I came here probably within its first year, and quite frankly, I have no idea why it still exists. We came for dinner and brought our own wine (they charged a standard corkage - about $200, I can't really remember). Our wine was pretty special - but they BROKE the cork. The food can only be labelled as 'fusion' - but more like 'confusion'. Again, this was ages ago, so I can't remember precisely what we had. Although I have to admit that this is not food worth remembering. What I do remember though,

What I do remember though, is that along with the dessert, there was a quenelle of house-made semifreddo. Let me make myself clear - this quenelle was actually on the same plate as the dessert, lying next to it. And the waiter actually had the guts to point it out to us to say that the semifreddo was 'courtesy of the chef'. Um, excuse me, but if it's on the same plate, it's part of the dish, not something separate. If you give me an extra leaf of parsley next to my dish, it's not 'courtesy of the chef', it's PART of the dish.
All goes to confirm that don't know the last thing about food service. I don't know if anything's changed since then, but there's no way I'm going back again.
