I was early that night, didn't wanna wait like an idiot out in the darkness I got my table like half an hour early. My friend treated me dinner in this restaurant. It is the first time I went to a Swiss restaurant, so i studied the reviews in this website before I went. We went on last Wednesday and it was not crowded. We were led to a table for two around the corner. The food was quite nice. Just found out that she didn't have fondue when she was in Switzerland a few years ago so it was quite nice to have it together. It is an interesting restaurant as it will remind you of the funs and stories while travelling at Switzerland. Regarding the food, our conclusion was that it was good but it is the kind of food, in particular fondue, that you don't want to have very often.

28/2/2006 19:00與同事們一行七人黎到The Swiss Charletz，竟然有房坐。入到房，覺得環境唔錯，牆上裝飾都好有特色。一張四方枱，坐八個人都唔會覺得迫。講番食乜~! 我地叫左三個芝士火鍋。紅酒芝士火鍋酒味太濃，女士們覺得苦呢~! 火腿芝士火鍋係最正的，夠香夠濃。菠菜雞肉芝士火鍋都好好味，但芝士味冇敢濃。主菜，我地叫左兩個。有一個吉列豬排paste，同一個芝士雞排。Pasta 好正，香同爽口。其他都唔錯。仲有一個冷盤，係一D香腸來的。再加一個salad，同7杯drinks~! 但最驚喜係... $$$~! 真係唔算貴喎~!

今年的情人節在這裡晚飯, 男友瞞著我預訂了檯, 聽講是要full payment買飛的~ 這裡的環境不錯, 檯夠闊, 而檯與檯之間又有足夠空間, 是情侶晚飯的好地方~先要了兩杯hose wine, 酸味略重, 之後waitress拿了一盤麵包來, 我挑了一個香草飽, 十分軟熟, 加上一碟牛油磚任塗, 正!頭盤是Smoked salmon tartar w/ wasabi cream + melba toast, salmon tartar做成一個心形上檯, 夠晒應節, 而wasabi cream做得相當出色, 好味之餘又不太搶Crayfish soup topped w/ armagnac fresh cream & coriander十分creamy, 味道跟龍蝦湯差不多~ 有不少蝦在湯裡, 加了coriander味道清新, 減少了「濟」的感覺~2個main course, 一個是Fresh orange roughy fish filet w/ mushroom cream sauce, fine noodles & vegetables, 魚煎得很香, 表面灑了點鹽, 帶點焦,

First I would like to agree with the review written by Gammacoupe that is it virtually flawless.Although it is expensive and the portions are slightly undersized for me, it is very delicous.The best dish is the cheese fondue, although I am not fond of melted cheese, however the fondue here is great, their cheese do not give out a sickly smell. 過時過節都係餐廳賺時的好時機, 反而呢間25/12 正日都可以a la carte, 反正一早相試試,所以就揀左呢度食我地0既聖誕大餐喇﹗都知人多, 所以一早訂左, 但分兩段時間, 我地揀左食早場, 18:00 去到, 食到20:15, 都好夠時間。先有麵包, 我揀左個香草包, 好香好鬆軟, 好好味﹗再點左煎鵝肝($135)做頭盤, 個汁做得好惹味, 但鵝肝略嫌煎得唔夠脆。主菜係紐西蘭牛柳($155)同免治雞肉芝士火鍋($160), 牛柳唔錯, 五成熟剛剛好; 而原來個免治雞肉芝士火鍋係無肉點0既, 因為d雞肉已經0係埋個芝士鍋入面，只係得法包, 薯仔同雜菜dip黎食, 但都幾過癮, 好鬼飽。另外叫左兩杯野飲, 我好鍾意佢杯hot camomile tea with honey, 好香好甜好潤。總括黎講, 係非常正0既一餐, 不過個環境實在太熱太焗喇, 有點暈暈地~~

說這是大餐, 一點也沒說錯...當晚二人共吃下了下面的東西...包- 香草包, 黑麥包, 法包...有一大磚靚牛油任你擦, 面包可refill, 味道一流!湯- 見識少的我, 只可以說是茹類煮出來的湯, 不是一般的磨茹湯, 感覺就像你週末打開英文台有條茂利在森林裡摘了某某茹類煮出來的那種, 攝人的口感~前菜- 有大蝦煮天使面& 煎鵝肝沙律, 前者一般但後者好掂, 香滑的鵝肝, 回味無窮...主菜- 要了他他汁炸魚& 火雞(menu中無的), 兩樣都很出色, 火雞則以層疊法present, 最上面的火雞ham, 跟著雞胸肉, 之後是雞腿肉, 最下面是混和了栗子的雜肉, 從未試過這樣好吃的火雞!!甜品- 本可選朱古力火鍋的, 但吃不下了, 華人侍應suggest了朱古力mousse及另一隻"不知名的東西", 他說這東西在外面是很難吃到的, 有混呢那的ice-cream, 面層應是用蛋白香奶油打的東西, 下面是草苺醬及草苺肉, 雖然很飽, 但我倆花了不足30秒便解決了這東西(見圖)...另外mousse是意料中的好食!飲品- 我們自己在坐下時已叫了兩杯東西, 一杯是50%wine +50%

Very authetic Swiss restaurant that is nearly flawless. But some people may find the desert too sweet - which is authentic. I usually skipped the desert.....Set lunch is super value but dinner can be expensive.Overall a nice restaurant that you don't easily find in the Fast Food Culture of Hong Kong. Service can be better, the Philippino / Nepalese wait / waitress are not up to standard in such a classy restaurant.

昨晚同老婆一齊去食,叫左個風乾肉,好多鹽>.<炒牛仔肉,的牛肉好冧,塊薯餅幾好味,唔錯^.^肉原芝士火鍋,唔錯,不過流得很,兩個人share一個咁幾好啦.兩杯飲品不過裝修幾好,好warm好comfortable.的waiter都幾好,幾好禮貌.都可以再去

我一行十人為慶祝我生日食飯。一到達﹐裡面有個類似老板0既男人已經面黑黑咁帶位﹐同時發現餐廳內有股酸酸縮縮的咪道。 齊人時﹐發現佢俾得九個位﹐最尾要好迫咁坐(席間有大肚婆都要迫)。 跟住落單﹐我問佢D芝士火鍋點上﹐一人一個定係點(因為個個叫都唔同味)。個類似老板0既男人好差態度咁(+好唔耐煩)猛話﹕“睇你點叫”。咁我話“個個唔同﹐將檯係長檯﹐點分﹖如過我0個D同味道0既上同一鍋﹐但又唔係一齊坐係咪要走過去另一邊食﹖”個既男人再次好唔耐煩話﹕“睇你點叫”。即係無答過我。上菜時﹐真係一樣味道(例如有兩個人叫同一個味道)就同一個鍋﹐係份量變兩人份。但係我坐長檯點分呀﹖最後逼住食自己前面個鍋0既芝士。 味道方面﹐真係好難食。食完芝士火鍋﹐完全唔飽﹐再叫了其他菜﹐都係好難食﹐我最後都無咩食過就算數﹐成晚都唔飽﹐大家都話一陣再去出面食魚蛋粉好過。 唔明白咁0既食物﹑咁0既食物service﹐點解唔執笠。或者佢對鬼佬好D掛﹐當晚有一半都係鬼佬。(還收了$100 開瓶費呢﹗)

Book O左7pm, 之前餐廳有打電話黎confirm, 去到時冇乜人, 不過後黎陸陸續續到坐滿.之前睇網友留言, 都驚services 唔係好得, 不過今次我覺得都ok.total 叫o左3樣, (1) 鵝肝, (2) 免治雞肉芝士火鍋, (3) 燒牛肉. ok, 都好好味.整體黎講, 呢餐都食得幾舒服同滿足, 有機會都會再黎.(不過價錢真係唔平!)

前兩晚與兩位友人一同往巳嘗試芝士火煱, 記憶中這裡常被讚賞為極富瑞士地道風味,故懷著一定的期望前往.Order:芝士火煱 (有牛肉丸, 暮仔那一款)waitress曾問我們要不要加白酒, 她說會有點酒精味道, 像苦瓜般甘香. 我們便說ok. 結果, 我們覺得酒味有點太濃, 完全搶哂味, 不是太好, 建議大家可不要白酒. 芝士火煱很“傑”身, 兩位朋友皆曾在瑞士品嚐芝士火煱, 他們說應是比教稀的, 且吃盡後, 煲底的芝士會烘得脆脆的. 但因為那晚的一煱芝士火煱實在酒味太濃, 我們無法完全吃掉, 故未能試試.煎鵝肝ok, 算幾甘香黃“驚”二百多元的一道菜, 不太值沙律ok甜品–好像是叫罌子什麼配雪糕那個罌子cake小得比酒樓叫的迷你蛋撻還要小一點.整體表現, 食物基本上可算是合格, 但服務就真是低水準. 那些waitress全是有點漫不經心的態度, 我們先吃過沙律而未上芝士火煱, 但那waitress無故收掉了其中一位朋友的火煱义子, 好像心不在焉似的. 餐桌之間雖不是十分寬敞, 但也足夠人小心走過, 但其中一位waitress偏偏每次經過我朋友的身後時也要踢到椅腳, 實在十分不專業兼為顧

3個人叫o左2個芝士火鍋+一個主菜+一個朱古力火鍋裝修就幾好, 服務都唔差芝士火鍋方面幾好味, 有特色, 但係d芝士唔夠, 煮到d芝士冇晒, 但係就有好多法包, 好唔抵主菜方面我地叫左薯餅, 唔錯, 雞肉好好味, 除左d汁幾咸之外, 整體尼講幾好味甜品方面朱古力火鍋好甜, 最低消費要兩個人, d生果勁少…哼~卑鄙超級離譜都係水要收$10我有幫襯食野, 但係點解杯水都要收錢, 仲要收10蚊, 不如去搶!
