The decoration is really romantic and beautiful. The ceiling is used by many special lights to create the heart shape, so beautiful ah. Even its a Chinese restaurant, the environment is decorated to be so modern too, lovelySteamed Choy Sum comes first as appetiser.Oyster Omelette is delicious though it doesn't look so goodBBQ Pork Buns is really crispy outsides, and the meat insides is so yummyHaving a big shrimp in Steamed dumpling, taste quite good, haaa, and big shrimpFried Bombay duck is delicious and crispy, really soft insidesChinese Spring roll is really crispy and I like the ingredients insides, so yummy, really good cook!Steamed Fresh Sweetcorn & Custard Buns surprised me quite because I thought that's just custard bun. When I bite custard buns and realized there're some corns insides, if put more egg yolk, it will be better, though I still like it, haaaLovely Siu Mai is always favorite, whole shrimp and some crab roe on the top, niceeeSteamed crystal bun becomes really thick when it turned cold, so I can't finish the bun, the taste maybe better when it's hot and freshJian Dui with sweet potatoes is definitely lovely and tasty! 一班frd 约食饭，选左tst ,大家方便就脚，最后得哩间book 到位， 甘价钱又真系几贵。酒楼静境系豪华，价钱都贵在环境，d 菜式好精致，份量偏细。沙芋系刚刚炸起，但个粉有d 厚。炸豆廋同花枝丸系前菜，份量小，我地要叫两碟先够，每粒size 都比较细。卤鹅翼佢个卤水汁好味，d 翼好入味，d 汁唔系好咸，全晚最好味系哩个紫稣鸡D 鸡好入味，但有d 咸，但份量真系太细啦，得7~8 块，每件唔系大煎面饼麻麻地，上菜时好油生炒骨无special , 个卖相都麻麻地，份量真细Um... 试下就算啦，价钱真系贵，唔值！

小妹间唔中都会去K11间百乐，食物质素不过不失，交通亦相当方便，无论你揸车或坐其他交通工具都十分方便，不过价钱方面就唔算平，都无所谓，最衰系佢哋服务态度每一次都系咁差，咁就最唔好law

瑶柱萝卜丝煨饭 - 觉得无萝卜会好食d蒜子上汤浸时蔬 - 个汤底ok架莲子枣皇糕6件 - 呢只糕出名，足料够枣味半只川椒炸子鸡 - 炸得几好，肉嫩，不过d川椒叶好淋杏汁荷包鸡汤 (一只) - 呢个汤真系贵，加一后当分到12碗都110一碗，不过佢又真系几好饮。有好纯既杏汁同牛奶，个鸡肚酿了雪耳同金华火腿少量鲜烚马友仔饭 - 条鱼以呢个价钱真系做得唔好…d肉不够嫩头抽煎封大虾 - 一只虾成百三蚊几贵。佢都煎得几好味既。虾头都好多肉卤水掌翼拼鹅片(鹅肠) - 鹅肠几爽。鹅肉都多汁，很入味清心丸绿豆爽 - 觉得清心丸不及九龙城合x糖水好，有点似jelly粒

前几天偶遇三十多年没见的旧友好，昨天约茶聚，就大家交通方便，就约在尖沙咀K11百乐潮州酒家。酒家不大，但环境舒适，布置高雅，尽显贵气。我们四人先举小杯功夫茶，互祝安好。食家Chiu Chiu负责点菜，本来这店著名鲍鱼、鱼翅，但友好欢聚，志不在豪食，就免了。每人先来一盅胡椒炖猪肚汤暖䁔胃，清甜但胡椒味不足。其他我们要了下列各款小菜：潮店必食的卤水鹅片，肉质鲜美入味。烟熏䲝鱼块，大大件，惜稍欠鱼鲜味。蚝仔烙，蛋多蚝少，缺放芫茜，美中不足。方鱼肉碎粥，普普通通。姜汁兰度，碧绿青翠，鲜甜爽口，不错。最后甜品是每人一碗绿豆爽，甜甜蜜蜜，友谊永固！
