Bookmarked this resto which had high rating on Google maps and went there with my family for lunch. .I got Thai Hainan Chicken Rice. The golden skin of the chicken elevated its appealnes. The chicken was smooth, while the oil rice became savoury with its specially-made spices and grainy texture. My sis had Beef Thai Noodles, which included sliced beef, beef ball and braised beef. With a rich and satisfying beef broth, the beef ball was fulfilling and the braised beef was tender. The noodles was rather thin and was not mushy at all.My dad ordered Squid Phad Thai. Hotly-served, the dish smelled fragrant with its spices. Squeezing the lime on the noodles added some sourness to it, making the Phad Thai more appetising. The squid was fresh and chewy. My mom had Thai Pork Knuckle with Rice. Blended in hot pottage, the pork knuckle was truly tender and tasted sweet. It went well with the sweet and sour sauce too. .The plating of each dish was presentable and delicate. The resto was spacious and neat, and the staff was nice.

今日lunch 同同事谂紧食乜野,同事提议话想食泰国菜。但系想系香港揾返正宗泰式船河既味道,唔系咁容易,好彩之前听人介绍过呢区新开既餐厅。呢间性价比超高既泰厨食肆,餐厅走精致泰菜路线,环境融入SPA 的概念,有播放住令人放松的RELAXING MUSIC同埋流水摆设,身心都觉得平静。 我地坐底后就拣左个泰式牛肉汤河共HKD 68, 河粉比较幼身,有D痴埋一旧,但整体都好有泰国风味。值得一赞系佢个牛丸,弹牙有牛味,汤头浓而不油腻,有云吞脆片和牛片牛腩。唔觉意加钱叫埋虾饼鱼饼,炸得非常出色,一定要试试。

来这区做短期工作五星期,出外靠朋友,想人和、合作愉快,午餐都随同事揾食,饮茶、连锁快餐、茶记、米线都有去,而他们每星期会有一天食好些,就必定去这泰国餐厅一次。以下是我五星期吃过的食物,事实上,我是怕辣的,所以我最初都是选一些完全不辣的,如泰式海南鸡饭,之后听同事说这里的咖喱可以很辣,但一般都是不太辣的,之后的数星期才放胆点他们认为好吃的咖喱。说回泰式海南鸡饭,以木盘盛著来,有一碟去了骨的鸡,有一碗油饭,冬瓜汤及酱料。鸡肉颇滑,点些酱油能增添味道,油饭是非一般的鸡油饭,是加了香料的,而且不太油腻,冬瓜汤的胡椒味太浓,不太合我心意!泰式鲜鱿炒金边粉,喜欢吃炒粉面,来泰国餐厅,我最喜欢点炒金边粉,因为是港式粉面都不会有这种粉的质感和味道,热烘烘的炒好端来,先榨些青柠汁在上,吃得更醒胃,材料有鲜鱿,豆腐卜,芽菜,蛋等,金边粉甜甜酸酸,久不久吃一次,是回味的!泰式牛肉船河,越南牛肉pho吃得多,吃泰国船河是第一次,原来有三种牛的产品,牛丸、牛肉片和牛腩,碗边还有一块薄脆,汤底是牛味浓郁的,牛丸爽弹,牛肉片不韧,而牛腩丰腴的质感是百吃不厌的,幼条的粉条爽利,不糊口,份量也十足!青咖喱牛腩配白饭,大碟上有一碗牛腩及一团白饭,浅尝一口青咖喱汁,其实并不是很辣,有椰香味,喜欢其creamy 质感,因我会淋在饭上吃,所以个人不喜欢水汪汪的咖喱汁,否则像是吃汤饭:),主角牛腩很腍,牛味很香,配咖喱(无论是甚么咖喱)都永远合适,配料泰国茄子也很入味!泰北咖喱鸡腿面,黄澄澄的咖喱汤,上面有一整只鸡腿,侍应很贴心跟了只碟及刀叉来,方便将鸡腿先移去碟上,用刀叉拆肉,碗边有一饼竖起的脆面,炸得香脆,先榨些青柠汁落碗,再将上面的干葱、芫茜等与汤拌匀,面条是圆的,像拉面,沾上咖喱汤,味道非常之好,尝到很多种香料和椰汁熬制出的味道,丰富而多层次,虽然有点辣,但是可接受的,因为爱其香味,面条质感不错,软硬适中,鸡腿肉质不柴,是非常有水准的一碗面。吃完辣,想喝一点甜,加$10点了泰式热奶茶,奶和茶的浓度比例刚好,喉咙也感舒泰!

今日lunch同同事路过发现左呢间餐厅,见环境四四正正又有位,就行入去试下。呢度有唔同嘅lunch set可以选择我地叫左泰式炒河粉(鸡)河粉炒得爽口,不过份量偏少。鸡肉鲜嫩,甜甜地咁几好食。泰式鲜鱿炒金边粉金边粉好爽口好入味,酸酸地咁好开胃,捞埋啲辣椒粉一齐食更加刺激。不过鲜鱿数量唔多同唔多入味,但整体够镬气,👍🏻👍🏻好味。虾膏炒饭配泰式甜猪肉虾膏味道十分之浓,而且饭粒唔会黐实哂,粒粒分明,够镬气,钟意香口惹味野嘅人应该会钟意,而且十分足料,超正。配埋甜甜地嘅猪肉,令味蕾感受多一种层次。
