位于太子的缅甸菜餐厅,店内装修花心思,墙上贴上当地的特色照片,天花挂满七彩颜色的伞子。主打各款正宗的缅甸菜式,家庭式味道。咖喱:缅甸咖喱鸡髀 本身跟蒜蓉包,或可加钱转白饭或薄饼。咖喱份量一大锅,以热锅盛著,保持温热。咖喱汁辣度也不高,很香口。鸡髀切成小份,方便客人享用;每块鸡件很厚肉结实,入味。咖喱拌饭吃,特别开胃、下饭。面食:椰浆鸡汤面椰浆汤底,清甜带阵阵的椰香,面条偏软腍滑口。其他配料有鸡肉及鸡蛋,还配上炸豆饼,口感酥脆,不过本身没有什么味道的,蛮特别的配搭。Read More

以前室友就系缅甸人,所以都食过唔少缅甸嘅家庭菜,不过返到来香港之后真系好少再食到。泰国菜香港人就一定食得多啦,但系缅甸泰国菜大家都应该比较陌生。不过我地最近发现佐敦庙街就有一间小店,呢到装修都有缅甸色彩,野食都好好味😋缅甸鱼茸汤面系妈咪怀念好耐嘅菜色,做法就系将鱼肉去皮去骨再同香茅一齐炖煮,最后加入大洋葱同鱼露调味,而豆脆饼都系呢碟嘅灵魂,呢间汤头鲜美,鱼肉松软,豆脆饼都系一d都唔油,好香脆!缅甸咖哩牛肋条饭个汁调配得好浓稠,用上好多洋葱,配埋嫩滑嘅牛,yummy!呢到嘅缅甸海南鸡饭同埋泰式鱼饼同泰式凤爪都好出色,酸酸甜甜咁样,超级开胃!最后都要讲埋,呢度个泰式奶茶都唔错,更加可以同佢要求落少啲炼奶,唔好太甜先适合香港人口味🤭Read More
