今次试咗Pete's Place嘅一系列美食，唔使专业词汇都讲得明系正到爆炸💥！起头嘅Grilled Octopus，卖相摩登，外皮微焦、里面嫩滑，入口即化，解放晒海鲜嘅鲜甜。Scotch Eggs外层酥脆，里头温润蛋黄系咁流心，「叉烧包」个称呼真系名副其实😋！Tuna Tataki，鱼肉切得薄身带劲，俾足了充足火候带出臊香，扑鼻梅子酱香气，食落系咁满足。Grilled Asparagus & Halloumi Cheese，呢啲菜式简简单单但系香烤味十足，芝士拉丝得嚟唔觉腻，好戆居咁香口。至于Chicken Anticucho，有啲酱香米通嘅feel，好食到停唔到口！主菜方面，Roasted Peer BBQ Ribs就真系烧得够晒香，肉质入味又保持住肉汁。Wagyu Tenderloin肉嘅质感软熟滑溜，每一口都系奢华享受。Roasted Duck Papadelle同Seafood Paella a la negro都系出色嘅选择，特别系海鲜饭，墨鱼汁平衡得宜，海鲜弹牙得滞🦑！仲有啲Truffle Fries，够晒香、香、香，麻麻声呢啲都系邪恶嘅诱惑！如果你想揾间平民化嘅地方，想饮酒笑讲笑食，Pete's Place可以话系你嘅好选择嚟㗎！同TM服务员倾计，佢哋服务周到，一流！食过之后，我都即刻又book咗下次嚟食，实在啱晒我呢啲钟意食嘅人。

Dining City 揾食记今次嚟到西营盘高街依家叫彼得厨房嘅西餐厅中午嚟到，我哋竟然可以包场可能喺附近来讲价位都算偏高今日嚟食Restaurant Week嘅set lunch($128)有汤🥣、前菜、主菜和甜品 🍰4 courses $128 又唔算贵今日餐汤系豌豆汤，平日比较难喝到味道同质感都一流，非常推介前菜份量唔算大，我分别点咗一粒芝士肉球和蟹肉球胜在味道好，芝士融入肉球内非常滋味蟹肉求真系食到啖啖蟹肉，口感好好主菜系猪扒，和牛扒🥩扒类应该系慢煮再煎香火候控制得好好，肉质好鲜嫩整体来讲，食物质素好高❤️可回头再食✅彼得厨房 (西环)西环西营盘高街23号地下A号舖

It's been a while since I last wrote a restaurant review, but this one is definitely worth a post. Located on the High Street, Pete's place is an easy walk from Sai Ying Pun MTR station. Dropping in for a weekend brunch, I was satisfied with the cosy meal of a range of food items they offered - from Western staples such as steaks and fries to Asian items like curries and noodles.The 3-course set lunch (HK$148) featured some of the restaurant's signature items. We went for a rib-eye and lemongrass pork neck for the mains.As soon as we finished ordering, our 3-year-old was served with a complimentary apple juice - he was elated. Appetizers: I must say the tuna tartar was a must-order item. Cubes of raw tuna were topped with spring onion and sesame, served with olive oil and a piece of crispy bread baguette. They all complemented each other pretty well and I really enjoyed the dish. The salmon carpaccio was fresh and thinly sliced. The sweetness of the fish was well balanced with some acidity which made the dish pretty refreshing.Mains: The grilled NZ ribeye was served with mashed potato and steamed veggies. In a generous portion (it was unexpected as there was no extra charge for this option on the lunch set menu), the medium rare steak was a bit charred on the outside while it's tender and succulent on the inside. The cut went well with the flavourful dipping sauce too.Although the mashed potato was not super creamy and fluffy, the texture was much to my liking.The Thai Lemongrass pork neck was grilled perfectly that it was crispy and pleasing to the sense of taste. With the homemade chilli sauce that gave the meat added flavour without making it too spicy, the whole dish was so addictive!The larb rice was umami-packed despite being a tad too hot and soggy to my liking.Desserts:There was a pretty good balance between tart and sweet in this blueberry cheesecake. Though it did not taste too sugary, the richness still made this dessert very decadent. As a crisp person myself, I would prefer a little more crunch in the crust, though. Topped with vanilla ice cream, the chocolate brownie was fudgy and chocolatey. My son was particularly fond of the delectable ice cream! You know what? It was also homemade! What a delicate and perfect finish to the meal!Environment and Service:We were there on a Sunday and the place was calm and peaceful. The friendly staff was so helpful that even my 3-year-old was well taken care of. This cosy place was more than welcoming and we would definitely go back again.

适合午餐或者夜晚收工过嚟饮返杯Chill下🍻 🥗Pete’s Salad鲜甜沙拉菜配上健康红酒醋汁，车厘茄酸酸甜甜好开胃，最钟意佢嘅水牛芝士。大大块。🧀 🥩Grilled Sirloin with Roasted Veg and Cultured Butter 西冷牛扒焗薯菜，一道好经典嘅菜式，但又有创新，牛扒上面嘅大大粒牛油噶上咗香草，配上煎到香脆表面牛扒，揭开内层满满肉汁，外脆内软，溶化咗嘅牛油令到牛扒更加香滑可口。 🍕Seafood Marinara Pizza呢个披萨系薄批，所以食落口𠮶阵香脆又啖啖系馅料，芝士亦都非常丰富。好多小元贝😋 🍝特色卡邦尼意粉大大块香脆烟肉🥓，配上两块蒜蓉面包🍞，满满芝士汁。入边仲有好多煮淋咗嘅烟肉。呢种口感非常美味，食唔停口。 🍰甜品：🍫Chocolate Lava心太软做底，面头配上香滑嘅云尼拿雪糕。很热交集一起食，好滋味！ 🧁Malteser Cheesecake美国芝士蛋糕做底，配上香滑雪糕🍦，我第一次食芝士蛋糕系嘎雪糕，真系几特别㖞！芝士蛋糕嘅饼底做得好香。非常美味！
