MUST IMPROVE in staff training 🙄🙄🙄🙄, different waiters / waitresses gives you different information. Remember to check their valet parking service charges, my mum and I was told different information (as the hotel is NEW). Highly recommended, very impressed with the whole dinning experience. The service of the staff from the moment you step in the restaurant till the moment you leave was impressive to say the least. A big range found in the menu, this restaurant serves 順德菜 and other Cantonese dishes. The food was tasty, the chef uses local fresh ingredients and one of my favourite dishes was the pork knuckle with chestnut, the meat was very tender and well braised with a delicious sauce. 兩年間香港係開咗唔少新酒店但去到Ritz C 嘅級數就真係冇話說 Ritz C 都開咗幾年啦所以對Rosewood特別期待既然下午茶未有…………住那就中國茶都照殺彤福軒原來係向彤叔致敬彤叔係廣東順德人所以彤福軒做嘅係順德菜 有機會要揾晚再嚟試小菜先得不過驟眼所及 出面冇乜大枱所以都問定先若果要房究竟min charge咩價位待應話房有圓枱min charge一萬若果以呢度嘅格局 又唔過份對住維港景品茗再來個一盅兩件絕對係人生一大樂事大厨來自攞曬星嘅美高梅單係班底經已係信心保證嗌咗啲飲茶常見點心蝦餃、燒賣、腸粉較為特別的則嗌咗個蟹盒全部都好好食走的非fancy路線無乜花巧嘢 亦見任何雕龍雕花純以味道取勝嗜甜如我豈能放過嗌甜品嗌咗個茉莉黑芝麻焦糖布甸反而甜品則未見突出我對甜品那把尺特別高倒是點心零花巧卻把我迷倒服務水平有待提升像這種級數的酒店理應做到一眼關七要嗌先至加水是為扣分位訂位的連有代客泊車都唔知老點我泊去k11 亦是另一扣分位雖然其他如上菜速度侍應對menu的熟知程度不錯這些倒是掙了點分整體而言以一間新餐廳而言算係run得唔錯 幾smooth
