周末两个人来这里叹茶。未到一点不是太多人，所以唔驶等位。点了几款点心，黄桥烧饼只属一般，皮不够松脆，而且都几油。小笼包就好够热，皮薄馅靓，好味！ＸＯ酱煎肠粉不够辣，但也很好味。咖喱鱼蛋尤鱼也很野味。最后不少得每人一个即叫即蒸嘅大寿包，里面的蛋王真是又香又漏油，很满足！吃完依餐真系好饱，但又几开心噃！

通常去亲海都都系同我一家人(有大有小都有成14人)这里地方宽敞适合小朋友.食物方面...咪有系一般酒楼有既点心(但价钱就比一般酒家贵).不过无计, 想一家人舒舒服服享受一个星期天都值.

Went there with wife and daughter on 30 October 2005 as my wife wanted to have hairy crab 大闸蟹.A HK$300/head set meal appeared attractive. Each person has 2 蟹粉小笼包, 2 hairy crab (about 4-5两), garlic bread with 蟹粉(a small bowl), 佛跳墙, 竹筒鸡饭& 红豆沙。I have additionally ordered a 脆皮牛腩(HK$68). 蟹粉小笼包was great. thin skin but yet not broken. The temperature was about right. You can eat the whole bun with a bit without scolding your month. The garlic bread is nothing special, but my 3 years old daughter like it very much. The crab was good and of reasonable size. 脆皮牛腩is interesting. The skin was really crispy. I don't know how they made it. Everything is up to the standard.The service was good. Each course was served after we finish the last one. Even the crab was served one after the other. As my daughter like the garlic bread, the waitress offered to give her an extra piece but we declined her kind offer. The only adverse remark is that when we walked in, I was queuing after a couple who were making reservations. Perhaps we were dressed in a rather casual manner and not appeared to be big spenders, the receptionist paid little attention at us. Instead, after handling the reservation, she turned to treat another group of old gentlemen who were much better dressed than my family and was standing next to me. But manageress saw what had happened, she came and settled my family.

又去开餐, 叫左好多野食, 真系发觉佢有d野系必食架1.虾肠: 肠粉又滑又大碟, 虾好大只又新鲜, 好弹牙啊!2.寿包: 大大个寿包话晒都系招牌货, 紧系有保证啦, 蛋黄靓到漏油, 莲蓉又唔太甜不过不够滑啦, 好好味!3.芝麻糊: 虽然系唔驶钱送的, 但系绝无偷工减料, 芝麻好香, 甜度适中但又唔会杰到一挞挞, good4.芝麻海蜇头: 冷盘一客, 有爽口青瓜, 海蜇头好弹口又入味, 充满麻油香!!5.虾饺: 其实有虾的菜式都值一食, 因为佢d虾实在太新鲜太大只啦!! 饺皮烟韧, 一粒饺有二只大虾, 好正!6.烧腩仔: 都系招牌货之一, 皮脆肉滑, 肥瘦适中, 食亲都停唔到, 好正!!另外今次食了以下菜式1.赛螃蟹捞面: 蛋白唔够滑但系蟹肉多, 味太淡, 配e面有d怪怪地, 尤其是d面唔够淰.2.烟鸭胸: 好奇怪酒楼有西式小点食, 但都ok, 鸭胸好淋, 又唔肥, 味道好,但都应该系买番黎的3.薰鸭: 唔好食, 料太少, 食落只feel到冬菇丝同腐皮, 唔好食, 4.青瓜炒海参: 唔好食, 炒得太咸, 海参丝唔得爽口, 太淋5.烧卖: 水准一般呢间service又好, 食物又正, 唯独唔好系手提收得唔好, 要速速改善!!!

公司春茗一直都是在海都...不过...是新鸿基那间....浅水湾...是第一次~~不过...除了环境以外.....无论食物质素还是服务.....我还是喜欢新鸿基~~~不得不提....是浅水湾的翅....实在很失准....很咸~~~~其他的....也没有很好的印象~~~
