排队排了半小时,为的就是买腐竹。其实价钱并不特别便宜,尤其在深水埗来说更加明显。店子以豆品驰名,标明本港生产。由于只有两位姐姐磅腐竹,收钱,答问题,所以又是时候呈献香港人的优良传统--排队等。碎腐竹:应该是最受欢迎的一项,眼看前面的姨姨们都有买。腐竹带浓郁豆香,只略浸5分钟已全转色可以下火煲。下火后之腐竹很快已溶于水中,加糖加蛋花后即可食用。煲好的腐竹糖水十分滑溜,奶白色十分讨好。不过我记得两三年之前在朋友家吃过它的出品,豆味明明更浓,可能是豆的品质不如前吧。不过已经比其他市面上的腐竹要出色了。腐竹碎跟扁竹都可以煲糖水,分别在于腐竹碎需放雪柜冷藏,而扁竹只要放室内通爽地方都可以放一个月左右。

回头率100% - 树记腐竹味道 ★★★★☆好食:支竹 - 上汤浸, 好香荳味, 好滑腐皮碎 - 糖水, 好快溶, 果真无添加剂, 好香, 煲粥煲汤煮面都落D, 正!圆腐皮 - 包鲮鱼肉煎, 又系香素鹅 - 新鲜, 滑唔会再买: 生根+响铃 (都系深圳造)服务★★★★☆虽然好多人, 阿姐做不停手, 但仍很有耐性对每一位客人, 不会因唔忧做而不礼貌, 赞!唯一唔好系只有2位姐姐执货收钱, 如能加人手更好, 因唔系人人都有时间排半小时。P.S. 姐姐话早上少人啲, 唔想排咁耐的建议早上去环境★☆☆☆☆尘沙中排咁耐, 当然唔系几好啦, 但为无添加靓荳品, 无法子

树记腐竹 is the stuff legends are made of. First of all they are not terribly famous internationally, but amongst those in the know as well as locals in Sham Shui Po, they are the standard, de facto, and go to place for all your bean curd and bean curd product needs.We were introduced to 树记 because we dined at The Chairman 大班楼 and had their signature mushroom and bean curd dish 野生羊肚菌炆腐皮, where the restaurant proudly purchases their bean curd daily from this store. We arrived at 树记 on Monday January 6 late afternoon, around 5 pm just for observation, and were completely surprised at the long line, and marveled at its continued success. In the USA only certain tapioca milk tea shops would garner such ridiculous lines, so to witness this for a traditional artisanal bean curd shop, is unheard of!The curiosity got the better of us. After perusing their menu and finding that they also sold 响铃 (about HK$20 a box), I immediately joined the ranks and got in line :-D. Also it was because I wanted to get this for our hot pot dinner that night at 盛记盆菜&盛记面家, and it turned out to be a spectacular choice. I really should not be bringing outside food, but I am sure 树记's 响铃 would exceed what the restaurant would offer.Finally about 30 to 40 minutes later, got to the front of the line and walked away with one box of 响铃 (they are technically just fried bean curd rolls, but are given a cutesy name "sounding bells" as some restaurants offer versions that are shaped like such). We would devour the entire box later in the evening at the hotpot restaurant, and enjoyed every bite of it. All it needs is a quick dip in the hot pot broth and eaten immediately. Too long and the rolls turn soggy. But each bite was a true delight. Imagine that, bean curds having bean curd flavor! All natural, hand made, hand crafted. Truly artisanal stuff without having to use that market buzzword like in the USA :-DI had a chance to speak to the current owner of 树记 very briefly. Very charming and wonderful lady, and was awestruck by her down to earth personality. I wish her and her business the very best. I'm sure they are making lots of money and could retire, but the fact that they chose to stay in business so long (it is a family run business after all) and continue the tradition of something that is practically a dying art, and unique for its kind, is definitely worthy of praise and attention.This may not be a restaraunt review, but this shop deserves equal recognition, as say, Yu Kwen Yick chili sauce.

这天有事去长沙湾,事后顺便步行去深水涉,事出突然,这附近又不熟悉,四周围逛了很久,路上很多小店,看到不少相当便宜的食品,但我已经行到一身汗,不想太累,所以没有买。最后,我看到前面有一条人龙,原来前面就是树记,远远看到素鸭沽清,难得来到,我也排队买了一些豆制品。豆制品的种类,不同的价钱,都一一清楚的贴在舖面,一目了然,十元八块都有交易,买多买少,悉随尊便。我只买了一只大的素鸡($9),和干支竹半斤($17),回家给妈妈炆𩠌。素鸡的触感比较一般杂货店所买到的柔软,颜色呈米白色。听到店员的友善提示,新鲜食品只有几天食用期,所以我只买了一只。支竹也分三种,新鲜支竹、干支竹和炸支竹。这是干支竹,半斤有8条,浅黄色有光泽,气味清香。排队时看见很多人买碎腐竹,离开才后悔没有买,下次一定要买一些,回家煲什么都可以加一些,很有用。
