牛阵大家都食得多,就算未食过都知AA制事件从而更「出名」!但我今次就食佢个集团旗下另一间餐厅就系本阵!本阵喺日本已经有过百间分店,喺二零一一年七月份系香港进驻首间海外分店!首间分店喺尖沙咀厚福街,来延续日本优秀烧肉之使命!佢呢度系$428就可以任食日本黑毛和牛放题!另外有五款饮品任饮, $428比$288多只啤酒选择。开头佢会俾霜降西冷扒,特选三品盛合同海鲜拼盘 ,之后你就要自己再嗌你想食嘅指部位!佢开头摆落你嘅相个细缆扒个雪花程度不多,食落去都系仲有啲un嘅,同日本黑门市场街边食嘅和牛差好多,不过𠮶阵时我哋食几块都成$500 边有得比!🙈不过谂起都肉赤真系有啲贵,但系又好好食㖞🤤之后霜降牛肋肉 口感似返啦! 雪花分布多及均匀而且较薄身,容易咀嚼,一食落去入口即溶一定唔使讲啦,食两三块就会开始觉得漏,但系又要不停叫,因为就系想食佢呢个口感,油脂满布你嘅口腔!另外亦叫了牛舌,真系好厚切!起码半吋!烧完之后成块鹅肝咁样😂不过食落有啲un 。另外再食羊架,味道肉质唔错还有肉汁。再叫了一些猪系列, 我都后尾食肉都已经食到个脑实左😂已经唔知自己喺度食紧咩肉了!但印象中猪腩肉唔错!再叫一个椰菜大雪山,佢放落嚟嘅时候见到有酱汁淋喺上面,我一试吓系一啲柚子汁味道,酸酸的应该系令人开胃嘅但系我觉得淋得太多汁,似食紧啲汁多过似食菜,我其实就系食得肉多想食番啲菜清爽下, 所以再叫多到佢走汁,大家记住佢摆底碗菜嘅时候冇雪山嘅感觉。到最后佢会比Hagen-Dazs你食,大满足!小插曲:差唔多食完嘅时候有只曱甴系侧边行过吓到叫了!店员见状即时安排坐左隔离枱继续食雪糕😂随即店员好落力捉曱甴但系未能捉到。

今次都唔系第一次黎呢度食烧肉依家d烧肉唔似以前韩烧d肉咁全部得个咸字发现八点前埋单有八八折(最平个set冇呢个优惠)不过因为迟收工这些机会不是我的每次去食都未见过坐满人抽烟设备十分好烧完唔会成身油烟呢度食烧肉有分散叫同放题今次都系食288个放题不过都系暂时未舍得食最贵个个set牛舌(左)、黑豚猪腩肉(中)、上级牛肋肉(右)基本上每次去食之前侍应都会送一个肉类拼盘同海鲜拼盘不过因为里面d肉同埋海鲜自己散叫都叫到而且知道自己钟意食乜所以同侍应讲唔使上柔软身筋扒黎过食几次每次觉得牛舌、上级牛肋肉、绝稀少胸腹扒、柔软身筋扒都好食牛舌多薄易烧又够爽牛肋肉同胸腹扒味道较浓柔软身筋扒够软牛肠充满牛脂的牛肠烧透后十分香口放题限时一百分钟炉中心火力较集中适合烧肉类蔬菜同菇菌类可以放在较边位置烧在烧蔬菜时沾上少许牛肠上的油可令蔬菜烧完后保持水份若火力太太可以叫侍应或自行调整一下烧肉食到一半可以叫侍应帮手免费换一次网第二次开始要收钱食烧肉最重要系食质素有时见到隔离枱放到成个网都系肉肉又唔可以平均烧熟又烧到干总觉得有d浪费若用炉中心位置五分钟可以烧好四块肉计落一百分钟可以烧好八十块不如慢慢烧慢慢食好过啦又容易控制到食物份量烧年糕甜品就系烧年糕同雪糕一冷一热配搭为今餐画上完美句号

唔得。雪藏肉就当然,但系澳洲和牛这样肉质,又没咩肉味!𠮶个鐡网只可换一次,之后要收5纹一个。我去食韩烧好过。又话几十种部位,其实一无一能样。同牛阵一Q样 (应该同一集团),卖D陈年平价肉被人食!无下次。

We had reservation in advance so that we didnt have to wait for entranceWe ordered $288 set and could enjoy most of the meat and food.There was a great variety of meat and vegetables, and they were tasty.If you are not a meat lover, I am sure you still can have lots to choose!Some of my friends didn't eat beef but still enjoy the BBQ as you could choose pork or chicken.But of course, the beef was so good and it got my attention for the whole night.I highly recommend thin cut beef instead of think cut, coz it was hard to eat and cheew.The meat marinated very well so we didn't need to add much sauce.Also, the kimchi was so nice that we could not stop eating.The kimchi just tasted like the real Korean one, pretty good to mix and eat with beef.

最近食烧肉一定拣本阵,佐敦店唔太多人,即日book都会有枱。次次都拣$288个款,成个menu得一页唔叫得,抵食👍🏻一开会比个拼盘,有海鲜同唔同肉。之后就任你嗌。食左几次最钟意XL肋肉条,身筋扒同埋上级牛肋肉,另外仲有厚切牛舌同埋葱盛牛舌。小食上面佢都有好多款,沙律,泡菜,紫菜都系必嗌。今次仲叫左白饭,你觉得傻都好,真系估唔到咁好食,因为有碗饭我地好似仲食多左肉。佐敦店好就好在佢d staff 劲nice,你每次叫亲野都唔会小左漏左,问佢地野又会好nice咁答你,成日都有笑容,我地食都食得开心d。无论你分几多次叫,就算每次只系叫一,两款,佢地都好有礼貌帮你落单,真系好抵赞👍🏻甜品方面我会嗌菠萝同埋年糕,今次个waiter仲特登提我要换左个网先烧,唔系年糕就会痴晒d 黑色野,仲比左绿茶粉同埋红豆蓉,教我地要隔几秒反一反先冇咁易黑。最尾仲有雪糕haagendazs,同埋埋单送糖,正👍🏻
