烧牛肉定食 $75(无加一) - 夜晚去食 唔算多人 有好多定食 丼 拉面 仲有d炸物拣 平时食牛肉 都会谂起吉野家😂 叫果时都无咩期待 但佢烧得好好食 好入味 !!虽然大多系因为烧汁嘅原因 但本身牛味都好出 整体烧得几好食😍 - 呢间店舖用嘅都系日本米 日本蛋 系真系好味d架 因为我自己屋企都会买日本蛋食😆 牛肉唔算好多 相反洋葱好多😂 75蚊食个日式晚餐 可以👌😜 📍拉面太郎 湾仔湾仔道205-207号福安大厦地下A号舖 继续阅读

一咁入黎见到咁多好评,真系难以置信。今日行经湾仔,想食鱼生饭,见到呢间日本野就冲左入去,点知系无鱼生架呢开野。都唔紧要,我就点左最稳稳阵阵既滑蛋鳗鱼饭。88蚊,加18蚊有3只饺子。冻柠茶黎到,左上个杯竟然系糖浆,成50ml咁多。柠茶得两片柠檬,茶味又唔够,不过佢系日本餐厅,我就算佢啦。重点!滑蛋鳗鱼饭上到,卖相系差!点解d滑蛋可以出水,蛋唔够,成pat好似芡汁咁,带d油,见到都唔开胃。食落d饭系糊状,怀疑比芡汁浸到林晒。鳗鱼林batbat,又无鳗鱼汁,未食过咁难食既鳗鱼! 继续阅读

今日去湾仔 188睇完嘢, 见到对面开咗间新嘅日本拉面店, 无心插柳之下发现原来这间店系日本人开嘅, 喺京都已经有四十多年我叫咗一碗赤玉 辛辣嘅免治豚肉拉面, 另外再叫左饺子, 同埋一个迷你牛肉丼首先试试饺子, 咬落去脆身, 里面juicy, 最正嘅就系佢皮吾会煎到焦黑, 赞!赤玉既辛辣免治豚肉系一球咁样嘅,  畀你自己去调教辣嘅份量, 十分之贴心拉面嘅系幼嘅挂汤能力好高, 配埋啲辛辣辛辣免治豚肉齐食 好惹味豚肉厚切, 有两块,有口感之余, 又唔会痴牙再食埋个丼饭, 类似吉野家, 但系质素当然好, 尤其是个饭质, 日本米嘅, 真系冇得输! 有饭香 继续阅读

今日同老公路经湾仔,发现一间日式拉面,觉得好有日本地道风味!忍唔住内进一试!店员十分友善,而且店内也是十分舒适!首先我点了味噌汤拉面加牛油粟米(辛辣)($99)汤底加左牛油令汤底更是入味和和浓!值得一试!而老公则点了豚骨拉面(浓厚豚骨)($72)豚骨拉面汤底十分浓厚,而且面也是软硬适中!食日式料理不得不点饺子(5块/$38)饺子十分香脆,而且店员提议自家制辣酱,充满日式风味!另外也点了炸鸡(6块/$38)炸鸡外脆内软,而且十分多汁!是晚晚餐二人2百多元,也是抵吃之选! 继续阅读

Have walked by this place many times in Wan Chai. Apparently this is another ramen shop that originally began in Japan and now opened their ramen shop in Hong Kong. Many famous ramen shop in Japan has opened up their shop in HK in the recent years. I am no ramen expert but have tried my fair share of ramen around Hong Kong. This place uses a pork bone soup base. Their soup broth is quite rich in flavour and somewhat thick that clings to the mouth. I ordered their fried gyoza and their Pork cutlet minced ramen soup. It had a little spicy flavour but nothing extreme, noodles was good. I had the noodle for takeaway as I did not have time to eat it at the shop. They were quite nice and separated the broth, noodle and the condiments. So it allowed me to add everything by myself when I got home.
