茶!好耐冇同长辈家人饮茶,现崇山有3间茶楼,星期日早上呢间少好多人等位,本身谂住会冇咁好食或者价钱贵啲,点知结果喜出望外,点心又几好食、热辣辣,上菜速度都几好,唔会一次过上哂,价钱公道,唔使等位太耐嘅话其实都食得过。早市点心大多系三件,如果三人饮茶一人一件点心啱啱好!香煎芋头糕$16- 芋头糕外层脆脆地,入面食到粒粒芋头,几香口。春风得意肠$28- 平时饮茶我都好钟意叫春风得意肠,食到春卷之余仲可以食肠粉,呢度嘅春卷入边有虾米、肉粒非常足料,唔错!酥皮蛋挞仔$18- 推介!蛋挞仔细细个热辣辣,酥皮松化,蛋浆唔会好甜。黑松露野菌饺$20- 野菌饺有轻轻嘅黑松露香味,唔系好特别。甜酸炸云吞$16- 炸云吞入边有一粒虾仁,点酸甜酱开胃非常!上素蒸粉果$18蚝皇鲜竹卷$20生煎菜肉包$22- 由于我食咗五样点心之后已经滞滞地,我𠮶三份点心决定打包俾屋企人食,粉果、鲜竹卷、菜肉包虽然普通,但其实食落都唔错。

Alright, here is my first food related rant on openrice and my dad was the one who pretty much made me write it. To celebrate my grandma's 93rd birthday, we went to this restaurant for a get together. The room was, for lack of a better word, a storage room. The food arrived and all was well. the suckling pig was great, the waiters were quick to respond to any requests, everyone was happy until the lobster udon came. WHERE WERE THE LOBSTERS? Empty shells of a lobsterMaybe I am mistaken and we aren't supposed to have any edible lobster meat when having the lobster stir fry udon, but from my experience with other similar restaurants, you are supposed to get the meat too, no?Anyway, rant over. The rest of the meal wasn't all that bad, just not great either. It was pretty pricey too, $4400 for a table of 12.

今日和10位旧同学茶聚,来到现崇山皇廷汇,接近中午12:00人客不多,大家坐下共点选13款点心和三款粉面,大家都吃得饱,人均消费$38,又闲聊近三个小时才倾完离开,真系很抵啰!雪菜肉丝汤米味道较咸咗少少,糯米饭都很有糯米饭香和爽口,香煎莲蓉饼都好吃,其他都一般。热腾腾的春卷很香脆炒乌冬味道都唔错,不过乌冬炒到很碎。侍应服务都不错,不过水不够滚茶就难冲得好茶,茶叶在茶杯面浮吓浮吓,像大海的浮标浮浮吓!

今晚一家在此试食,点了6人餐,食品质素也比预期好,价格公道,服务也OK!龙虾伊面比其他歺厅好,数量够吃,面也爽!蒸鱼也好,鱼新鲜,整体不脂!比起大集团,一点也不逊色!只是奇怪为什么不太多食客?
