虽然无正式统计,但相信除茶记之外,最多嘅就喺粉面铺,始终呢两样喺香港嘅平民饮食文化。而粉面店之中,以主打卖牛杂、牛腩嘅为多,今晚到访嘅「王子」亦喺以此为卖点。始终喺旅游区,用餐期间人流出出入入,感觉都喺以游客居多。环境如一般粉面店,装修平实,最紧要都喺干净企理啫。留一留记录又好,俾大家做参考又好,惯例都会影一影餐牌。呢度唔单止有粉面,仲有多款饭品,以及咖喱煲仔,而小食、饮品亦有加配优惠,总之选择多元化。如果睇见咁多嘢而心大心细,咁不妨晌墙上嘅「王子必食推介」度着手,姑勿论喺唔喺宣传技俩,至少都缩窄咗范围。炸云吞 +$15香口嘢一向好有市场,而加配又有优惠,就无理由唔试吓,所以,先试咗份炸云吞,话时话都好耐无食过。啲云吞皮炸完卜卜脆,馅料唔算好多,不过,沾埋啲甜酸酱,作为前菜小食就几醒胃。炸鱼皮 +$15另外,老友叫咗个河粉,就自然想加配份炸鱼皮,啲炸鱼皮预先包装好,感觉卫生。同样,咬落去好香脆,老友就喜欢放汤浸一浸,好似食响铃咁,另一番风味。牛三宝河 $65除咗牛坑腩,呢个牛三宝喺招牌之一,三宝包括牛腩、牛筋、牛肚,声测听落几多人叫呢一款粉面。啲𩠌料放到满满,成碗面都喺,每样嘢都好入味,而牛腩极为松化,牛筋就柔韧有咬口感,牛肚就好爽口,唔会韧到咬唔开,河粉口感滑溜。肉燥猪扒饭 $54啲肉燥有别于台式𠮶种,无咁油、咁肥,个人而言,反而有点似意式嘅肉酱,只喺用咗卤水做,加埋啲饭好软熟,捞饭食确喺几香浓好味。而猪扒好厚身,炸得甘香唔油腻,质感松化到不得了,份量十足,不愧喺推介之一,觉得性价比高。冻奶茶、冻柠菜 +$8本来就想叫红豆冰,但谂谂吓都喺想叹杯冻奶茶,皆因今晚既食炸云吞,又炸鱼皮,仲有猪扒都喺炸嘅,要少冰,咁就唔会饮到尾变得太淡口。个茶底几唔错,几有茶香,茶奶比例亦OK。而老友嘅冻柠檬茶佢都话唔错,个茶底够香浓,柠檬唔会有涩味。小弟就唔会特别拣啲好有名气,或者大品牌嘅餐厅,可以嘅话都尽量帮衬吓小店,叹吓地道嘅港式嘢,外国人就更加钟意啲地道嘢。 继续阅读

在尖沙咀这个地区,主打牛腩粉面的店舖非常之多,我就非常推荐「王子牛腩牛杂粉面专家」,牛腩和牛杂非常出色,另外人气美食「王炸猪扒」必点推介,差不多每台必吃,仲有「煲仔咖喱牛腩饭」坊间少有,一定要试👍▪️牛三宝米粉 $ 65牛三宝分别有牛腩、牛筋和牛肚,超级喜欢牛筋炆得软腍腍入味带点咬口,满满骨胶原,牛腩和牛肚都好高水准,够晒入味👍▪️崩沙腩河粉 $ 65崩沙腩是牛腩中最矜贵的,是牛的横膈膜,表面有一层横膈膜连著腩肉,筋膜连少少肉,软腍味香,肥瘦刚好,真系必须推介,餐厅店员话好多时好早就卖晒😋▪️ 王炸猪扒 $ 40每台必点嘅人气美食,究竟有啲咩个人之处,首先猪扒卖相色泽已经100分,一口咬下去,味道带点点甜香,肉质松软入味,而且边边位一点肥肉,真系越食越上瘾,而且份量十足,嚟到一定要食▪️炸虾饼 $ 38即点即炸,外层炸得香脆,唔油腻,虾饼超级弹牙,配上自家特调泰式甜酸汁,非常好食▪️油菜 $ 24食牛腩粉面必须配一碟油菜,蔬菜类可选择菜心、生菜和萝卜👍▪️咸柠七 + $ 13 |热柠水$ 5食粉面加钱就可以配搭饮品 继续阅读
