本人很喜欢吃焗猪扒饭,个人认为好食嘅猪扒饭是:多汁,juicy ,炒饭底但唔会超干猪肉有腌制,有味,唔会有冰鲜味唔可以干,有足够芝士系面,茄汁要够惹味,而明栈既 茄汁焗猪扒饭,都几好食,虽然唔算人生最好食头二位,但都有三四位因为佢多汁,而汁有足够蕃茄味,另外饭底有菇有洋葱,令到口感更加丰富猪扒亦都淋,有腌制过,够味,即叫即焗,都有诚意,8分下午茶只需50元!抵!杯奶茶都唔错,茶底够浓,奶够滑,8分食左二日😂😂

现在吃一个早餐,在连锁式茶餐厅,差不多$40;在一些住宅区,也差不多$36-38。在佐敦明栈,竟然$34可以吃到一个沙爹牛肉面、煎蛋面包、奶茶的早餐,真抵食!Honey点沙爹牛肉面、煎蛋、午餐肉、餐包、热奶茶 $34(出前一丁 +$5)质素几好。连出前一丁,整个餐$39,抵!我就点芝士火腿三文治、奶茶 $30真抵!

This street is full of restaurants and this seemed to be a big one so we headed here after failing to get a table in another. I was under the impression it’d be nicer in decor but went I got there, I realised I was all wrong. From the decor to the food and the service, the crowds are here for a reason unknown to me.Very crammed as a proper chaa chan teng should be. The high turnover rate makes it possible to have free tables most of the time. Very noisy or lively, depending how you look at it.Weekday lunch set that rotates depending on the day helps keeping things affordable and interesting. I start to see why people come here. But the food was too salty. I got the three barbecue meat combo and it was not great. This place is supposee to have great meats but it was all very dry. Generous portions but I wasn’t all that happy about that. Much of a bad thing, who wants that anyway.

星期一早上8:15路过见有脆猪包早餐,便入内,不用等位直入,环境服务一般,价格相宜,选择也多。雪菜肉丝水晶通 - 间中也想食下水晶通,现在较少餐厅选用,通粉份量不多,雪菜肉丝颇多,但味道一般,而新鲜蕃茄反而给我惊喜,份量不少,难得在茶餐厅早餐菜多肉少,新鲜疏菜就更少!炒杂菇脆猪 - 终于在茶餐厅早餐可不用选火腿餐肉蛋肠仔等😃。抄杂菇份量大,但芡汁稍咸,而脆猪就不错,首先够大个,不似一般得半个噉,也够脆,食完好满足😊
