之前见过报导说杉原家饭团的店主是一对港日母子, 回流香港,把日本自制饭团手艺带回香港, 今天来宝勒巷午餐, 见此店便买了3件饭团回家下午茶。买了鳗鱼, 炸虾, 樱花虾各一饭团包装特别, 由顶胶袋拉下, 便可撕开包装赞味道偏淡, 没有味精, 食完不会口干饭团的饭软棉。但没有紫菜包围饭团, 感觉欠缺, 可能这才是日本家庭特色。樱花虾味唔太出, 炸虾ok, 鳗鱼ok, 是ok, 但质素唔够好。唔会食完念念不忘。(此是个人口味 感觉不同, 勿介意)午饭时段, 人流外卖不多, 可以慢慢选择。家庭, 事业, 亲情, 手艺 合拼一起, 大家不防帮衬及试试自家制家庭式日本风味饭团。饭团: 味偏淡, 唔太香个人评分: 7分

忽然谂起呢头有间卖饭团🍙嘅就谂住买泥做早餐🙈佢啲饭几好食 好软糯 入面嘅红烧鲭鱼碎亦好够味 配饭团岩哂👍🏻 但系我食食下就食都鱼骨同鱼鳞 呢样系几失望嘅 如果比小朋友食到就大镬 另外佢嘅紫菜虽然系淋 但系唔会系个啲咬唔开嘅紫菜所以无咩影响🙈

Picked up a couple of rice balls to go. One was the butter-fried mentaiko rice ball ($18), and the other a salmon rice ball ($13). They were both fresh and the rice was tender but pleasantly chewy.The salmon one contained flaked red salmon inside a rice ball with salted preserved vegetable, which gave it a savoury tang, and the salmon was salty, going nicely with the rice.The mentaiko ball was a bit strange. It contained a cooked, slightly grey chunk of pollack roe still in it's original shape, rather than little roe eggs. It was rubbery and had the appearance of an old eraser, which was not really appealing. It's great that you can see it is the real thing, but I was just a bit put off even though I love mentaiko.

香港越来越多日式饭团店,有连锁有小店,也有变奏版加入港式口味的饭团迎合港人以往未跟营养师调整饮食前很喜欢购买来自日本的连锁店饭团现在吃淀粉的机会变少,久不久才吃一次饭团近期至爱却是误打误撞而吃到的日本妈妈风味@sugiharahk炸大虾沙律饭团 $18听说这个是人气No.1嘅商品㖿!不得不承认这个真的太好吃~ 馅料超多,小小的饭团竟然有两只炸大虾!沙律酱也是一绝,很搭,不会有油腻感店家用的是日本产越光米,柔软香糯无论热食还是冻食,满满是日本妈妈的住家风味这店不太难找,不过或者会错过了也不知道店家和另一家台饮店合租早上卖新鲜做好的饭团,下午就交由台饮店打理除炸大虾沙律外还有十多款口味选择,每个都是人手每天制作,吃的绝对是店家的手艺和坚持!听说日卖300个之多~ 真的太厉害想买想吃的口味也要看看运气,因为几次来光顾的时候也见大部份口味均售罊啊!想吃的话紧要提早去呢~
