I came to this place because it says no msg which, I think, is a valid claim. The bun rieu was quite good. The soup was very flavorful with a good balance between the taste of the crab and tomato. The pho was just ok. It's missing something but I can't tell what it's missing. or, maybe it was just too salty. The Vietnamese drip coffee was ok as well. This restaurant is quite small and cramped. The portion is on the small side. Most people would need to order an appetizer or a snack to feel full.

After my first time visiting this cozy authentic restaurant, I think I've been here over 10 times within the past couple months.The Bun Rieu is a dish that I haven't seen at all been offered Hong Kong and they use actual Vietnamese ingredients to cook the soup base which makes it so rich in authenticity - compared to the several proclaimed Vietnamese restaurants in Hong Kong which are really just mediocre and fusioned between Chinese and Vietnamese (ingredients, flavour, etc.)The staff are extre

The food is good depending on what you order.Unfortunately, the seating isn't comfy.The metal drum tables were pretty annoying as you have to sit in a way that either your upper torso is twisted or you need to have your legs wide open as there is no leg space.The bar table by the entrance corridor is practically useless as part of it is inclined at an angle. 記起N年前在澳洲居住的日子，我時常買越南人製作的越式法包作午餐，實在美味😍在香港，很少遇到美味的越式法包。自從有一次走進這裡嚐過Banh mi越式素法包後，我幾乎每星期也光顧一次😍這裡的裝修也有一點點心思Banh mi$68 越式素法包香脆熱騰騰的法包內是酸甜的甘筍絲、芫荽、蔥，還有豆腐乾。自己再加上枱上的甜辣醬，十分美味😍咖啡控一定要試這裡的越式咖啡。十分香濃，至於甜度，你可以要求加少一點煉奶。

半邊是咖啡室 半邊是越南河粉舖頭。 在香港 總會對pho 不太抱什麼期望。 果然這家店 大概也一般般。 可否只得兩款:雞或牛， 但湯底全是一式一樣牛湯底。 可惜湯底過鹹。 河粉易過硬不滑。 食越南河粉配菜很重要 但這裏傳欠奉。

這是我第二次來吃。因為住得遠，不太會有機會來。今次是因為帶女兒 中秋 去 維多利亞公園看花燈，我就想再回去吃一次上次吃過讓我回味的Banh Mi 越南麵包。再次光臨，還是一樣的美味。我個人覺得在香港能夠找到無味精又好吃的地方屈指可數，這家可以說是我去天后站最想吃的東西。上次來我吃了他們著名的越南麵包。這次老公點那個，我還沒來得及照相，他已經啪啦啪啦吃的差不多了。 我咬了幾口，麵包還是和第一次來的一樣爽脆香口。裡面的肥豬肉很嫩又不會感覺肥膩。這次女兒想吃湯麵，餐牌有新加牛肉河粉，叫了一碗給她，給她吃，小女孩吃不完的。份量給我一個女生吃就剛剛好。這個沒有味精的牛肉河粉，應該熬了很多個小時，很好吃。而且吃完都不會口渴。裡面有香菜，牛肉丸，牛肉片，少許洋蔥。還是很道地的越式牛肉 PHO。 我又叫了一份香茅牛肉撈檬給我媽媽吃，偷吃了她幾口，還不錯。三個大人，一個小孩，主食叫了越南麵包+河粉+撈檬，小吃叫了 越式炸春捲、紙米卷，加了一杯越南冰咖啡和橙汁，吃了大約 港幣 378。 夠飽了。他們沒有加一，但是因為服務人員服務還不錯，我就在 小費杯子裏留下我的一份心意。PS。12:30到，有座位，1:

I went in originally planning to order a banh mi and then I changed my mind when I saw the diners eating their pho noodles. We noticed this small place on the way to another restaurant and changed our mind to have try. The look and feel of the restaurant is pretty. Cozy and modern setting with a very focused menu. When we got in, there’s absolutely no other customers. “Oh it must be a new place” that’s what we thought. We sat down and the waiter is very friendly and welcoming. Always on the look out for decent Vietnamese, I found this small shop in Tin Hau called Saigon Etoile Vietnamse Street Food. Hmm...interesting?It was a very small shop. I would say maybe 3 tables and a very cramped bench seats. As I was by myself, I saw at one of the chairs by the bench.Menu is in English and Chinese. There is no 10% service charge. The menu doesn't have a lot of variety but that is fine with me. It shows they want to focus on what they know instead of trying to please everyone.

I ordered Pho, Bun Rieu, Banh mi and vietnamese coffee at the restaurant. The foods are surprisingly good. Very relaxing atmosphere for a sunday brunch. We also met the owner of the restaurant. She is a nice french vietnamese lady which the family also owns a vietnamese restaurant in Paris. Will come back definitely!

上個星期試左呢間新開既餐廳，少見有local 味道既越南野,誠意推薦! 岩哂我地呢啲挑剔既人😋我地點左bun rieu soup , banh Mi同埋spring rolls，呢個分量岩岩好for two. Bun Rieu soup呢個牛肉湯好鮮甜，而且呢牛肉岩岩好唔會太熟又唔會太生，唔似有啲其他餐廳煮得好chewy，味道唔錯！Banh Mi我個人唔太鍾意食香港既banh Mi 因為食過覺得唔好食，不過見我朋友叫左咁我就試下啦，點知呢個有驚喜🤩味道同我之前係越南食既有得揮! Spring rolls&fried rolls春卷係預料之外咁好食！炸得香脆之餘又唔全太油，可以試得出呢個係新鮮整而唔係隔夜，個人比較喜歡香脆口味😋整體黎講我覺得呢間越南餐廳做得唔錯，誠意推薦！

一覺醒來就是想吃PHO，但又不想吃連鎖店的味道，所以找到了這間貌似新開不久的小店。裡面的裝潢很有特色，牆上面有壁畫，用的不是一般的桌子，而是美化了的油罐(?)，店內的座位不多，大約容納到10人左右。不知道是不是因為公眾假期的關係，我們1點左右去到，店內都沒有食客，餐廳也像是準備中的樣子，旁邊放滿食材，店員說有幾款食物今天都不能提供。*蕃茄蟹肉湯底 $68我點了這個蕃茄蟹肉湯底的麵，本來以為是河粉，但原來是米粉，米粉有點太碎了，不用筷子也可以吃得到。麵的料給得很大方，有豆卜、豬紅、扎肉、豆腐和一些肉碎。蕃茄湯底很濃郁，喝著覺得不是罐頭的感覺，倒是不知道蟹肉的成份在哪裡，可能只是用來煲湯，有點小失望。*香茅檸檬燉牛肉湯河 $78朋友點了香茅檸檬燉牛肉湯河，湯底有一種說不出的熟悉感覺，牛肉份量算是很多，牛味濃而且不硬，配料就是紅蘿蔔數條。河粉煮得不錯呀很爽口，吃得很飽。*我覺得這裡算是OK吧，不太好也不太差，只是覺得油罐桌子美是美，但是很難坐，腳放哪邊都不是太舒服。

Great Vietnamese joint for comfort food and coffee. Lovely banh mi and pho soup!😍 Must try if you are around the area. Tried most of the dishes and best for banh mi with traditional pork like we can find in Vietnam streets, pho, fried and fresh rolls. Tried also the nice salads. 🤗

呢間法式越南小店 地方雖小 但裝修有特色 最岩兩三個fd黎傾計食野😊呢度食既係偏西餐 係無撈檬啊生熟牛肉河果d食既令我深深feel到法越fusion既一樣野食 就係Lemongrass Chicken Bahn Mi姐係香茅雞肉越式法包大大舊脆法包 夾住滿滿既餡料雞柳散發住濃濃既香茅味 加上甘荀絲 青瓜片 芫茜 好清新! 完全係越南既風味😛完全可以當一餐 因為食完都幾飽😂誠意推介比想試下另類"三文治"既朋友👍如果想食越南粉 可以試下Tomato & Crab Bun Rieu ($68)姐係蕃茄蟹肉湯底 (米粉)餐牌無寫跟咩粉 我食既時候係跟米粉既配料有豆卜 扎肉 蕃茄 肉碎 都幾豐富蟹肉我就唔覺啦😂 但湯底就加返分😳因為蟹味好香好濃 鍾意食蟹既朋友一定鍾意😍最後想講既就係店員好friendly好親切 有時去小舖可以同店員互動下傾下計 都幾唔錯😁
