Starbucks集團式經營下，質數理應有一定水準、在ifc內這間分店食物種類也較其它分店為多...這問starbucks就在二樓轉灣處，深而長的舖面、食物跟用膳地方各漸一半，論到食物也比一般市面starbucks為多、不知是否迎合ifc的西人口味就不得言知，但論視覺的精彩到也贏盡其它分店。一進店子，除了有腸卷，磨菇包、也有少有現成沙律、焗粉、及小女子最愛的Quiche，當然也有甜品蛋糕、眼看以心甜但因當日胃口有限、亦只能外賣打包而言Quiche蛋批$30.、今次標磅是用雞肉，而不是煙肉、心感更大疑惑，回家用上微波爐翻叮20秒後、入口濃濃芝士香味，衝戚於滿腔、蛋汁豐富而不鬆散、細意嘴嚼下、就發現其絲絲雞肉，而且厨師也甚為慷慨，整件蛋批之味道略為偏重、絕對適合喜愛吃芝士之人仕。

平時通常都是Take away, 今日見人不多有位坐, 買了杯抹茶Latte和Graden Vegetable Wrap坐低食!Green Tea Latte($35) – 永遠都是我最愛STARBUCKS的頭三名Beverage, 是因太喜歡那陣香濃綠茶香和香滑鮮奶的配搭! 想起好姐妹每次見我打開杯蓋, 總是說綠色的一”PAT”野賣相有點那回兒, 核核突突的~~每次都提醒我熱飲太熱, 再三強調那支飲管是用來攪拌, 不是用來用口吸飲的, 總是用阿婆口氣說杯野咁熱, 咁飲會燙傷喉嚨的, 每次都是再三提醒我, 她三十幾歲人比阿婆還囉嗦啊! haha~~Graden Vegetable Wrap($38)- 平時都是食cheese cake和muffin, 今次這個wrap是第一次食, 女服務員幫我加熱, wrap內里的全是素菜, 還算新鮮爽口, 醬汁也剛剛好, 不會太乾身! 當我將塊大大啖菜卷塞入口時, 收到她還發sms祝我婦女節快樂, 她家里發生了這麼多事, 我只希望她不會再暴瘦憔悴自己能食多些, 好過跟我說什麼節日快樂!最後我拿起那杯我還是照用飲管飲, 還未飲完的Green Tea L

I love Japanese style coffee jello. That's the only reason why I visit Starbucks in HK. I got a tall size iced latte with coffee jello ($32) on a hot sunny day. The iced latte taste acceptable but the coffee jello seems too little for me. Also, the coffee jello has no coffee taste that is quite disappointed to me.

約了在IFC兩點四才看電影早了點到，所以先到新開的Starbucks吃件蛋糕原來有些食物款式只是這間Starbucks才有下次一定會再黎試試其他食物選了valrhona chocolate slice個cake好靚，上面還有金薄，認真落重本呢！吃下去朱古力不會太甜，餅底是牛油脆餅，好香牛油味，亦夠脆口整件蛋糕食下去去的感覺好像東海堂的的五重朱古力蛋糕大概因為兩款cake都是用valrhona chocolate製成遲一點還會有新cake推出，是chili chocolate cake好想快些試試朱古力帶有辣味的口味

I like this Starbucks shop which has been decorated like a cozy French bistro (complete with some "outdoor" seats, which are great for both work and chit-chat). And this is the first Starbucks outlet in Hong Kong to offer hot food items, apart from the usual fare you see in other Starbucks branches around town. IFC Starbucks，是唯一有麵、飯及批的分店我一早於雜誌介紹，所以趁年初二看煙花前，走黎食一到達店內，每款食物都放出黎，見到好多新款最終與朋友點了以下兩款食物，還有飲品菠菜番茄車打芝士蛋批真係第一次食，見到有蕃茄，食落好多蛋味道不過好食呀...有少似滑蛋肉醬千層闊麵真係幾層闊麵，確實好多肉醬若果冇肉醬，都幾好食...下次想試湯、雞卷及沙律

睇雜誌見到有呢個海鹽焦糖蛋糕....即刻雙眼發光拖左好耐....終於有機會試下.....蛋糕面頭D焦糖份量唔多....又無焦糖既獨有香味....海鹽味亦唔覺......下層就係好膩好滯既芝士蛋糕.....食2啖就開始滯海鹽同焦糖原本係絕配.....可惜....可惜....

星巴克終於有新意思,把國金分店,打造成,lunch也可以吃到正餐食物的餐廳。小妹今日就試了她的Wild Mushroom Soup w/橄欖小麵包$34。非常非常之菇味濃厚!比起很多地方造的,忌廉味mushroom soup出眾!!星巴克的,令你腦裡只有「菇」沒別的了,湯中還有很多菇「肉」吃。正!跟湯的橄欖小麵包,很重橄欖味,包質鬆泡泡,絕對是美心麵包的icon。當吃完,不用牙力的小麵包後,你會很在意,另買了的意大利香腸烤卷$19,之麵包卷,是非常的韌。不知是否叮熱過龍,乾實了??卷內有芥末&咸咸的香腸,雖做到意大利口味,但真的被韌卷大煞風景。

今勻IFC 新開的 Starbucks除咗有２０多款獨家食物外呢，更有２類４款Barista's Recommendation的套餐添喎。２類分別係：- Hot Dishes (湯＋闊麵)：如：Minestrone／Creamy clam chowder soup＋Lasagna alla bolognaise- Refreshing Dishes (Salad＋Flatbread)：如：Orecchiette Arrabbiata Salad＋Sundried Tomato & Roasted Flatbread 全部都係＄６０，即係比單價賣平幾蚊倒啦，雖然我唔係買套餐，但我見到有人買咗個Orecchiette Arrabbiata Salad，原來係計份量磅而唔係求其整一碟出來的。我見到職員砌得靚靚之餘分量仲好大喎，尤其有好多貓耳朵通粉添，睇落就好好食喇，雖然今次我冇點沙律，不過就點咗一個湯試吓喇！！呢個＜意大利素菜番茄湯$30＞湯底真係好足料，有甘筍、蘿蔔、通粉等，味道香濃好有番茄味，就咁睇個碗仲以為湯多料少添，原來係相反o番！更隨湯附送一個小包，唔知係點乜野包？食落就似縮細版嘅

去完南丫島閒遊後，來到IFC一杯薑味COFFEE，暖笠笠的感覺倍感勁烈。薑味不會甜辣到「拿」喉，恰好！稍嫌CREAM多了，如果咖啡再濃更加好。加上舒舒服服的大SOFA，坐下真的不願起身，HEA地之首選！

MORE INFO @vlightup.blogspot.comifc starbucks搬了新店大了 自成一角 比以往的好。食物亦多元化得多 有熱湯及千層麵supply很好很好!!staff也很nice feel到他們的passion 點了的東東除了一向的reheat外 還有專人用那骨骨子子的小盤子送上感覺企理 餐具也較輕身 但又不是即用即棄應該對mr earth有點contribution吧Oxtail wild rice roll - around $40 (forget..)很 好 味。可能天氣冷冷的緣故? 暖暖的 很舒服。牛尾配carrot這combination穩穩陣陣再加上一粒一粒的野米 讚哦份量也很ok ol們應很足夠的了。Sun dried tomato soft bread - around $38 (forget)這個也很不錯。有6粒cherry tomato + 2 sun dried + 3olives..就連底下那一大片softbread也有淡淡的蕃茄香草味雖然 若softbread中有粒粒dried tomato會更好 但烘熱後 面頭脆脆的 十分不錯

Starbucks @ IFC just moved from the first floor to this 2nd floor location. While this one may seem a little isolated from the rest of the shops, it actually provides a better environment where you can enjoy some quiet time during non-busy hours.But this Startbucks offers something completely new from the rest of the chains. On top of the regular sandwiches, pies, wraps, cakes, and pastries, there are hot items, such as lasagna, quiches, soups, and made-to-order salads available exclusively at
