今日同班friend 去咗水佬荣打边炉,当然叫了他的例牌航空母舰海鲜锅,上枱依然十分震撼。整台都是满满的海鲜锅,里面很足料,份量大,海鲜有扇贝,鲍鱼,花蟹,八爪鱼,大蚬,青口及花竹虾,配料每一样都很新鲜。托底的蔬菜很多,有粟米蕃茄及其他青菜。辣汁汤底清甜美味,与海鲜非常配合,加上海鲜是越熬越出味的汤,值得一赞。此店份量十足,再点了一碟牛已经够食。平均消费约$400,都彼算合理。唯一挑剔是整盘上菜,海鲜生熟比较难控制,有些海鲜会越煮越老。

这盘航母海鲜盛宴,未食已经哗哗声了,逐位朋友影相留念都影了10分钟,卖相确实掂呀!盘够大海鲜够多😋 内有鲍鱼、带子、桂花螃、海虾、青口及蟹等等,新鲜美味,吃完海鲜可再加火锅配料继续打边炉,汤底凝聚了海鲜的精华变得加配鲜甜,绝对停不了口。海鲜餐价钱大约每位$270再加一,当晚再点了少许火锅料及饮品,埋单也差不多$350一位,是非常ok的价钱。店务员也很街坊式,与客人沟通也比较地道,坐位也算舒服,人数够多会安排独立房间,有电视提供,朋友聚餐一流之选👍🏻

几年前食过。辣汁杂菌花甲蟹锅或龙虾锅都好正!成个锅既味道好清甜。肉丸好有口感,仲有香喷喷嘅黄金虾,好大一只。加汤可以选择原味汤,最适合d有要求嘅人。适合庆祝生日同埋大时大节开餐

There are a lot of restaurants in Jordan, especially hot pot. We tried this special hotpot today and left with satisfaction! We ordered this giant seafood hotpot plate to start with. We in total are 7 people, but we were pretty full already after all the seafood. The oyster is fatty and fresh. The scallop is amazing with lots of meat. The most amazing one is the shrimps and prawns. (We all agreed that they are the best among all seafood.) They were so fresh and taste really salty, looks like they just get them right from the sea and put them on the plate. The broth was so tasty and delicious. The spicy didn't cover the seafood. It had a really good balance of saltness and spiciness. It really was amazing!

一班同事想和我庆祝生日。但又想搞些新意。经常放题和酒店自助餐其实都几闷。所以今次想试吓这间海鲜军舰锅。本来想试铜锣湾间分店。但打极都唔通。最后打去佐敦问个究竟。发觉原来佐敦间分店已经结业。那就过海试一次。其实现在已经唔需要早很多就订位成功。订位时间和人数都随时可以变动。都唔需要比订金。讲返当日经历:其实未齐人都可以入座。佢哋会送上调味料比大家自己调配合适的酱。我们今次七人到来。份量是七人份量。摆盘非常靓。但原来餐厅系唔包饮品。茶水都唔包。要饮茶就要比茶钱。还要一比就要比一围。我们最后决定叫饮品更抵。侧面都很用心思。大家都很开心。最后齐人后佢哋会落汤。以前放低这个大盖。变成一个大军舰。大家就齐齐等食啦。当日其实用星期五的角度来看。就唔算多人。难怪铜锣湾都做唔住。最后还有我地一早点好的五款配料。这些配料摆盘都好有心思。难怪当日成为人龙店之一。最后送上的系餐厅附送的生日优惠。这个刺身可以补充返没有鱼的不足。都令大家觉得更开心。我们还额外加了一些配料⋯例如:响玲,这个汤底唔加响玲真系劲浪费。根本可以当汤饮。一个大大杯海鲜汤。最后人均消费$370、都算合理。餐厅还送上优惠卷。希望客人可以有下次的光临。这次用餐经验愉快。
