看见食评说这里的食物唔错,于是试咗佢嘅下午茶,但其实价钱都唔平,又要+1服务费。我要了一个担担面配大排$58,再加一个小食四喜烤麸$22。埋单共$88 。 当食物送上时,真觉得岂有此理,虽然是下午茶较平,但总不能用咁少嘅份量给客人,我即刻投诉,佢转头就加咗两小块给我,但最后这两块都没有吃,整体来说让客人感到失望 。 继续阅读

康城商场的御家上海用餐,五个人点了七道经典沪菜,总共花费680港元,性价比相当高。小笼包的外皮薄而韧,汤汁鲜美丰富,一口咬下去汤汁四溢。炸猪排金黄酥脆,内里依然保持多汁,搭配特制酱汁令人回味。醉鸡的酒香适中,肉质软嫩,冷盘的口感与温度拿捏得恰到好处。凉皮爽滑开胃,配上清脆的青瓜丝和香辣的调味酱,是不错的开胃菜。煎饺底部煎得金黄酥脆,内馅汁水丰富。炒饭粒粒分明,带有适度的镬气。年糕咬劲十足,调味适中不会太腻。餐厅的装潢融合现代中式元素,木质屏风与时尚灯饰营造温馨气氛。服务人员专业有礼,体现出优质中餐厅的水准。以每人平均136元的价格,能享受到如此丰盛的沪菜盛宴,确实物超所值。整体而言,这顿晚餐无论从菜品质素还是用餐体验来说都相当令人满意。 继续阅读

由于家姐住附近,拜完年就来呢间上海菜食开年饭,5人叫了一个四人餐1880食到超级饱之余仲要打包!食物水准好好!要大赞既系猪脷蚝豉发菜,同埋甜酸鱼,炸得非常好,而且酱汁嘅甜酸好美味🥰系我食过数一数二好食嘅水准真系食到超级饱,个鸭皮好脆,其他前菜都唔错,非常满意😍适合一家大细餐聚~多人食先至可以分享到更加唔同嘅嘢食~上海菜嚟讲,好过好多间!都觉得意外惊喜,另外我都要赞嘅就系佢哋个茶,出奇地好饮,平时好钟意饮香片,呢到既香片我非常喜欢!开年饭喺呢度食,无选择错 继续阅读

过完圣诞,好快就到中国人另一个最受欢迎既节日“春节”。大家最好就一早订定位食团年饭,今次就介绍一间不论环境、地点同食物质素都有保证既中菜馆。系将军澳The LOHAS 早几个月就开了一间“御•家上海”,是在同集团中级别最高的。邻近地铁站之余,环境坐得好舒服,大台园台小台都有,三几位可以,一家十人都得无问题。四喜烤麸酱油味好重,而且质地软熟,味道好正宗。老上海酱油拌螺肉花螺是煮至入味再起肉,烟烟韧韧的口感,微微地好惹味,佐酒一流。蜜汁脆鳝蜜味重,鳝身粗,咬落脆口,洒上芝麻多了香气,我钟意。脆香酱茶鸭配荷叶包好干身,鸭肉味浓郁,油份又不觉多,配上荷叶包食啱啱好。咸肉翡翠炒山药以铁棍山药吸收了咸肉的咸香味,食落有点爽口,很有趣的配搭。瑶柱菜螃蟹质地嫩滑,加入蚕豆增色之余,令口感更佳。椒盐小黄鱼(两条)炸得好干身,鱼味突出,又毫无腥味,连皮食是正常不过。扬州红蚊鸭四宝以浓油赤酱的方式处理,有鸭肉、鸭肠、鸭红及鸭肾,煮得恰好,鸭肠及鸭肉毫不觉老,鸭肾又爽弹,正。家乡咸鸡猪蹄炆冬瓜全晚最喜欢的一道菜,以长时间炆煮猪蹄,令骨胶原融入汤汁之中,冬瓜吸收了鸡汁及猪油的香味,美味到一个点,建议把汤汁拌白饭。浓鸡汁萝卜说起店方名物,浓鸡汁萝卜可说是其中之一,萝卜选得好又入味,煮至软稔,甜度自然透出,好味。糯米炒青蟹单尾的糯米饭蘸满了蟹汁,令每粒饭都带有鲜味,在秋冬季节吃糯米饭最好不过。荔枝虾球(四件)卖相惟妙惟肖,真系好似荔枝,外层脆卜卜,而虾丸好弹牙,不错。脆煎灌汤小笼包店方名物,底部煎至脆卜卜,咬落是热烫的汤汁,多是来从未令人失望过。桂花拉糕软糯的口感,满满的桂花香,好受女士欢迎。酒酿丸子竟然不觉有常见的酸味,丸子Q弹,有水准。高力豆沙香蕉在高力豆沙中藏有香蕉,咬开便传来馥郁的香气,尤其是热辣辣仲正。 继续阅读
