悅麵的食记– 香港佐敦的港式拉面

在油麻地永安百貨公司後面的新開車仔麵店。主要是買車仔麵食及日式拉麵，標榜自煮的豬骨湯底。由於是新開，窗明潔亮，以貓為主題，除了在牆上掛了貓的油畫，枱面也有些貓的照片，聽聞是店主的英短貓,叫Momo 和Petit。叫了豬軟骨拉麵和小食蝦多士及炸墨魚丸。豬軟骨很軟滑和入味，麵彈牙及湯很濃，喝後不覺有味精及口渴，整體不俗有水準。驚喜的是小食，蝦多士不是在很多地方吃到，它比中環老店在K11 Musea 分店的蝦多士有過之而無不及，但性價比高很多。另外墨魚丸彈牙及食到裹面的墨魚粒，聽店員説是自家手打做，水準很高。整體服務，食物質素和環境不俗，而價錢不貴，可以一試。

Walked past this restaurant on my way to another place, and decided to give it a try. It seems to be brand new. The flavour of everything was quite good. Nothing was super amazing, but nothing was boring either. The texture of the udon was perfectly done, quite chewy. The chicken wings and chicken was tasty. Didn't have the frozen or oily or bloody flavour to them (I hate that when it happens). A nice place to have a bowl of hot noodle if you are nearby.
